They were fast reliable and respectful. I got a quote from another company that seemed outrageous and wasnt going to be able to fit us in before the winter for a new AC unit. We contacted Desert Air and had a quote and timeline that was much more reasonable. Payment has been easy and they were respectful when I had issues on my end. They got a whole brand new AC and furnace installed in a day and a half over the weekend which was greatly appreciated. They were respectful of my home and my time while they were here. I really appreciate their time and experience!!

Amazing service. Greg was incredible. He not only fixed the issues, but explained everything he was doing and suggested steps in the future. And they are willing to travel further out than other companies. In all honesty, there is an additional fee for those outside of the city proper, but I wouldnt expect different. Other companies were not even interested in coming out, so Desert Air automatically gained points there. Cant recommend enough.

The fan on my air-conditioner went out and my family was roasting in the summer heat. They sent a technician out quickly and got it fixed and now my air conditioner works better than ever. The technician they sent also gave me some tips on how to keep the system running smoothly and quietly in the future.

As usual, on time and did a great job servicing our air conditioner. We have had them do seasonal maintenance to furnace (they are one of the few companies that service oil furnaces) and air conditioner for quite a while and have always been satisfied with work done and fees charged.The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they left the gate open and our dog got out. Luckily a neighbor saw him wandering about and brought him home.

Matt gave a very professional and thourough inspection of HVAC equipement. Explained in detail the issues and best practices given the age of the equipment. Thank you for the excellent service!Price was 150/ unit (so 300 total). I called around town to compare prices. Not many offer inspections. This seems to be the going rate and it was definitely value for the money. In my view, price is not a reason to give a bad review so I give them 5 stars based on excellent service.

I called them for service a few years ago and am updating my review. I dont recall everything that they did, but I was pleased with their work and honoring the price I was quoted, which was significantly less than what it wouldve been. The owner was present to help with the job and agreed to the price. Both of them were pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and cleaned up the areas they worked in. I sent them a Hobeys Coffee Shop gift card to show my appreciation for their work and integrity. It wasnt much, but I truly appreciated everything and especially keeping the cost down. I was glad I could support a local business.

I had Desert Air perform a trenchless sewer line pipe bursting replacement on my 70 year old disintegrating sewer line. I shopped many estimates for the job and Desert air got the bid based on good recommendations, reviews, price, and customer service. After Daniel came out for the initial estimate, i still had questions and concerns being a large, pricey project. So the owner, Spencer, came out to my house and answered all my questions in a very honest and friendly manner before I agreed to the bid. I very much appreciated Spencers candor having dealt with other companies that give a very predatory vibe that will try and squeeze as much cash out of you as possible. Not the case here.The job itself took 4 days right on pace with the estimate of 3-4 days. The 2 main workers at my house, Daniel and Martin, were very friendly and worked in a clean and professional manner. Daniel was able to answer questions I had during the job and quickly problem solved a possible issue of a water main pipe being in the way of the repair. After the job was done they did an excellent job returning my front yard to its previous state. and the job price came in the same price as the estimate. I will definitely use and recommend Desert Air in the future.

We came home from Christmas vacation to a freezing cold house. It was the day before New Years Eve. There was not a single company that wasnt booked out 2+ weeks. We called Desert Air and they miraculously had an opening at the very end of their day. Their service men are so professional and compassionate. Matt came out and tried to repair or 25 year old furnace. But it was beyond repair. They called around and found us a replacement on New Years Eve! Amazing! Their technicians worked all day to install and there were no over/emergency charges. I cannot recommend them enough! They were kind, friendly efficient and went above and beyond to help us have heat before the holiday and before temperatures dropped with an incoming storm. We are so grateful and appreciated all of their employees, from office to techs they were all amazing! Thank you so very much!

Desert Air installed our AC unit and 5 years later we had our first issue. Adam and David came out to fix it and they were fantastic! Very thorough and professional, and only charged us for the parts as they felt the issue was made during install. They even came back a few days later to ensure everything was running correctly!

I had an emergency with my gas meter locked in the off position by Nevada Energy due to a gas leak beneath the house. I called Desert Air just before closing time, explained my dilemma and the very nice Lady said help is on the way. The tech was at my home in minutes and had the leaking gas pipe beneath the house repaired/replaced in record time.Desert Air llc is a company that is well organized, managed, and with wonderful talented employees.A note for contractors doing work in crawl spaces: Do not use “black pipe” for grab bars! Whoever you are, you almost caused a gas explosion!

We had an unfindable leak in our laundry room that would come on at strange times when we werent washing clothing. We called Desert Air and spoke with Pauline. Pauline was understanding and professional and quickly got us on the schedule.Later that day Butch and David came out five minutes early (that hasnt happened in a long time), both were professional and friendly and quickly got to work. Within 30 minutes they had diagnosed the problem as a faulty washing machine hose. They quickly replaced it with the proper hose they had on the truck. I am very pleased with all the employees I had the pleasure of dealing with. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future issues.

Our heating unit was running with no hot air coming out. As it was the first time for heat this season we assumed it was the pilot light out. Desert Air, now Goettl sent a technician Anthony Anderson out within 24 hours and he arrived on time. He carefully checked the unit which was hot. He photographed the various parts and showed a crack in the heat exchanger system. Unfortunately we then had to turn things over to the Home Insurance so the future is uncertain. Wish we could continue with such a knowledgeable and careful team at Goettl.

Greg was so professional, knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it, then even went above and beyond for us by adding a copper conduit to the wire to prevent any further damage! I will be recommending Desert Air to everyone I know!Edit : I also forgot to mention this, and it is key - this was an emergency fix! I had my new puppy destroy some low voltage wire on my ac unit outside, shut the entire system down. I called and they suddenly had an opening available and called me right back! Thank you Jillian for the call back and sending Greg! My house is perfectly cool now only a couple hours later 😊

Last week I called Desert Air LLC about my furnace, because its pretty old. I think I have about two more seasons and thats about it. I wanted to save some money. Im writing because I wanted to compliment the young lady that answered the phone. It was so refreshing to speak to a costumer service person who so polite and respectful. I did ask a lot of questions and she was very patient, I think her was Jasmine but Im not sure. She was great ! Ill check in with you guys next season.

We have used Desert Air for years at our small condo complex and found them to be top drawer. David and Jeff were very professional. They are a LOCAL Sparks business located near York and Probasco so they can show up pretty fast. They are installing wall furnaces throughout our condo complex. They present well and their work ethic is top drawer (no disappearing and no constant cell phone use). I was very pleased with the final professional product complete with caulking and proper grill placement/alignment. You cant go wrong.

Picture it: Sunday morning and you sit down with a fresh cup of coffee and you hear something funny sounding. You think to yourself that sounds like water. But you let it go, it is raining and all. Couple hours go by and then noise havent stopped. You think to yourself maybe the kids were playing and the hose was turned on. So you go outside and look at the hose and nothing is turned on. And it dawns on you what else is in that area. On the other side of the wall is your hot water heater. And it just sprung a leak. Frantically you start ripping everything away from the wall to make sure that it doesnt become damaged from the water that is coming up from beneath the floorboards. You search the internet to no prevail, and decide to reach out to your neighborhood Facebook page. Spencer at Desert Air answered my call, and dealt with a very frantic person on the other end of the line. Within the next day I had a crew come out and replace my water heater. They were very professional and very kind at the fact that I didnt know what I was doing. A huge shout out goes to Spencer and his team David, Butch, Tony and June in the office. Thank you for being there when I needed help.
