    I was in a bind. Had a so called electrician wire my hot tub and not only did he not wire it correctly but he drilled through the main power wire that goes from the meter to the electrical panel and never told me.Regi came out and got it squared away at a reasonable price. Now my house is safe which is what really matters.If you need electrical work done Regi is the guy to do it.

    Five-Star Google Review for Anointed Hands Electrical ServicesI called Reginald on Monday morning at 9:39 for help with a hallway light, multiple outlets that were out in my daughter’s room and the hallway, and a shower light fixture in my bathroom that had been out for a while. He explained his hourly rate and the need to troubleshoot but reassured me that he works quickly and fairly without trying to hurt anyone’s pockets. His honesty and professionalism immediately gave me confidence in his service.Reginald arrived at my home in about 30 minutes and quickly got to work. Within seconds, he’d diagnosed the issue, and in 20 minutes, everything was completely fixed! Not only did he handle the electrical work with integrity and skill, but he also went above and beyond by helping me retrieve a few pieces of jewelry that had fallen behind a dresser drawer—something I couldn’t reach on my own.     My experience with Anointed Hands Electrical (Reggie) was outstanding. I called him in the morning due to a power outage in my Master Bedroom. Reggie was at my home within 2 hours and quickly and expertly diagnosed my problem. He was extremely professional and courteous.     Reggie was absolutely amazing! We needed new outdoor wiring for a spa, and he came by to get a plan and gave me a quote the same day I called, and did the work the very next day! He did excellent work and went above and beyond to bury wires in my backyard.     I called Anointed Hands Electrical when my power went out in parts of my home. I chose it by the name alone due to me being a man of faith. When I told Reggie what was going on, he quickly told me what the issue was, and he stated that he wanted to save me money.     Reggie came out last minute yesterday, we had outlets out in our dining room and kitchen bar area , he was here for less than 5 mins figured out the problem and proceeded to meticulously work through, check and re-checked every outlet fixed it within an hr and helped put furniture back when he was finished.     The power cut off at my friends house after a storm came thru the area where we live. I called several electrical service companies hoping to get someone to come and fix the problem as soon as possible because of the heatwave we are currently experiencing at this time in our area, but none of them could get to us until the next day. I decided to call one more electrical service company. I called Reginald Jones at anointed hands electrical an talked with Reggie about our situation, it was 5:00 pm Reggie said he could be here in about 30 minutes and he was. He fixed the problem and the power was back on in less than five minutes. I also had a ceiling fan that wasnt working and I ask him if he would look at it. He did, and he fixed it in about 10 minutes free of charge. I highly recommend MR REGINALD JONES to anyone looking for a reasonably priced professional electrician. I will call him in regards to all my my electrical repair needs.

    I reached out to Anointed Electric for a quote to install a Ford Charge Station Pro 80amp EV charger. Reggie responded immediately and arrived within the hour for an in-home quote. I didn’t have the 80amp charger yet as it was being delivered within two weeks. In the mean time, he picked up material needed and came did all the prep work for the 80amp charger. He temporarily set it up for me to use the Ford 30amp charger that came with my Ford Lightning truck. Once the Ford Charge Station Pro arrived, he came to complete the job. Reggie is very professional, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. If you’re looking for an electrician to install an EV charger, especially the Ford Charge Station Pro in the Hampton Roads area, don’t hesitate. Give Reggie a call!

    Great guy. I was an electrician prior and I had trouble with a power outage to my garage. I was getting frustrated unable to find the source as no breakers was tripped at the main panel. Due to my shift work schedule I was not going to let the garage without power for a month. I resorted to a local electrician. Reggie did not disappoint, he did the job and found the loose wire in a switch that I had missed and restored power to my garage. Thanks Reggie. Will definitely do business again if needed. Second time around, I bought a GE cafe oven and the company couldn’t get it to work. They brought out another one and same problem. I called Reggie and he came out same day and said it will work the next day. He ran a new line saying that the old line is not compatible even though GE tech said it was. As promised Reggie was right and got the oven running.

    Amazing service. I called Reggie yesterday morning after failing to contact another electrician who had done work on my house. Reggie asked me if he could come THE SAME DAY! I had to ask if I misheard him, Did you say today?. He showed up at the promised time and called me beforehand to confirm. He helped me solve three difficult problems with different ceiling fans (I have them in almost every room in my house) and then worked on an outside outlet.     I recently had Reggie come out to assist with an electrical issue I was having. I thought the issue was a bad GFCI that I was using for my deep freezer in my garage. He was able to verify the operability of the GFCI and educate me on what the actual problem was.     Wow. Reggie was such a huge blessing to my family. We were in a delima with another contractor not being able to complete the installation of our dining room light.     TOP NOTCH WORK! I woke up this morning with no water and a dead well. After the well company came and replaced a switch that had failed, they discovered I had another electrical issue preventing me from getting power to my well. I called the first company that popped up in Google and Reggie answered. Two hours after I called, Reggie and his uncle left after replacing a breaker, correctly wiring the well pump switch, and returning water to my home. All for a price I did not expect from a qualified tradesman. He also gave me some recommendations for some electrical upgrades and a rough estimate. I WILL be calling Anointed Hands in the future!

    September 15, 2015 - Mr. Reggie Jones from Anointed Hands came to my home to repair an overhead kitchen light and a couple of receptacles that had not worked for several months. Mr. Jones immediately diagnosed the problem and made short work of the repairs. Not only was Mr. Jones personable but he was also very knowledgeable. He informed me that my problems stemmed from aluminum wiring in my home and that aluminum was famous for over heating and causing electrical problems in many homes. Mr. Jones went on to explain a few dos and donts regarding aluminum wiring which may assist me in the future. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. The rates for the work was very fair. I would strongly recommend Anointed Hands to anyone in need of electrical repair as I will certainly be using him again in the future.

    I lost heat, thought it was my furnace called company that installed it few years ago, they came out and said it was ok and was my electrical panel...I researched a few businesses and Anointed hands had great reviews and ratings.. so I called and Reggie came right out for me.. he said it was more then likely my outside panel... It is an older place, so he opened panel and yeah you could tell it is old, he opened completely up checked everything I had no 200 amp or any 240v running inside.. He went hone spent evening researching and found part had me order it... Once came in he came out immediately putting me priority spent several hours having to rewire outside panel... Everything was great... A week later my furnace shutoff again I called Reggie said no problem with outside box, but ye came right out again next day verified outside was still great, it was, came in and checked main panel noticed I had same problem inside, old panel, however he fixed couple fuses and adjusted and everything was running great again...Reggie was very professional, courteous, explained everything he was doing and why, Im not an electrician, so I liked that... He was very fair with his prices, I did check 4-5 other ones to verify the cost they where charging, so I feel he was considerate and fair with what he charged.. I definitely would and will recommend Reggie and Anointed Hands Electrical Services for any and all your needs... You can not go wrong..
