Thank you again to Mike West for his prompt, professional, and reliable service. Mike was here for us the first time when we had a major problem which other plumbers were not able to even accurately diagnose. Mike and his team did the job at a more than reasonable rate, and demonstrated his honesty by not trying to charge more even though ultimately the job took much longer than expected due to the extent of the damage that could not have been gauged in advance. I highly recommend Mike for his professionalism, experience, honesty, and good nature :-)
