Once my water heater was installed, they made sure all faucets, showers, & toilets were working correctly. Also, Andrew found a slight problem with my sewer pipe system and He repaired it, saving me $. They walked me through settings of the water heater “if” I wanted to make it hotter. They showed me how to shut off the heater “in case”. Best Quality Plumbing Inc had wonderful professionalism, in-home Plumbing repairs Services. which is peace of mind! Sergio showed up on time, friendly and helpful, easy to work with. They removed a cracked pipe from my mainline, including all the roots and replaced it with a new pipe. About 6 hours of work. I am very grateful for the work. There are so many plumbers to call with an emergency like this who will scare you and rip you off. Not these guys. Do not hesitate to call them. They are honest and reliable.

We had a bathtub shower cartridge replacement. The guy was very nice and professional. It took 40 minutes for the service and the price was $450. The delta cartridge is $70 with tax if you buy it at Lowes. According to Angis article on Oct 2022, the average cost for the shower cartridge replacement in LA is $290, so their price is higher than average. The service was great but I probably get an estimate from other places in the future. Im happy its fixed though!

Best plumber out there to be trusted! I was let down by other companies and these guys picked up the slack and were there for me within an hour! I was stranded with an emergency clog backing into my unit on a weekend and they were still able to accommodate. Sergio, the tech that showed up, was very professional and an extremely hard worker! I choose them, Im so Glad I did, they came in 1 hour and installed a new Water heater and all connections. Service, clean up and professionalism and was pleasant to have them working thru my disaster........ However, They will not be my new go to Plumbing company..because I didnt buy their hot water heater, but choose my own brand Reem they took advantage of me and way over charged me for the installation. After talking to two other plumbing companies ( one that completed my whole house plumbing and the other whom is my New regular Plumber, I was over charged. They charged me Double the price. They charged ne as if they sold me their hot water Heater, when j bought my own. Crooks is all I can say. BEWARE.

I had a leak in the main water supply just after the water meter so the repair was my responsibility. They had to remove the concrete meter cover and dig to clear and clean the pipe.
