    Zach B. did an outstanding job wiring my front porch for lights!I recently purchased an old colonial home and needed to add porch lighting, sconces, and a ceiling light. Zach was a true professional throughout the entire process.He was incredibly polite and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. He took his time breaking things down ā€œlike I was a 2 year oldā€ so that I could understand the electricianā€™s lingo!     Our water heater when out a week ago. Water was everywhere. It took us a while to clean up the mess. I remember I heard the Wilson commercial on the radio. So I researched them and 3 other companies along with the top 5 water heaters out there. I was impressed with the reviews for Wilson and we called them and they came out the next day. We told them which one we wanted and they gave us an estimate and 1 hour later they stated the install. It looks great, they were very professional and helpful. Thank You Wilson, that HOT shower felt great!! šŸ˜‰

    Had both plumbing and electrical service done. Both technicians were very helpful and very personable. I also love that before they come to your house, you get a backstory on the person! During service, they are very transparent on options and pricing and donā€™t try to force you one way or the other. Would definitely recommend!

    Kyle their technician came out next day to inspect and quote. I was able to finance through Wilson in minutes. They could have replaced my electrical box and breakers the next day but I had my sister and 2 dogs visiting. They came out a few days later and were completely done in less than 5 hrs.     Iā€™ve had an amazing experience with Wilson! Upon calling to schedule I was able to get an apt pretty quickly. The technician that came out originally (David) was very informative, helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me. The technicians that came out and installed the new water heater and softener (Robert and Brandon) did an amazing job! They were very helpful, friendly, and efficient.     We used Wilson for two different services (electrical and septic) that buyers requested we have done based on inspection. Tim was amazing and came one day to look at what needed to be done. He came a few days later for the repair. He was quick and did amazing quality of work and was kind enough to make sure that we had everything covered during the selling process. Joe came to pump our septic within a day of scheduling. He was very friendly and made sure we knew everything up front before starting the job. He was quick and efficient during the pumping process !

    This company is wonderful. Truly. Our water heater sprung an impressively damaging leak in the bottom and partially flooded our laundry room. They came out yesterday to give us an estimate. The man, Jason, was very knowledgeable and my husband and I both trusted his experience and suggestions. We paid them that afternoon and this morning Robert showed up and installed our new water heater in just a few hours. We have two small children so it was a massive relief to not have to wait very long to have hot water again. Robert was professional, kind and knew what he was doing. We were quoted a slightly cheaper price by Lowes but this companys conduct and experience coupled with the fact that I worked for Lowes in their installations department and have 10 years of construction experience, I would highly recommend this company over theirs and any other. They hauled away our old water heater and the area they worked in and through are spotless just like before they arrived. Super satisfied and will reach out to this company again when we have more work done in the near future. Photos are from before and after installation

    They were very professional, efficient and clean. My house looked like no one ever came in today. He explained I needed to have unit flushed annually. He was very nice and installed unit in just over an hour. I was very pleased with service and I will call back to get unit flushed. It was a great experience.

    Arrived when he said and completed the job within the estimated time frame. Was extremely friendly and happy going about the job.     Originally I scheduled for an AC tune up, but as it was new, (brand new!) the tech noticed I had a furnace tune up schedule the following week, and was able to re jig and took care of it that day. I appreciated the ability of his quick/smart thinking and he let me pick his brain on AC options for venting, and an add on that that would be a benefit for my home with respect to dehumidifying the entire house. As always the techs are great!

    They were out bright and early to install our new air conditioning. Work was done in a timely manner and was very pleased with the install and them briefing me along the way on how things were progressing.     My washer broke and the technician working on it (not from Wilson) told me that my breaker was bad. I searched for electricians to come check it out, and was recommended Wilson. I called in, and within a matter of 10 minutes, I had an appointment scheduled for an electrician to come check it out. The day of the appointment, I received clear communication from the person who would be stopping by to help me named Mike. Mike inspected my breaker as well as the outlet itself and diagnosed the outlet as the issue within about 5 minutes. He showed me what the issue was, what caused it, and explained to me in an easy-to-understand way what he would be doing to fix it. He then left to get the equipment for the repair, and about 30-40 minutes later he came back to complete the job. Additionally, he provided advice and recommendations for other household repairs and preventative measures I could benefit from. Really wonderful service experience and I appreciate Mike going above and beyond to ensure I was educated on the work he was doing for me.

    In under 2 hours, Antonio was able to expertly deal with a slow draining bathroom sink that plagued us for a while. This is the fastest Ive seen it drain and its a load off my mind. Antonio was courteous, direct, and professional above all when dealing with our issue and advising us about avoiding future problems. He would be highly preferred if I need their services again, I could not thank him enough for resolving the issue where all my attempts with drain cleaners failed.

    We had to have our hot water tank replaced, it started leaking yesterday. Being new to the area I had no idea who to call so I went to Google. Wilsons was one of the companies that came up & had good reviews so I gave them a try & it turned out to be a good decision. They got us up & running today, the tech that did the install was David & I couldnt be more pleased with his work. He was in & out in about two hrs & left the utility room cleaner than when he started. He was very informative about what he was doing, just a very nice young man to talk with.     My elderly mothers toilet began leaking so I called Wilson Plumbing. Everyone was so professional and friendly. Sangam came out to evaluate the situation and explain everything that was going on. He was great and then Jarrett and his partner came out to fix the toilet. They were wonderful- they called before they arrived and showed up just when they said they would. They completed the work pretty quickly and told me exactly what had to be done.I would definitely recommend this company.(Also- I had contacted another plumbing group before Wilson. They didnt call me back right away and when they did, they werent able to even come look at the job until next week!!! Wilson came out early the next day!)

    Jarret and his one man crew came in and replaced and disposed of my 25 year old hot water heater! This giant 80 gallon tank full of sediment was moved out of my house without any damage being caused and installed perfectly!!     After a recent torrential rain revealed issues with our sump pump, we called Wilson to evaluate and remediate. They identified issues, multiple remedies and solutions, and they were transparent about pricing and necessary immediate fixes. We ended up replacing our old sump pump, and the work could not have been more well done. All of our contacts at Wilson coordinated with our patio contracting company on site to ensure that they were all on the same page. The new sump pump was immediately tested with substantial rainfall the day after install. It functioned beautifully and our basement stayed dry. What a relief after flooding just the weekend before! The workmanship by Wilson was meticulous, thoughtful, and careful. Communication from the company was transparent and consistent. We appreciated our experience from start to finish.

    We had a great service call. Joe called ahead to let us know he was on his way and arrived right on time. We have trees over the drive and he took his time to back the pump truck past them carefully without snapping off any limbs. He examined our septic tanks and explained the issues clearly. During his service he spotted an additional issue and put in a request for the appropriate follow up service with his office. He was quick, polite, and professional in his work. Based on this interaction weā€™ll be happy to give them repeat business.After Joes visit, Justin and Dillon arrived later in the week to update the septic electrical. We had requested the work to be completed by 4 PM due to our sons graduation that day and were told they could arrive at noon and be done in a couple hours. They actually came about 90 minutes early and were done in the time they promised. Both Justin and Dillon were professional and efficient. They also made certain to wear boot covers in the house and always asked permission to enter. This experience was very similar to the one we had with Joe.

    Everything was fine. The ā€œpotential discountā€ in the invoice wasnā€™t reflected in the total cost, though. And, the ā€œpotential discountā€ wasnā€™t brought up at all. Also, an estimate was given for the hydropower cleaning for ALL of the septic field lines, but after undoing the boxes, it was discovered that only three had problems. If we could have checked the boxes first, we might have saved some money. Dustin was very nice and professional! We were just thinking the cost would be a little less than it was since the cause of the problem wasnā€™t ALL of the lines being plugged. And, only one had roots (see photo below). We are truly happy that the work has been done and that thereā€™s a 90 day warranty. We would give the service a five star rating, but it would have been helpful to have a better explanation of the cost.

    Brandon and Dan were wonderful, they cleared my clogged septic, then ran all the drains in the house, then re-ran the main drain to the septic.They were very thorough and very professional, explained everything and answered all my questions! Rob not only fixed our piping issues but also explained to us the issue, removed the grass layer of the excavation so that we could re-plant with minimal effort and showed me how he would repair our issues.     Called Wilson and spoke to Desi. They were super cool and helped me schedule my appointment with Mike Shahan. Mike came to fix the AC Unit and did a great job finding, fixing and explaining the problem to me. Everything was done in a timely manner. He showed up quick and got the job done quick. Couldnt ask for better service. Ended up spending about 200 bucks for diagnostic and service and was glad to do it so I can get my air back on. Definitely will use Wilson again in the future.
