    Great to have Charlie out not only for our regular burner tune-up but also to open the water tank, clean it out thoroughly, and enable me (the homeowner) to see the (pretty good) condition of the glass-lined tank.     The entire AMS team is fantastic - we suffered through the summer without AC as we worked through the Mass Saves process.     After several months of gathering information and several quotes, we could not be more pleased with our decision to use AMS for our new heat pump and furnace installation. Joe is very knowledgeable and was always prompt in answering my many questions. The installation team promptly showed up on the scheduled date and completed the job in one day.     These folks consistently exceed my expectations. I keep calling them with odd problems with an aging (17 year old) oil heat and A/C system and they keep helping me out. Their timely, professional attention to my needs is much appreciated! I just called them about my heat being out and they came the next day and got it working in a few hours. They fit me in among all their other customers. Fixed in less than 24 hours. Great service.

    They are great and I highly recommend them. Over the past year our water boiler in the basement of our low cramped basement, unexpectedly failed, and AMS replaced the whole thing for a reasonable price. We have also needed them for plumbing and heating work, coming in and around other house construction we are doing, and they have been excellent about scheduling my hodgepodge needs in, despite how busy everyone is this season.

    We have been using this company for several years for our boiler-heating system and they are great. The person they send to our house is always knowledgeable, diagnoses and fixes the problem quickly, and cleans up well after the work is done. They also respond very quickly to emergency calls. There may be less expensive HVAC companies out there but we feel that we always full value for the quality service they deliver.

    Ive been using AMS for almost 10 years now. I would highly recommend using them. I had a new furnace and water heater installed by AMS when I first moved into my new home. I have not had an issue in 10 years with either one. I also had central AC put in by AMS. The install was done professionally and they cleaned up the mess at the end of the day. Great customer service, fast response time and very knowledgeable. These guys are great! When you want it done right the first time, call AMS!

    We hired AMS to replace our 2nd floor central air system. We had received quotes from 4 vendors. AMS gave us a detailed quote with a range of systems. They answered all our questions and provided repair work to keep our current system alive until the new one could be installed. We replaced our air handler in the attic and outside condenser. A good size crew arrived in the AM. They went out of their way to protect the floors from the door all the way to the 3rd floor. They were polite, professional and spent time answering our questions. The electricians from Quinn Electric also were excellent and provide detailed explanations to what changes they were making. The team wrapped up the work and left the entire job site spotless. Excellent job by the team from AMS.

    AMS installed a high-velocity A/C system in our house. The time estimate was 100% accurate and all the workers were very nice and very careful of our space and keeping the house clean in between the times they were here (they literally wiped down every surface with wipes at the end of each day). We havent needed the A/C just yet but we are very happy with their service.

    Ive used AMS for a number of years now for plumbing and my central AC . The technicians that are sent are extremely knowledgeable , helpful and very courteous. They have continuously saved me money by looking at the least expensive way to get the job done. I would not use anyone else.

    Joe and the team at AMS are great. I called 8 vendors for quotes when I converted my oil system to natural gas a few years ago. AMS wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive option but it was clear to me that they know what they’re doing so I hired them. When I’ve needed maintenance they’ve been responsive and fair. You can’t ask for much more than that. If you like to do things right the first time call an expert. These guys and gals are experts.

    They are the BEST! Great Job, they solved a problem that made my house cold for years, that three others couldnt figure out. AMS solved it in minutes. Now our house is warm throughout, best winter we have ever had in our home! Since then, they have serviced our system and always there when you need them. Google needs more than 5 stars to give these guys.

    I score 5 stars for a quality install with no call backs and 4 stars if it requires callbacks to get corrected. AMS gets 4 stars due to callbacks.AMS installed new furnace and heat pumps in both upstairs and downstairs in my home. Installed quality equipment with air purifier, UV purifier and steam humidifier. Quality job with the exception of the air purifier being installed backwards to correct air flow. Took awhile to get this corrected.AMS scheduling and office management is first rate and responsive.

    The day before Superbowl Sunday my boiler sprung a leak, literally. Luckily I had been using AMS to service my boiler and AC since I bought the house 6 years before. I called them up and had someone at my house, on a Saturday, within an hour. Joe, the owner, discussed the options with me and the next day the crew was at my house and we had a new boiler installed by kickoff! The crew that came out was professional and did a downright pretty job. I cant say enough about the responsiveness and professionalism of this outfit.

    We’ve had problems with our boiler for a while…it just doesn’t like us or it’s haunted or something. Anyways, after finding it extremely difficult to find a company that knows our system I was told of Advanced Mechanical from a friend (and I’m truly thankful for the recommendation). They’ve been nothing but professional and polite throughout 2 failures on our ‘lovely lemon’. And they’re response time to get a technician out to us…it’s same day service. We won’t be calling anyone else, they’ve got us as loyal customers

    I cannot recommend AMS highly enough. We have a radiant heat system, and had been using a high-capacity water heater for 11 years. The water heater broke down, and (to cut a longer story short) it made sense to replace it with a boiler and associated external hot-water-storage tank. We interviewed three companies. Joe Bolinsky -- founder of AMS -- was *very* knowledgeable and experienced, and we went with AMS. They were able to obtain a Viessman system very quickly, based on their close relationship with Viessmann, so we were not without heat and hot water (in January) for very long. They finished a complex installation in one day. These folks are world class when it comes to heating systems. If you live in the Boston area, definitely check them out.

    We used to call our plumber only when there was a problem, because he was busy and it was hard to get him out for regular maintenance. After one too many emergencies and days without heat, we wanted to find a company we could work with regularly to maintain all our systems and avoid problems. AMS made the process painless! Brenda was easy to reach on the phone, detailed costs, and scheduled our appointment promptly. Our technician, Bobby, arrived on time and was knowledgable, helpful, and pleasant. We have a Viessmann boiler which requires specific expertise, and AMS was able to determine that a part had been recalled, contacted the manufacturer, and set up the repair to be covered by Viessmann. Bobby also addressed other minor issues on the same call and found solutions that worked for us. Highly recommended.

    Just moved into a new house with a generator that wouldnt work. With the first of three noreasters only a few days away, I called and they came out the day before the storm and hooked it all up.     Joe Bolinsky and his expert AMS team were able to convert my 40+ year old house in short order, on time and at budget. Amazingly we completely transitioned from our old and inefficient, loud, leaking and dirty oil burner system, removing everything -oil tank, burner, hot water heater, air handlers, compressors and dumb thermostats.     Advanced Mechanical has been my Heating, Plumbing and Air conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance company for numerous years. Not sure how long but it has to be more than 25 years. I find Joe, the owner and his Team excellent.     Advanced Mechanical Systems is truly the most responsive HVAC/Plumbing company I have ever encountered! We had what I considered to be a small job in installing a gas line in order to convert from an electric stove to a gas stove. We received immediate service because they were already in our neighborhood doing another job. Joe Bolinsky ensured all lines were sealed and secured. When the job was completed, he even stayed for little while for safety, (At no extra cost for the time) making sure there was no gas smell in the kitchen, or below in the basement where the line was run. I HIGHLY recommend AMS for your HVAC/Plumbing needs…they treat you like family!

    I have been using AMS ever since my oil burner failed on cold February about 10 years ago. They put 6 people on getting my heat back in 1.5 days. Joe called from a wedding in Pennsylvania to set it up. Then I saw that they did everything by the book instead of the random tweaking I had experienced with other vendors. I have never considered another vendor since. I have recommended AMs to all my friends and everybody has been happy. (yes, Im a real customer and really happy with AMS)

    I asked Joe his thoughts on a standby generator. He asked all the right questions: how big our house was, what was essential and what was luxury to us in the event of a power outtage, etc. He recommended the appropriate Generac generator for our needs. Gave us a great estimate. He then ordered the generator for us and liaisoned with the propane company for us. His crew installed it, walked me through how everything worked, then cut the power and demonstrated it for us. Everything worked as advertised!!! The entire process was pleasant and seamless from start to finish! And I know if anything went wrong, I could call them and they would make it right. I highly recommend AMS for all of your plumbing and electrical needs! Theyre great!!!
