We had an issue with our HVAC system and I called Mike’s number. Specifically, Mike answered the call and tried to walk me through a couple quick fixes before having to send a tech out. His tech arrived (Ryan), and worked his way through the problem and was able to get our system back online until the new part came in. Mike Wells Services is now saved to my contact for any future problems.

I had no A/C, only fan from the unit and on one of the hottest days of the year no less.It was some absolutely fantastic work from Mr. Ryan Voshell he went immediately into diagnosing if it was the electrical, then indoor unit, and once he found the outdoor unit he went to work. He identified the problem and fixed it, then he confirmed the A/C was working. Once he confirmed that he notified me, of the wiring being damaged along with the unit having high resistance leading to the outside unit. He did not try to oversell me just asked if I wanted them fixed and offered the prices for just the A/C or with the additional fixes. I took the additional fixes option since it was a fair price for the work done and will help to mitigate my A/C breaking down during the Winter or coming summer. Our AC just up and stopped working so I called Mike Wells services. Dustin was very professional and came out to our house an hour after I called which was beyond amazing considering our house was 82 degrees and we have a baby. Every other place I called that was closer to our home couldn’t get us an appointment for about a week later, so It was very much appreciated that they could get out to us so quickly. Dustin was quick, respectful and explained what was wrong with our AC very well. I would highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Mike Wells Services. Technician (Dustin) did a thorough check on my HVAC unit and spotted issues that were not performed by my previous HVAC company during their dual yearly preventative maintenance calls. He was very professional and offered solutions to the problem in leu of trying to sell me products/upgrades. Support local business and call Mike Wells Services for any HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed. And no, I did not get any perks or prompting from the company for writing this review. They did a great job!

This is by far the best experience weve had with an HVAC company in Hampton. The technician was courteous, on time (he showed up in the early part of the time window they quoted us) and knowledgeable. He didnt try to upsell me on any services or products. In contrast, he wanted to eliminate the least expensive possibilities before moving on to more expensive options. All in all 10/10 would recommend Mike Wells to anyone.

Due to disappointing issues with a previous warranty company and their designated repair company, Mike Wells Services Llc really exceeded all my expectations. Ryan with Mike Wells Services Llc was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We have an extremely old unit, and he was able to get it up and working. We’ve been out of heat for about a month, so it’s such a relief to have our heating back. Thanks to you guys! Will definitely be keeping them on standby for any other services needed. Dustin was amazing, kept me informed throughout the process and helped keep the house warm by loaning us a couple of space heaters. They replaced my furnace unit and flushed out our tankless water heater for a decent price. Fit us into the schedule right after the weekend and solved our heating problem.
