Our toilet was making a loud running noise when flushed. I found leading edge plumbing on yelp and Steve came the same day. He was friendly, honest, and informative. All around good energy. Within a couple hours, our toilet was fixed, and even our valves under the kitchen sink were changed and updated. Steve made me feel comfortable asking questions and didn’t feel rushed. I would 100 percent recommend leading edge plumbing. I liked how they texted letting us know they were on their way along with a photo of the technician. I was so happy they were able to come out the same day. Glad I got Steven’s card to refer back to him.

My regular plumber was out of town so my husband found these guys (Enrique and Alex serviced our house) to take care of an emergency problem on Thanksgiving weekend. They never complained about wording 7 hours on a Sunday, they worked thoroughly and way longer than they’d anticipated. They detected the correct problems and perfectly fixed all the issues. Hire this company! I had one of their techs come out for a kitchen sink leak. The guy was very knowledgeable made me feel very confident it was an easy fix and he was so quick about it AND not messy at all. I stayed out of his way and he was pretty much in and out. No more leak. Oh and pricing was reasonable…there was a small fee for them to come out, but nothing crazy and if you get the work done with them that goes towards the work. So pretty much don’t worry about the fee because you’re gonna wanna hire them in the end anyway and it’s just going be deducted from your bill.

I had an underground water leak during a heavy raining day, I called for an estimate, Steve arrived and provided an inspection from where the water leak was formed. after cutting the dry wall, we found the issue, and it was a full day 8-5 issue, so the very next day, we started the project and finished the project CLEAN like it was never happened. I do not hesitate to recommend Leading Edge for sewer replacement and if you read the long review below you’ll see why.We recently had to confront the ticking time bomb lurking underground:a sewer main replacement. We had hydrojetted and within 1 month had back ups again.We’re are really happy to have selected LeadingEdge, who came recommended by a builder friend who said theyd get the job done reliably and without hassle. LeadingEdge was frank in their assessment about the challenges that might arise, especially the big tree and roots that the main ran beneath.Carlos our foreman, Douglas, and marco did a great job excavating and talking us through the options and the risks/benefits of each.I think beyond the work itself was the teams (and company’s) commitment to get the job done on a timely basis. We had my sons birthday that weekend and the team worked longer each day during the week to get it done despite some complications that came up. The amazing thing was I didn’t have to haggle it plead. When they heard about the birthday party they proactively made the arrangements to just get it done. Great organization and resulted in high customer satisfaction.To top off of there was a section of colored concrete that had to be opened and when the team went to patch it they had the thoughtfulness to use some color they happened to have in their warehouse to match. Totally above and beyond.For as important a project as sewer mainline replacement don’t look further. This team will take care of you.

These guys did a great job with my water filtration system installation. Great quality work, on time, responsive, and transparent about everything. They offered multiple times to explain anything if I had any questions during installation. There was some primer they got on my house wall and a piece of pipe was cracked in the installation, but they were honest and will be coming back to fix these. Great service and great people. Scheduling was easy as well. Would recommend!

He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly determined the cause of the issue - a busted pressure regulator. He went to work replacing it and finished up early afternoon. There was never any pressure to get anything done, no upselling, and we talked candidly about the options. Short version: Do yourself a favor. Stop scrolling through reviews - call LeadingEdge and request Andrew J.Long version: It was a Sunday afternoon when I had a plumbing emergency. Pardon the pun - it was a real sh!t show. I needed immediate help to unclog my tenant’s toilets and showers. Three other franchises could not fit me in even though they are open 24/7. Andrew arrived two hours after my call. His passion for plumbing was immediately obvious.It ended up being a multi-day, multi-person project and I was impressed with everyone’s professionalism. They blasted tree roots that had invaded the clay pipes, and also inserted a fiberglass liner to prevent future root damage.I appreciate how dispatch kept me in the loop with a call in the morning prior to the team’s arrival. It’s refreshing to find a plumbing company that’s so great at communicating and is a pleasure to work with.

Richard M is a life saver!Due to a complex water piping issue in my condo unit, I was not receiving any hot water for days. I went through 6 different plumbers who told me they couldnt figure out the issue. I then reached out to LeadingEdge and had Richard show up (thank goodness).With his many years of experience and creative thinking, Richard was able to identify in a couple hours that there was a fundamental issue with the piping work that affected my unit as well as two others. He was then able to offer a solution that didnt involve major construction (which would have been a major headache since Im in a condo building).After confirming the issue, Richard was able to re-pipe and re-wire everything in a day. He was so efficient with his time and was regularly in communication with me so that I knew exactly what was going on.Id recommend Richard and LeadingEdge to anyone who needs a plumber who actually cares, knows their stuff (again, I went through 6 different plumbers who couldnt figure the issue out), and wont give up in the face of a complex issue.Worth every single penny. Highly recommended! Leading Edge (LE) had done two jobs at my house over the last 12 months or so: (1) replaced our bathroom drain and (2) replaced our old toilet bowl and tank set. Their office crew (Lorena and Nancy) who answered my phone calls were pleasant and efficient. The LE plumbers who did each work (Ivan and Robert, respectively) were very professional in demeanor and appearance. Before they started, they gave me an estimate from their company app so that there are no surprises at the end. When they completed their work they cleaned up. I’m happy with the quality of their work and the reasonable fee that I paid. I recommend LE for their professionalism and honesty. You get what you pay for!

We had a 60-year-old sewer line that was not only made of cobbled-together, sub-standard materials, but also ran through our neighbor’s yard. The pipes finally collapsed in several places, and we had to accept that the whole line - all 186’ of it - needed to be replaced. We called Leading Edge and they were out here within a day. They did an incredible job of explaining what they were doing every step of the way, and they were also absolutely transparent about the cost. They had really neat machinery that let them install the pipe without having to dig trenches the entire length of it. I never thought I would find sewer pipe installation fascinating, but it actually was! Every man on the team seemed to have a specific job to do, which made for a seamless, highly efficient installation… and they worked incredibly hard. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate this wonderful team, and special kudos to the team leads, who managed the project so smoothly and professionally. We are so grateful to Leading Edge for a difficult job well done!

So happy with the service that Leading Edge Plumbing provided. I had a clog in my kitchen sink where water would not drain and there was water leaking from the garbage disposal. First off I called a company that popped up on google search, called “Valencia Plumbers”, but in actuality it was a different company that came out and I got excited because there is no fee to come out. This first company quoted me $600 to change the garbage disposal, which I said is a ridiculous price, so the nice plumber said he can unclog for $77.00 with the special that the company has. He used two different snakes to try to unclog for 3 hours and it was still clogged. I decided to call Leading Edge. They assisted me over the phone and arrived as scheduled (unlike the initial where I had to call them 3 times). My kitchen sink was unclogged within 30 minutes with one snake. Leading Edge was very professional, tidy, and reasonably priced. JC had shoe covers and prepared his own water bucket, soap, and towels to clean the yucky grease from the pipes. Unlike the initial plumbers who made a mess under my sink and I had to clean up after him.

They were able to come the same day and came over in the time frame they gave. The plumber was very professional and wore a mask and something over his shoes. He didn’t have the parts needed so he had to find it, but went to a few stores to find it. They followed up a week later to make sure I was satisfied. If I have any more plumbing issues I will definitely use them again!

Thank you to Julio and Yefri for excellent work. This is the third time I have hired LeadingEdge and I continue to be pleased with their honesty and work. I have also worked with JC in the past. Since 2017, I have had a great experience installing a new water line for my dishwasher, repairing a pipe, sussing out the source of a funky drain smell, and replacing sewer line to the street. They have done clean work and, more recently, practiced good safety measures for Covid.

Another fantastic job from Leading Edge Plumbing! I can’t say enough great things about this company! Yefri came out to fix my shower and bathtub spout issue, fixed the leaks, went to Lowes and picked up the parts, replaced valves, and did a whole bunch of other stuff I know nothing about, and at the end, everything worked perfectly with zero leaks and no mess! He even wore booties on his shoes every time he entered my house! I mean, come on! Who does that? Yefri does, JC (owner of Leading Edge) does, and the plumbers are so polite, easy to talk to, and friendly! The price they charged was totally fair and less than I expected actually. I have a home buyers warranty that includes all plumbing jobs, but I would rather have Leading Edge do the work because I know it will be done right the first time. I had an excellent experience with Leading Edge Plumbing and Rooter. My water heater cracked at 10:30 p.m. on a Tuesday night. JC came out and help me turn the water off to the water heater at 11:00 p.m. JC was very helpful, courteous and professional and set up the installation for a new water heater the next day.Yefri and Douglas came on Wednesday. They removed and hauled away the old, broken water heater. The new water heater was installed and the plumbing was brought up to code.Yefri and Douglas did a good job. They were as tidy as they could be and were respectful of my home. They didnt bang into walls, and did their best to clean up at the end.I highly recommend Leading Edge Plumbing and Rooter.

Juan Carlos and his team came in after another plumbing inspector claimed we had a broken/missing sewer line and several other “major issues.” JC immediately saw that the original inspection had been performed incorrectly and he started from scratch. After a fresh camera scope, he found that our lines were in excellent order but a clean out was necessary. It only took a few hours from beginning to end: to locate the spot to dig and install a clean out access point, followed by a hydro jetting. Everything is as good as new. To know we have a trustworthy, honest, and highly skilled expert is peace of mind you can’t buy. He is the inspector’s inspector!! An absolute professional and true specialist.
