    Great service. Josh came out quickly on a Friday evening and was super professional and friendly. I had a relatively easy fix on a water heater situation but couldnt figure it out myself, but he did quickly. Would definitely use Van Allen again!

    We had to replace a Hot water heater. Went to Home Depot and purchased one for $770.00. l chose Van Allen Plumbing because they were located in Sun Valley, right down the street. I am so happy that I did. Van Allen Plumbing got back to me within an hour of my text to them. Everyone who I came into contact with from Van Allen Plumbing were very professional, friendly and very informative. We knew what the cost would be.The install was done and brought up to code within an hour. The only problem was that the new hot water heater was defective. Van Allen Plumbing contacted the company and had the part ordered and delivered. They replaced the part and everything works great. Van Allen Plumbing has the best customer service .     This is the 2nd time I’ve called Van Allen Plumbing for service. I had a 20+ year old water heater to replace.Van Allen put in a new Bradford White water heater for 1/2 the quote from Home Depot & 1/3 less than another larger Plumbing & Air company.I got a text quote & offer for next day install. I was notified of a window of when the work would be done with a pic of the worker to expect. I liked the pic, made me feel more comfortable with a worker at my home. Joshua sent notice when he was en route, arrived timely, completed the work and discussed the warranty, temp setting options, new aspects of the water heater & updated safety features.I was impressed with timeliness, courtesy & professional attitude of Van Allen Plumbing from quote to installment and recommend their services.

    I contacted Van Allen Plumbing via Yelp and they responded quickly. I wanted to wait till more estimates came in before making a decision. Some plumbers wanted to come give me an estimate and charge me $30 if i didnt hire them, even though i sent two pics of the part and install. Others quoted me a flat $200 plus parts if needed. Van Allen quoted me $150 an hour. I knew it would be a fast job so i read their Yelp reviews. Looked good but i still wanted to wait till today to decide. They made my decision easy when they texted me this morning. It made me stop procrastinating and just schedule it. The job was scheduled and they arrived and had my install completed in about 20 minutes. The $150 an hour rate is also their minimum charge. Two men arrived so one could go get towels from the truck while the other worked, saving time AND using their own towels instead of mine, which i liked a lot. They made sure everything was working before they left. Im very happy with them.

    Alex was very courteous, professional and accommodating with our water heater project. Our water heater started leaking last week. We contacted AHS since we had a replacement plan with them. After AHS contacted Van Allen Plumbing Alex took it over from there and contacted me right away to set up the appointment for replacement of the unit. From the time I contacted AHS to the completion of the job it took less than 3 working days. They also brought the entire unit and installation up to code.I would highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone.

One of our recent issues was our hot water heater going out at 4pm on a Friday! Alex was able to work through our warranty company and have a new one installed early the next week. They understood the priority for our household and treated us as their priority! First became familiar with them when my home warranty company assigns them to my plumbing issues.     Great service I had 2 other plumbers come and couldnt get the job done, and also left a mess for me to clean up, but when Josh showed up I knew he was prepared for the job. He had all the tools needed for the job while others had to borrow mines. He made sure to vacuum the water before working on my sink while again others would let it pour all over the floor. He answered all the questions I had and was very friendly and was able to get the job done when others couldnt. Best in town for sure.

    Im a first time home owner. I recently turned on my sprinklers for the summer and the main water valve was muddy. I thought it was leaking. Van Allen staff arrived and looked at the issue. Come to find our it was normal. Van Allen staff showed me what was going on and checked the valve and it was working. They did not pressure me for a repair that was not needed. Thank you for being honest and not trying to sell me something I did not need. I will definitely use them again.

    I had a problem with a floor drain in my restaurant that would clog periodically. I had one company out 4 different times, another company out once and $1400 spent telling me it is draining, and it was when they left. They never really found the problem but Gabe from Van Allen found the problem and used some excellent creativity to get a broken piece of floor tile out. It was acting like a flap in the drain line causing the problem to be fixed when poking it with the snake but then just the right amount of water goes down and the flap is closed.Highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

They were here within minutes of the earliest time they quoted me, and did my job almost instantly. I had them do a loose faucet handle in the master bath as well: they did two. They volunteered to wear booties in the house, and did that job lickity-split. No fuss, no mess, no cleanup needed. Very reasonable price. I would definitely call them again.

We had a huge issue with another company that wanted to charge us double the amount of Van Allen Plumbing and we couldnt even get ahold of them to discuss payment options and the service after the first time they came out. VAP came out and diagnosed the issue, sent it to the home warranty company immediately after leaving our house and we had a new water heater installed within a week after fighting the other company from the beginning of August until now,Beginning of November. Josh is who helped us along with Carlos and they were both very professional and awesome to work with! Josh explained in full detail everything for us of the full diagnosis and what needed to be replaced and what the out of pocket most likely would be. We had no problem paying the out of pocket to them, the service,how fast they were and how professional they handled everything and took us seriously, made it worth it! We were able to get a hold of Mr. Van Allen on his cell, and he sent out a plumber within 2 hours. Gabe diagnosed the problem, and took care of the leak, replacing a couple of flex lines and an expansion tank. He was knowledgeable, and the repair cost was very reasonable.
