Paul and Kevin showed up and were quick, professional, and very helpful as there were issues that came up during the installation due to cracked valves from the previous unit.Was a great experience, with a team of professionals that were both personable and knowledgeable. Paul & crew always do a great job for us! I bought a country place that needs some TLC and remodeling so they put in some new faucets back in November, checked a 20 yr old dishwasher that was never used... and works great (its an impressive antique and great family conversation piece). Had some leaky/running outside faucets and our shower was pouring too. The handles are literally so old that we were gonna have to replace the parts with an RV work around, lol. As a general contractor looking to expand into Suffolk VA, finding a plumbing contractor that serviced the area, did new construction projects, and was very knowledgeable, accommodating with scheduled appointments and easy to talk to as well as able to effectively communicate with myself and the client, was very vital to the process. Was out of town when a hot water heater, which also produces the heating, went on the fritz at our rental property. Our Home Warranty Company wasnt able to get a plumber dispatched in a timely manner, and with a tenant without hot water AND heat, we just couldnt wait. We called Lanthorn and they were out the very same day, identified the issues, were able to find the rare part and complete the installation the very next day.Their communication throughout the process was timely, top-notch service, even texting to let us know when they were on the way. Their rates were more than reasonable, and their staff, from the Office Manager to the Technician on-site, were super professional.All around great experience and will definitely use again and refer with confidence!

Fast and accurate service. Another local plumber diagnosed my problem and said the wall would need to be removed to replace some piping because we were not getting hot water in our tub. These guys fixed the problem in 20 minutes! The office staff is friendly and pleasant to speak with unlike the other company, where I had to keep calling after they failed to return my calls, as promised.

My call for installation of a new toilet was placed on a Monday and the service call was made for the following day. Ronald and Logan arrived as scheduled and were courteous and respectful. From arrival to completion, the installation of the new toilet I purchased from VAMAC took less than 60 minutes. The water from the tank and bowl had already been removed by me in preparation of the job. They had sufficient parts on hand to cover what was not in the Toto box. They ensured the tank was properly secured to the bowl, that the water level in the tank was at optimum level and there were no leaks after several flushes. They cleaned up after themselves so you wouldnt know they had ever been there. I am very pleased with their work and will use this company again.

Paul replaced my tankless water heater for a fraction of what I was Quoted with A1!! They told me to downgrade and that didn’t sit well with me so I called around and found Lanthorn I couldn’t be happier they got my new Tankless unit quick and installed it no more than a hour it was amazing haven’t had any issues since and Dawn was amazing keeping in contact with me throughout the entire process and always making sure I had an accurate ETA thanks again you guys rock!

These guys were great! I wanted to switch out some faucets including an oddball on my tub with a sprayer. They even went to go get a specialty part to install it.
