    Next day service. Quality work. Had a utility sink faucet changed out, which I bought ahead of time and provided. My only real issue was the financial side of the service. The quote was done on techs cell phone, given to me verbally but was not shown to me. I opted to accept the quoted fee as I would have had to pay $79 for the service call for the tech to just leave (although I expressed that I thought it was a bit high for the service $253), signed the cell phone screen, but never saw the actual quote with itemization. Assumed it would be on my receipt, but I never got a receipt for my service. Thought my receipt would have been sent to me via text or email, since everything else was done electronically, but it was not. I do not like that I did not get a receipt for my service.Update … company reached out a few days after my post and provided me with a receipt.

    Chris, Taylor, and Jonathon did a great job. They were knowledgeable, upfront, courteous, efficient, and clean. The process used in our home was cure in place pipe. They also replaced our outdated cast iron stack. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to others.

    Weve been struggling with plumbing from a recently purchased neglected house and C.Lee Plumbing has been great with helping us figure out whats going on and how to fix it.     Very personable and honest and upfront pricing. It’s a very good family vibe type of feel with C. Lee. Chris and Justin were the two technicians that gave the estimate and then Justin did the work. It was a great job and they did a great job explaining everything they did!The ladies on the phone, Kaylee and maybe Cindy… but not 100% sure the latter and her name for sure, but they both were great and friendly. There was a schedule mistake and they all did a great job handling it.I will use these guys for all plumbing needs from here in out.

    Chris and his helper (sorry, I’m terrible with names) were able to come out the same day I called (a Friday) for a toilet problem. Unfortunately I needed a new toilet. Since the house is 37 years old we decided to replace all three. They were back first thing Monday morning and did a great job. We’re very happy with our new commodes and the professionalism they exhibited through the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

    I had Leon, Johnny, and Justin come out to replace a section of crushed sewer line. They did a great job and were thorough in making sure it would last. C. Lee’s prices were very reasonable for this project. I’ll call them again if I have any more plumbing issues.The guys had great attitudes and personalities as well. It made the job less stressful as a customer.

    One company told me to replace my cast iron sewer pipe out to the road for $19,000. C. Lee suggested a super super cleanout for much... much... MUCH less! They even showed me endoscopic video when they were done so I could see how clean it was. Its only been about a week, but so far so good!

    Mr Lee provided excellent service. He explained things exceptionally well. I was able to get an appointment with him on the same day that I called. The office kept me up to date on his arrival time and he called shortly before his arrival. The office staff person was also very helpful and courteous. The person who came the day before was unable to fix the problem. I still had to pay that company $79. Mr. Lee was personable and up front about his pricing. He spent at least two hours getting the drain open and cleaned out. Cost was $579.00 plus cost of new drain plug. It was worth it to be able to use the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. He provided me with estimates of other things that needed done. I appreciated his thoroughness and did not feel pressured. I will most likely call and schedule to have some of it completed. I spent hours researching plumbers and drain services online and made calls to multiple companies. Mr. Lee completed the task without having to dig up the yard as others were telling me probably needed done. He guaranteed the work for one year.We are very happy with his services!

So Im out 80 and am no closer to a solution.EDIT: They sent a technician out for a second diagnosis. They did a more thorough analysis of our issue and put forth a solution. I am very impressed with their customer service.

    I recently used C Lee Services to repair my sewer drain, which was damaged due to tree roots gone wild. Was very impressed with the job Chris and his team did over a 4 day period. I so did not want my yard dug up and chose to have a liner installation, which allowed for just one dig to get to the pipe and minimal concrete removed from the driveway. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to keep their yard intact. Very professional and attention to every detail. I give them all the stars.

    Great company. Always personable. Theyve done a lot of great work for me in multiple houses across a multitude of projects -- even went toe-to-toe with Stow city inspectors about a water main issue to ensure I got the best service possible. They take good care of you. Not the cheapest but peace-of-mind seldom is, and their work is second to none. You get what you pay for. I love their scheduling system which is both automated (they keep you up today with automated texts) and real human (they always have a scheduler at the ready should you respond to those texts).

I was planning to have my water off for up to 36 hours for the repair and they got the job done in less than 7 hours from start to finish. They also cleaned everything up before they left.     Chris Lee (the owner) and his team just completed a sanitary sewer replacement. Our sewer is about 230 feet, heavily forested yard, and up to 11 feet deep, old clay tile. We did a hybrid system, trench/PVC for part, and epoxy lining for about 175 feet of it. There were many difficulties that arose, and Chris and the team showed great perseverance in getting the job done, at much cost to him and his business...some of which he could have contractually passed on to me but graciously chose not to. You discover ones character when the going gets tough; this enormously challenging job demonstrated to me that Chris is a man of honor.

    We had a issue with our main water shutoff valve coming from the street. C Lee’s returned our call promptly . They were able to send someone out within hours of our call. After assessing the problem unfortunately they couldn’t do the work right away because the water had to be shut off by the city and it was after 5 . C Lee’s worked with our schedule issues because of problems with getting the water shut off from the city. The dispatcher at C Lee’s worked with us rescheduling appointments 3 times during the same day because of the city issues. She was so helpful and cheerful, it was like we were lifelong friends. The plumber was super knowledgeable, quick and friendly. We are very satisfied with C Lee’s and will be using them for all of our plumbing needs . Highly recommend using them!!

    The C. Lee Company made us an immediate priority when our sewer line broke, making most water related systems in our home unusable. Their plumbers gave us clear estimates, very professional/competent service, and cleaned up afterwards. They were very respectful of my property, trying to avoid lawn damage from the Bobcat backhoe, and even went as far as helping reinstall some of the plants that they had to remove. Tony. Dan, Justin, and others (not to mention Chris the owner) all were amazing with their diagnostic and plumbing skills. They were dedicated and concerned with making our issues remedied in a professional manner. 5 stars out of 5. Thank you all!

    Justin was awesome! He walked me through all my options after dealing with another plumber from a different company who quoted me double of what Justin did! He was able to snake and unclog my drain. He also gave me options on what I can do in the future to help with my older drain system! Would definitely recommend and I will be using them from now on!

    Denny was very helpful in explaining the whys and how to of everything he did. He even gave me some tips for other items he noticed and relieved my mind about an unknown pipe in the basement.     My entire experience with C.Lee was great from the start. Scheduling was easy and the lady I spoke with was knowledgeable and kind. Justin came out and gave me a few options and the costs associated - the pros and the cons of each. He was able to diagnose and fix what the last 4 plumbers were unable to. I was a nervous wreck - thinking I was going to need to have my main drain dug up and spend thousands of dollars. Luckily not the case. Justin was patient and explained the process and answered my questions, even though I slowed him down. He also left the area clean - which isn’t something I can say for the last 3 companies that have been out. Five star rating - signed up for their membership as well!

    On time, very knowledgeable plumbers, great job. Reminder text the day before. Text the morning of with the plumbers name and picture. A call to let us know they were on rhe way. They found rhe blockage right away, cleaned the drain and ran the inspection camera to the street. Got a video when they were done. Came back and did a sewer repair. Replaced low spot under the basement floor and lined to clay tile to the street. Excellent work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.

    Tony did a great job. My sewer was backed up into the basement. He cleared a clog, and then cleared away some roots. I unfortunately tried to clean it out earlier and got part of my snake caught in they drain. He wasnt able to get that out today. Will be back with a different machine tomorrow, and then they will clear roots all the way to the street. Did a great job cleaning up afterwards.Justin was out on Friday. It took a while to clear my snake from the drain pipe, but then he was able to visually check my drain and showed me how it was massively blocked with roots. He used a different machine that stripped all the roots out of my drain all the way to the street. My drain is nearly 100 years old, but with the roots gone, Justin could show / tell me that my drain is still in good shape.I am so Impressed!If / when I have drain issues again I wont call anyone else but C.Lee Services!

    Install new sump pump, associated check valve and piping. This service was completed in response to a small leak in the discharge piping. Although the pump was still operational it was over 30 years old so I chose to have it replaced. The service technician had a replacement pump delivered within 30 minutes. He was then able to complete the installation well within a limited timeframe to allow me to keep a previously scheduled appointment away from home.

    The establishment of Civilization, quite simply, depends on good drains. Electricity, the Internet, and strawberries in January are all well and good, but without good drains, life all falls apart. C Lee Services has been a valued resource that has helped us to keep our drains open, and keep us civilized. We are grateful to C Lee Services for being honest, hard working, and dependable. Most recently, Justin Mackey opened three storm drains that were filled with tree roots, and graciously agreed to snake a very sluggish bathroom sink drain the same day. Justin is an artist, and it was a privilege to watch him work. We will continue to rely on C Lee Services to maintain our drains and keep us civilized.

    My house is on a slab. I noticed the carpet in my living was wet. No detectable leaks under sinks, toilets nor access panels. Called 6 plumbers. The folks and owner (Chris) at C Lee we’re very calming, spoke with confidence that the can identify the leak without need of 3rd party leak detection service. They showed a a day before their scheduled service and identified the leak without the need to tear up the slab in living room. Their method to resolve the issue will not require any floor break- up for resolution. Very good company !! Glad I chose them .

    We had a cast iron pipe that developed a hole. When we called Lee’s we didn’t know what the problem was except to say we had water backing up out of the main drain.The response time was within a few hours of our calling, and the men were prompt. Super courteous. The men used a camera Guziak’s to scope out the drain. They showed us the camera’s screen and explained what we were seeing. This was so nice as they didn’t talk down to us and eagerly answered our questions. A temporary fix was made to drain the mess on the floor. One of the men sprayed disinfectant/cleaner on the floor and walls were the water had been. They came back three days later (it was a scheduled all-day job.) The repair included removing the damaged pipe from under the floor for which they used a jackhammer. It was an electric hammer and pretty quiet. It also didn’t take long to do. They removed the concrete chunks in pails. A new pipe was installed as well as a new laundry tub (the tub was at no cost to us). New concrete was installed in the hole. The men cleaned up everything. The entire job was professionally done.Lee’s plumbing now is our go-to plumber.

    We had issues with our house smelling super musty and occasionally of sewer gas. Ultimately, we needed our sewer lined from the house to the street as well as a drain line replaced under the concrete in our basement. Everyone we worked with from the woman who answered our call to the tradesmen who came out were top notch professional. Our problem was pretty dang overwhelming and they remained calm and mapped out the plan clearly for us from the beginning.We worked with Dan, Shawn, Tony, Chris Lee, the apprentice Chris, and another man who broke up our concrete (so sorry we didnt get his name!). There arent words to explain how skilled they were in the work they did. We were welcomed to watch them work at times and it was really cool to learn how they were installing the liner, fitting the new pipe, and repairing the floor. These guys really love what they do and enjoy sharing their knowledge with others. We have never had so much fun with a work crew and this really helped keep us calm during a very stressful time. They really were worth every penny and we would use them again without a second thought!This was a really messy job and they left our house very clean. As soon as the work was done, there was absolutely NO smell in our house. Our problem was diagnosed correctly and fixed expertly. They put all our appliances back and made sure everything was working before they considered the job complete. Thank you for laying tarps to protect our new carpet and flooring and for removing our doors to help protect our new paint. Its the little things like this that go the extra mile and gave us peace of mind. THANK YOU for giving us our house back---it feels like home again!

    The overall quality and professionalism is good, but I feel like the amount charged makes me feel like I’m being ripped off. $260 to fix a cold water valve under a sink! It took the guy 20 minutes. The materials were $15-$20 bucks. So, they charged me $800 an hour for the work. I feel like they should actually charge you an hourly rate based on what it actually took them to do the work. I’ll be shopping around next time because of the exorbitant pricing.
