    I cannot say enough about how wonderful Tidewater Pro Build is. Trey and Caleb were super receptive to all my ideas and questions. They made time to carve out a day way before the start date of my major kitchen overhaul to create a door between my kitchen and laundry room (a total game changer for new parents).Once the project was fully underway our main guys were Kevin, Sabre, and Steven. Mario was our electrician and he is a delight and a professional. They were polite, funny, efficient, and effective in their work. If you have this team you will be thrilled. Though the project went about a week over, we stayed pretty much on budget. Everyone worked with me and my husband to keep our budget reasonable and to make out project look FAR more expensive than it was. The finishing is impeccable and I know this kitchen is perfectly structurally sound, the electric is on point, and nothing will ever leak.I highly, highly recommend this company.

    Caleb and his Team were highly recommended to us from a few neighbors who had wonderful experiences with their renovations. We are so glad we listened and followed their advice. We had a great experience from beginning to end with the Witten brothers and their staff. They really took time to explain the process to us, and to give us guidance and suggestions on design when we were unsure. Clearly, they wanted to be certain we were educated about what was going on and they wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied with their work. They went above and beyond in helping us through this process which can be overwhelming at times. Often and unfortunately, one hears horror stories of other builders. However, one can rest assured that the experience with Tidewater Pro Build will be ethical, honest and built upon trust. We highly recommend them.

    Excellent, high quality work, and professional service.We needed repairs to our kitchen after a pipe leaked, ruining the walls, ceiling and floor in both our kitchen and dinning room. Tidewater Pro met with us quickly, listened to our concerns, and worked with us to get work started fast and within within the budget of our insurance coverage.Everyone on the crew was friendly, respectful, and great with our 3 year old son who constantly wanted to help fix the wall.Tidewater Pro will be our first call for all future home projects and our #1 recommendation to anyone in need of home repairs, remodeling, or construction.

    I wish there were more stars available than just 5. When I say this company and these guys go above and beyond, they truly do. From start to finish, the attention to detail and professionalism was WAY above par. I can finally live in my home independently, as a paraplegic, because they truly care about what they do and who they do it for. Not one sine was left unturned and they made my renovation easy and fun and they handled the headache portion, thankfully. If you want a professional job, use this company!     These guys go above and beyond with their service. I just needed some work done on my front and back porch, kitchen tile replacement, and a change to my bathroom vanity top/mirror. Throughout the entire process, everyone took the time to explain every part and were easy to communicate with. They were able to flex their schedule for my small job when another client canceled. They dedicated their full attention to my project even though it wasnt that huge and they went the extra mile to correct things they saw with the old construction on my front and back porches. Im extremely happy with their quality, professionalism, and friendliness. I highly recommend Tidewater ProBuild and they will for sure be my #1 contact for any future projects.

    Tidewater was excellent. They were always professional, timely and dependable. But what made them truly amazing was their ability to get to know my family, what we needed and what worked. We remodeled our first floor (living room, dining room and kitchen) and from start to gorgeous finish, they were with us every step of the way. Each member of the team is highly skilled and together, they created magic. We highly recommend Tidewater Pro Build. This company is the absolute best!

    These guys are great! We had an upstairs shower leaking into the dining room downstairs. Another company came out and assessed the cause as a cracked shower pan, which replacing would have required extensive glass frame removal and tile rip out, making an insurance claim, and turning our bathroom into a construction zone.Thankfully we called Caleb for a second opinion and he came out with Tom to assess the issue same day. Immediately they identified an issue with the drain and fixed it the following day. No more leaking in the dining room, no construction zone upstairs. We will absolutely be calling Caleb and his team for any future bathroom work!

    Trey, Caleb, Robert, and their team at Tidewater Pro Build fully remodeled and expanded our master bathroom. Their work, service, honesty, and professionalism was incredible. The project consisted of a full demo, new floor tile, custom vanity, electrical, and a prestige walk in shower with 6” marble hexagon wall tile that’s immaculate. The detail and precision provided with the overall end result from start to finish is incomparable to any other professional we’ve worked with. The full project was completed before their initial ending timeline and due to their quality, professionalism, and knowledge we immediately continued to have our guest bathroom remodeled and an addition of new man cave over the garage.If anyone is looking for an honest organization and team with the highest level of skills and precision in every aspect, you need to call Tidewater Pro Build for your next remodel, addition, and repairs.

    I have used Tidewater Pro Build for many projects on my house in Williamsburg. Before I bought the house, Trey and his team had remodeled the kitchen, and I was so impressed that I hired them to replace the roofing and siding. Outstanding job!! Then I hired them to gut and remodel the three bathrooms in the house. Another outstanding job, and the bathrooms are absolutely beautiful! Trey and his team made a number of recommendations that worked perfectly to make the most efficient use of odd space in the bathrooms. The quality of their work and their attention to detail and finishing touches were excellent. Finally, they recently put in a new joint driveway between my house and the neighbors with a unique divider in the middle. Very functional and physically appealing. I give the company a 5-star rating and highly recommend them for any construction project.

    Tidewater ProBuild did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. I had initially hired a different company who did an extensive amount of damage to my home leaving the bathroom completely unusable. The Tidewater team tore out everything and started from scratch.     I had a custom shower start leaking and did not know who to hire to get it redone. I did some research and found Tidewater Pro Build. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Caleb went above and beyond to make things right. He even put boots on my roof vents because he noticed some water discoloration in my bathroom ceiling. This had nothing to do with the job I hired him for. Good people. I plan to have them do work on my other bathroom in the near future.Harry K

    My wife and I are very, very pleased with Tidewater Pro Build’s remodel of our master bathroom, and we are not the easiest customers to please. We had discussed a remodeling project for several years but it became a necessity when our master bathroom shower developed a leak that started to stain and drip through the ceiling of the room below it. After two different plumbers could not find the source of the leak, we knew something drastic had to happen, and that is where Tidewater Pro Build comes in. I called and left messages with several contractors and posted inquiries on several contractor websites. A few of them ignored my requests. One contractor said that most of his men lived in Virginia Beach and would not want to drive as far as Suffolk for a job. Tidewater Pro Build responded to my website inquiry in the middle of a Sunday morning. Frank, the Sales Manager said that when he saw that we were having a leak through the ceiling, he knew the job was urgent and wanted to make contact as soon as possible. Frank met with us later that day and just a day or two later, Tidewater Pro Build was at our house to troubleshoot. They had to take down the drywall around the shower to find the leak, but once it was isolated and the living room ceiling dried out, they did a beautiful job in repairing and painting the ceiling. We did a total makeover of the bathroom. Frank made some design recommendations during the initial walk-through planning. We met with Trey and Brian to develop our design and lay out our plans. Along the way, Trey made several very helpful suggestions that kept our supply costs under better control. He recommended strongly that we stick with one line of plumbing fixtures to ensure that the finishes matched throughout the room. Trey offered a very creative solution to our problem of where in the bathroom to relocate the linen cabinet. The demolition phase went very quickly. The rebuilding phase proceeded much more slowly, as they predicted it would. Quality work takes time. We needed the job completed by a wedding-date deadline, before out-of-town family started to arrive. And even though, about a week before the deadline, it looked like the project would not be finished, we had a fully functional master bathroom in time for the wedding. It was not a rushed patch-job to get the project finished; the last phases of the job were done as carefully and with as much craftsmanship as the earliest. There were a few touch-up items that needed to be addressed after the wedding and those were done on schedule. When we found a few more add-on punch list items we wanted fixed, Tidewater Pro Build did not hesitate to come to our house and correct them promptly. Sales Manager Frank even came out to inspect the project when it was completed to ensure our satisfaction. This is the kind of customer service anyone would want from their home contractor. We now have a beautiful, designer-quality, custom master bathroom that is one of the prettiest rooms in the house and one of the nicest you will ever see. I will forward photographs to Tidewater Pro Build to post on their Facebook page when we have all the furnishings and décor in place. There are a few already. My wife and I would not hesitate to use Tidewater Pro Build for our future remodeling projects. Thank you Trey, Caleb, Brian, Frank, and Kevin!

They cleaned up after themselves daily and were a pleasure to have in my house.     Trey and his team remodeled my two bathrooms almost two years ago.When I decided to remodel the kitchen, they were the first people I thought of. I knew what to expect and they did not disappoint.Trey worked with me to come up with a design for the kitchen and pricing that was more to my liking. He and Kevin made it easy for me to select cabinets, counter tops, flooring etc. by bringing samples to get an idea of what I wanted, rather than me having to travel from store to store to pick everything out. I did some looking to get an idea of hardware, backsplash, etc., but they did all the shopping. If they thought something wouldnt work, they told me, but there was no pressure.The thing that sets TPB apart is their attention to detail. They do the little things that I dont think anyone else would do. For example, they cut my speaker wire and ran it though the attic and down a corner to hide it behind wall trim. Much better than having it run along the baseboard.The main worker bees were Kevin (lead) and Stephen. They were prompt and pleasant and it was a pleasure to have them working here. Mario, the electrician, was here several days to rewire and bring everything up to code. Great people, great job.

    Great company. Excellent customer service and superior quality of work. Called them for a short-fused water damage job and they bent over backwards to fit me in.     Ive been working with Caleb and his crew for about 2 months. I am in the process of doing a major kitchen remodel. I have a special needs son and we are working to make the kitchen more accessible for him. Caleb and Brian have worked closely with me to pick great products and to get good prices on them. Caleb has carted me around multiple cities to look at samples and to get ideas. He is so pleasant and upbeat and funny! It has been a pleasure hunting for the right product. Brian is always sweet and on top of things whenever I need anything from him or have any questions. They helped me pig out perfect cabinets and counters and flooring and its going to be awesome. Yesterday was day 1 of construction. The guys that showed up were friendly, pleasant, polite, and you could tell they were really concerned about making sure its done right. Its a big undertaking and we are staying in the home while it happens and they were stellar at helping me get things moved and covered. This process has been very pleasant so far and I am very relaxed and excited as we move forward with the project. I highly recommend this company if you are doing anything in your house.     The team at Tidewater ProBuild are great, and their work is second to none. They were very responsive throughout the whole process, which took about 7 weeks. We had a complete master bathroom remodel done and it was great. We had our moments of doubt (since we were asking a lot of them), but Trey and Caleb (and Kevin) pulled off an amazing job.     We live in the Chesapeake area and have had Trey work on three separate projects. He has done outside work to the finishing touches on our bathroom.
