    Ive used these guys for a couple of projects now, replacing some interior doors and installing a security door on my front door. Both experiences have been very positive, and I wont hesitate to reach out to them for future needs.Amy, the office manager, is very kind and responsive. Rocco, one of the owners and the one who I met with for a quote, is very helpful and didnt try to push anything whatsoever, just laid out my options for me to make my own decision.

    I started looking for Pella or Anderson patio doors, and believe it or not, one of their reps recommended Southwest Doors. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this beautiful, and less expensive alternative.

    Our journey with Southwest Door & Sash started because we wanted to replace our 30 year old windows in the house we just purchased in Sun City. Shopping for windows can be very overwhelming because it is an expensive project. We decided to go with Southwest Door & Sash for three main reasons: 1) They are local & have been in business a long time and 2) This business is highly rated on Google Maps 3) Lifetime Guarantee. We could have paid less somewhere else, but we wanted a high quality product. We are very happy with our door and windows, and I highly recommend this company. A big thank you to Rocco our salesperson, Amy who works in the office and gives customer updates and assists with lots of things, installers Steven & Mike.

    Great business!! They work with you on your budget and design based on your needs… Thanks Rocco!Had my front door replaced after my oak door cracked after 19yrs… We replaced it with a fiberglass door and couldn’t be happier…It was a full construction professionally done (measured and aligned) with a new frame… Thanks Robert and Clayton!!Scheduling was also flexible once your door arrives.. door usually arrives in 3 weeks maybe less…

    Had new double front doors installed as well as a side garage door..I couldn’t be more pleased..they came out beautiful..this company installed my windows and other doors many years ago and they still look brand new..highly recommend..Rocco was very detailed and always communicated very well throughout the process.

    We had Southwest Door & Sash come and install a security door and a sliding patio door and we cannot recommend them enough.They are absolutely great people to work with. All of the installers were beyond polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I havent ever seen a crew of installers be as clean and efficient as these three were. They made these jobs look easy and took care of any concerns we had along the way.We had a great overall experience with them and will definitely be using them in the future for our window installations.

    Love, love, love my office oversized opaque made to order doors!!! So unique! Thank you Southwest Door & Sash. We moved during the pandemic and ordered doors for my home office.     Very impressed with all the people from Southwest Door and Sash.The salesperson was very knowledgeable about their products. He provided different ideas for the glass door. We are very please with the finished French Sliding Glass Door.The installers arrived on time and completed the installation in a reasonable amount of time. They were very professional and cleaned up the area nicely.We had bump outs around two doors outside, the stucco installers did a great job and cleaned up the area before they left.We would highly recommend this company based on their products, customer service and reasonable pricing.

    Excellent work and service. One of my best experience working with the Southwest Door team and installers. They were able to install a door for our den which we thought was going to be very challenging but they made it seem so easy and it looks like the door was part of the original build. Great customer service. Installation was uneventful and was done in a good efficiently and neartly. Highly recommend Southwest Door for any of your projects.

    Southwest Door and Sash installed new security screen doors on our house and my sisters house, next door. They were very prompt and did a great job. They also had to do some re-framing around the door and it looked amazing. The price was very fair and we would highly recommend them. .

    OUTSTANDING!! Had a 20 year old large picture window replaced a couple years ago by another company that did a terrible job. Needed another replaced and was determined to find a great company. Southwest was it. Steve and Mike did an excellent job of replacing the broken window (with a new frame) then cleaned up spotlessly. Southwest is honest, ethical, reasonably priced, licensed, bonded, insured, and have a special certificate given to only 5% of contractors in the country. Very highly recommended.

    Nothing better than a company that shows up when they say they will, does the job at a very competitive price, and does so with complete professionalism. So used to getting the runaround from other companies that over-promise and under-deliver. From quote to job completion this was seamless. Of course the doors and windows look incredible, but just as impressed with each and every professional from Southwest that I came in contact with. They are a first rate organization, and you can see the pride each employee has in the work that they do. Can’t recommend them enough!

    I am grateful for the opportunity to review SW Door and Sash! I tried to write a review on YELP but all I could manage was a five star, no text. I would have a VERY difficult time stating just how very pleased I was with my quote in the beginning and with my level of satisfaction since the project wrapped up. Let me say that SW Door and Sash came in at HALF (HALF!) what a competitor quoted and also included MORE! Steve and crew not only installed my Sliding door and two windows, but ALSO changed out five interior doors for me... ALL IN ONE DAY!They were on target every step of the way. They had a plan and worked it! Everything was done properly, leveled, insulated, cleaned... COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER!!!! HINT: I AM FUSSY! I know what I like and it has to go well and end well or I scream. EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS SPOT ON! All the workers were SUPER respectful of me and my home, going so far as to ask PERMISSION (!!!) to use my bathroom! Thats something that checks a box!The estimate process, quote, keeping me abreast of approaching install date, the install itself and the clean-up all went PERFECTLY! They even held off on final payment until the following day so I could put the balance on my charge. AMAZING! I referred a neighbor who asked me to take her to their physical location so that she could personally meet the crew and purchase her new entry door. Shes elated! Thats how you thank someone who has done an exemplary job. You refer trusted friends, family and neighbors. Cant wait to have the remaining windows replaced.     The staff was really good about keeping us informed on the delivery of the windows and installation time line. The windows look great. The installers made sure the area was clean when they completed the work and even went above and beyond to place the furniture back in its original place. Great service, highly recommend.

    The buying process was extremely easy since everyone was very knowledgeable of the products. The customer service and communication was wonderful, we knew every step of the process.     Generally installation went well, however during final glass installation of last window a flaw was observed by the contractor and a new window glass was to be ordered. This delayed final completion of contract by about 6 months due to miscommunication with SWD&S and their repair subcontractor.
