Shawn Whitney was so great. I called him in the middle of a heat wave when our central AC unit was not working and he came over that same day. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 40 minutes. He didnt even ask for any money up front but quoted us something extremely reasonable. I would 100% recommend him.

I run a mechanic shop in the Worcester area. My heater broke down yesterday, And I called Peterson oil and they sent one of the techs to take a look at it after spending 3 hours and charged me a arm and a leg it ran for 10 minutes and stoped working again after he left. I called a buddy of mine And he referee me to Shawn, he came down today within 10 minutes he figured it out and my heater was up and running again!! Thank you!!

Thermal Climate Control has been providing heating and HVAC repair, maintenance and installation services for us for over 10 years. Shawn the owner came through for us when our furnace broke on one of the coldest days, on a Sunday in January of 2004. He did not only promptly return our call, but showed up at our house quickly and fixed the problem. Many of the other firms listed in the yellow pages either never followed-up, or only days later. Since then, TCC has maintained our heating and cooling systems and installed new systems, always promptly and at a fair price. I highly recommend their services.
