    Danny and his assistant came out and installed new hardware for my bathtub and shower. These two guys worked together extremely well. I really like the thorough work they did, and the way they cleaned up the area where they were working. I have had other plumbing work done by Team Rooter and they always do an excellent job.     Jonathan Flanagan and his partner Abraham, arrived on time, were dressed proper for the job, well mannered, professional and friendly. They got the job done in a relatively short time. I am glad they took their time until the issue was resolved. Jonathan also recommended that I apply a Hydro-jet to properly clean all of the pipes. I recommend this company, and definitely Jonathan, and Abraham for new clients, and will reach out for personal home projects in the future.

    Abraham went above and beyond to fix our clogged pipe. He didnt try to upsell us and unnecessary services. They honored the coupon and his work was top quality. We had a clogged kitchen sink drain, and Abraham and his manager made sure they solved the correct problem, spending a ton of time getting to the cause of the clog. Also they ensured that they didnt damage pipes and took photos with their camera under the house. We are extremely happy with the service he provided and will definitely use Team Rooter again.     Our sink clogged on a Saturday night. I contacted Team Rooter on Yelp and they responded right away. Isaiah Alfaro came out first thing Sunday and handled everything quickly and easily. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He was also very clean in his work and made extra effort to make sure that water didn’t get everywhere. I appreciate his customer service! They gave us a 60 day guarantee which is reassuring. I will definitely be using Team Rooter again.

Sharing my experience, I booked an appointment late evening and there was a technician Lewis who showed up morning the next day.     Really like Team Rooter. Was drawn to them by the website offering a great price of only $44 to clear a clogged drain. When I called the receptionist told me that only applies to houses with easy outdoor access, which mine does not have. So I understood it may cost more.I loved that I received a text with a picture of the plumber before he arrived. He also called when he was 20 minutes away. Johnathan arrived when he said he would and immediately diagnosed that this would cost more because there is no outside access. He would actually have to open up the pipe. He gave me an estimate which was a guaranteed price, and he said if he couldnt fix it there would be no charge.He was finished in about 20 minutes. He explained what caused the clog and that it would re-occur at some point without new pipes. He gave me an estimate for what that would cost which I declined for now.The company does offer a 15% discount for veterans, which I am. All I had to do was ask.Overall, very happy with the service and I would definitely use this company again.

    What a great company to deal with! Most companies say they want you to be happy no matter what and then dont stand up to that statement, not TEAM ROOTER!! Israel and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in the final outcome of our projects. While there were a couple hiccups along the way, these guys did everything asked for and more to resolve our situation and we could not be happier. In the end, they wanted us to be happy with their service no matter what and I truly believe that was their ultimate goal.     Called Team Rooter and was able to get an appointment next day. From my initial call, communication throughout was exceptional. One of the upstairs toilet would clog a few times here and there. A plunger would always solve the problem but something just didn’t seem right. Explained the situation and it was decided to remove the toilet and scope with a camera. A reasonable quote was provided before any work was initiated. Upon removal of the wax ring, an Oreo cookie wrapper was found stuck just below the wax ring! Of course no one in my family will confess to this egregious act lol. Having found the issue, the job was re-quoted for lower than the camera scope! Adrian the technician was friendly, clean and professional throughout the appointment. I know who I’m calling for any future plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality company offering outstanding service and very competitive prices!

    I called late on a Friday night, they responded quickly and had someone at my house the next morning.They did a free estimate and then were able to replace my shower cartridge within 2 hours of their arrival.Value and upfront awareness of costs were great and fair.     Wow! just WOW. What amazing service. I needed to have someone take a look at my storm drains that are clogged. I texted Team Rooter and within seconds they replied back and said someone could be at my home within an hour. Jorge showed up right on time. He looked extremely professional and well put together. He spent a considerable amount of time looking through my situation and explained everything in detail with a caring demeanor. Jorge tried what he could for clearing the drain but unfortunately the roots just took over the piping. Jorge did not try to sell me anything unneeded. Because of Jorge and the team at Team Rooter plumbing they have a customer for life in me.

    Erwin showed up at my house in Simi Valley promptly.Very professional and well groomed.Had my shower drain cleared in about 20 minutes.It was severely clogged with construction debris from redoing the tile.Highly recommend, only charged $69 because it was an easy access drain.Be ready to pay a little extra if the drain is hard to access, but still worth it.

    Team Rooter is an honest company to do business! They take care the job warranty without a question.Three years ago they repaired my sewer line with trenchless sewer pipe replacement. Last weekend the sewer backup to bathroom again. Called their customer service, unfortunately all the serviceman are out at the time, I got a local plumber came right way to clean out the blockage. Next day called Team Rooter reported the problem, a supervisor discuss the situation with me by phone and offered sending a technician to site to investigate. Mr. James Craig came with Cam Video the next day found tree roots break into pipe through a coupler. He immediately authorized a repair job: to break the concrete, dig 3 ft down to reach and replace the broken pipe coupler. Two men crew showed up next day completed the job which could value of thousands dollars but all under warranty. A special thanks to Mr. James Craig, his is knowledgeable and friendly. His kindly smile really comforts my anxiety. I would highly recommend Team Rooter for any plumber problem because rest assure they will come back to fulfill their promise.

    This company is on the ball !,...I needed a price where I couldnt say no. I told Israel to give me a good price because I didnt want to be shopping. Israel was understanding, interested in the project and caring. Victor and his assistants work smart, and dedicated to their profession. Victor is an amazing guy.     HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had a great experience with Team Rooter of Ventura (Simi Valley). They were professional, knowledgeable and fixed the problem same day.We had been told by another plumbing company that the drainpipe from the kitchen sink to the sewer line was broken and quoted a $13K price to fix it. We called Team Rooter to get a second opinion/quote and thank goodness we did! They came out same day, determined that the drainpipe was not broken at all and that the ACTUAL problem could be repaired for $6K!They also confirmed that the other companys recommended repair would not have fixed the problem at all and that we would have spent $13K and still not fixed it!Now $6K is still a lot of money, but we had complete confidence in Team Rooter - they traced the location of the problem with their locating equipment, showed me everything on the camera and explained every step along the way.     Mark came in and accessed the clean out and ran a bit of water to make sure that the blockage was further down the pipe rather than in the plumbing right underneath the sink itself. He patiently waited and showed me where it backed up. Then he snaked the drain and ran a lot more water. It was clear. He explained the entire time what he was doing. The service includes using a camera to get a visual pipe assessment afterward.

    UPDATE!!! Since I wrote this review, the manager “Michael “ contacted me. He honored his word to fix the problem. He sent out a new crew that acted professionally. … thank you Michael.We hired them to snake a drain in our house and they charged my mom 3000.00 dollars saying they needed to add an access point for future drainage. My mom is 88 years old and they took advantage of her age. She already had an access point. Steven the plumber is rude and a con. He then called me trying to sell another 50 year warranty for another 5k. My moms 88! Why would she need a 50 year warranty. He tried to say it would add selling value to the house. Give me a break!! Now he won’t honor the warranty and come back out and the plumbing is back out only 1 month after they they were here. They want to charge more and not honor their work.

    Kitchen sink wouldnt drain today. I called Team Rooter around 2:00, and they scheduled a plumber to come to my house between 3 and 5. Erwin arrived right at 3:00. He was courteous and polite, and covered his boots before walking through my house. He knew exactly what he was doing, and by 3:30 my kitchen drain was clear again. The whole service was only $44 on special as he was able to access the drain pipe through the outdoor cap. Super good value, very quick service, and a great technician.     Team rooter truly is a team. As you can tell from the list of items they repaired, we had major repairs. Isaac worked very hard for 3 days to complete everything. Then, Isaac said that he would repair the stucco at no cost. There were 3 guys involved in the project, they were a great team! I highly recommend team rooter.

    Had big roots in the main drain under my house. Googled for lowest priced plumber near me and Team Rooter popped up far cheaper than anyone else at $44, which made me a little skeptical. Booked the appt. anyway and have to say I am very pleased with their service from start to finish. Got a confirmation text and email with a pic of the plumber, James, who was very professional and easy to deal with.     AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! Hector was the best! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. He came out told me what he could do but also gave us his own recommendation, which we went along with. Which costed a little more now but will save is in the long run. Instead of doing a quick fix and going about his day he actually wanted to do it right for us now so we dont have any future problems with our sink. After the job was complete he waited around for a while just to make sure there werent any leaks. And he also had me look under the sink to show me what he did and actually show me nothing was leaking to give us a better price of mind. He was also very compliant with the covid precautions, he made sure he had his mask on and gloves on while working and also speaking with us in the house.     Let me tell you. Team Rooter is the best out there! Hector did an awesome job!!! He went above and beyond and helped me with other plumbing issues besides the clogged toilet. I asked him a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them.What made the job challenging was there was no clean-out access. Hector attempted to unclog using the snake manually at first. Then later he wanted to remove the toilet, but for some odd reason the toilet installer used grout instead of silicone to seal the base. Steven, his supervisor came out to help with hydrojetting and the camera.Hydrojetting did the job! Steven recommended to install a cleanout access which will make it easier to tackle any clogging issue. Hector installed it and he did a really nice job. I’m very happy with the end result.Both Hector and Steven were professional, knowledgeable and nice. They used state of the art equipments. They cleaned up afterward. I will definitely call Team Rooter again and will ask for Hector and Steven.

    Jacob and Ervin were literally angels.     I highly recommend Team Rooter - they came out to replace a damaged main line that was connecting to the city sewer line and had begun to crack from tree roots underground and helped us replace all our damaged and decaying pipes. It wasnt cheap, but the customer service was great, and they were kind enough to offer a discount after a miscommunication about which parts of the pipes were damaged and needed replacing. I will certainly be coming back in the future if anything happens, and I will recommend to any colleagues.

    My husband and I were removing a tree from our front yard. Unfortunately, when the tree finally gave way, so did the pipe that it had it’s roots wrapped around. We called BWP who came out to shut the water off and the. Called a plaumbing company. They came out (the next day) and quoted us $1800 to replace less than 3 feet of copper pipe and a hose bib. We then called a big name company who wanted to charge me $90 just to give me an estimate. We thankfully then called Team Rooter. They sent their tech, Carlos G., out to take a look. First off, Carlos was friendly and professional. He took a look at our issue and gave us a firm estimate of $325. We couldn’t say ok fast enough. Within a half hour, the problem was totally fixed. He also moved the pipe 2 feet closer to the house, reinforced it with a second pipe and changed the spigot to a better, sturdier one. He then proceeded to wait with us while BWP came out to turn the water back on. Then he double checked his work and had us inspect everything. Before he left, he showed us where our shut off valve was (on the side of the house, buried under dirt and leaves and plants) so that in the event that anything like this happened again, we could shut the water off ourselves. I will absolutely call Team rooter again for any of my plumbing needs and I will be requesting Carlos G. By name! Very efficient and very knowledgeable! Thank you guys so much!

    Team Rooter is a life saver. My kitchen sink stopped draining (of course the day before my memorial day bbq). They sent Desi out here and was able to get it working again. Cant thank you enough!

    First time dealing with a nasty sewer back up so I went on line and found team rooter I called early in morning and someone picked up office staff was really nice they sent out jovany was at my place with in the hour really nice guy figured out what the issue was and took care of it right away . Started off as a bad morning but team Rooter showed up and made it better very happy with there over all service will be recommending them to friends and family . Thx guys !!!!
