    I wanted to share that the team at Zeolla Plumbing and Heating Derek and Douglas and the team have been wonderful. I have had a few different plumbing needs, and they always respond right away , recent issue with shower valve, no hot water. They came same day and did the repair, replaced cartridge. I had to call them next day as the water seemed warm not hot, but they returned quickly and turns out we were not turning the valve far enough. They were such gentlemen and put us at ease. I will always call Zeolla for my plumbing issues. Thank you guys for being so nice to mom !

    I have been a customer of Zeolla Plumbing since moving into my house four years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They have tackled a wide range of projects for me, including installing a whole house water filter system, a water pressure system, repairing my hot water heater, setting up a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and water line to the refrigerator, as well as installing a gas stove.Each job was handled promptly, with service often being available the same day or the next. Communication with them has always been straightforward, and their professional plumbers consistently take the time to explain how each product works.     Zeolla has been handling the annual maintenance on my tankless water heater, which they installed five years ago. However, this Friday morning, I discovered that the tank had developed an internal leak and needed to be replaced. Fortunately, Zeolla Plumbing arranged for the manufacturer to replace it at no cost! I initially feared I’d be without hot water for the entire weekend since this happened on a Friday. However, they quickly assessed my situation and promptly uninstalled the old unit that same day, replacing it with a new one to ensure I had hot water for the weekend. This level of service truly exemplifies going above and beyond for customers. Thank you, Zeolla! My entire family of five is extremely grateful.

    Scheduling an appointment was easy and the team arrived on time. Brian and Jack replaced our kitchen sink disposal and fixed a dripping bathroom sink faucet. They were clear about my options and what the price would be depending on what theyd have to do once began the job and got a closer look at the issues. The cost was fair and were thankful for a job thoroughly done!

    Highly recommend Derek and his plumbing team.They have worked on several projects for us with the most recent being the installation of new faucets in the laundry room and bathroom, installation of a new toilet and most importantly the repair of a cracked section of the cast iron stack pipe.Derek was very careful, thoughtful and worked like a skilled surgeon during the demolition process of the kitchen wall and ceiling in order to gain access to the pipe and allow his team to successfully repair the pipe once he diagnosed the problem and came up with the best repair plan.The demolition area was very small due to Derek working with precision and consideration of our home as he methodically opened up the area around the stack pipe.The entire team of Derek, Mark and Justin were polite, professional, personable and great in answering all of our questions.Mark did a good job installing the faucets and Justin did a good job installing the toilet along with the two of them working together to repair the stack pipe and their clean up of the work areas was good.My elderly mom had a lot of concerns regarding the plumbing repairs and Derek was fantastic in taking the time to listen to her and then explain everything to her in a caring and understanding way which eased her worries.When emailing/calling the office Arlene was polite, helpful and timely in getting back to me in order to set up service appointments.Our experiences with the Zeolla team has shown us that they are professional, dependable, fair, honest and most importantly they care which is why they are our family plumber.Huge heartfelt thank you to the entire Zeolla team especially Derek-you folks are terrific!

    Douglas Zeolla came out on Saturday for an emergency call because of a water leak. He spent time following the pipes instead of cutting into the walls and ceiling and was able to find the leak. He didn’t want to charge us emergency visit hours for the repair therefore he showed us a work around until his technician showed up on Monday. Jack repaired the leak and replaced three valves under the sink. He was very professional, polite and his work is impeccable.I would highly recommend this company and will use them for plumbing issues in the future.

    I had to call a plumber twice in two days. Day 1, bathroom leak; day 2, disposal died and slow drain in kitchen sink. Both times, the people who came were cordial, courteous and competent. The response time is great, prices are appropriate and the issues are fully resolved. Im a fan!

    Doug was amazing! I wouldn’t call any other company. I had a leak in the fridge line and he came right away with two hours and gave great advice on next steps. Have used them for a wobbly toilet also and had prompt, great service. He was friendly, efficient and had excellent service! Highly recommend!

    I would highly recommend this company! Brian showed up on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. He was very professional and took the time to explain certain issues that came up with the tankless water heater (NO FAULT of Zeollas but instead a previous hired careless plumber). Brian went above and beyond to repair the situation as well as do the routine maintenance job that he was originally here to do. Thank you Brian and Zeolla for a job well done!

    I cant say enough nice things about my experience. Our kitchen faucet started dripping something fierce. We call the emergency service line and got an answer within 5 minutes. 30 minutes later a very friendly plumber showed up and said yes you need a new faucet. I went out and got what we wanted that afternoon and they came back the next morning and installed it right on time. Thank you so much for awesome service!

    In the last 3 weeks I have had Zeolla out to my new home for three different projects. I purchased an older home that was built in the 60s and had very few updates. It was in need of a new gas stove, new washer and gas dryer, and then on our second day in the home the shower valve broke and rained water into the basement.With all of those projects I think I have interacted with every employee they have and can say that every single one of them are very professional, courteous and efficient.I highly recommend them.

    Roger & Justin are the best! They came in as professionals did an awesome job on installing the water heater, quoted me a time when they would be finished as I had a prior engagement and they finished in a timely manner and explained to me on run all the faucets to get the air bubbles and brown water out before I use the water…you guys rock!     We had a leaking kitchen sink we were dealing with for a long time. Called Zeolla because they came highly recommended on FB’s local page and the Google reviews were also very good. They lived up to those reviews! Soon after I called, Roger and Justin came by and they had the job done in no time. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly-priced! Now my counter and under my skin are dry, and the basin I was using to collect the leaking water is gone. Will definitely keep them in mind for future jobs.

    Charles and Mark were great, working to restore water in my kitchen! Charles installed my new faucet, repiped under the sink with new PVC & P trap.     Scheduling was easy as a phone call. They replaced and upgraded a new water line for my new refrigerator witha new valve and water main pressure gadget.. It took half an hour (two plumbers) and I paid $335 including parts and labor. I am happy with the results. Paid by personal check preferred.

    If I could give Derek 10 stars instead of 5, I would. My wife and I had an amazing experience with Zeolla plumbing. Derek and his team arrived in a matter of 20 minutes when I had an emergency today. They did exceptional work, kept everything clean, and I couldn’t ask for a more professional experience.     Zeolla plumbing installed a new combi unit for us when our furnace broke. They were out with the unit on the next day and were very efficient which is huge as we didn’t have heat. The team was awesome! They answered all of our questions and explained what everything was. They were very thorough even putting extra caps on to protect our kids and an added bonus is the unit and wall look great. Their customer service is great, they didn’t even mind the 1 1/2 year old husky helped they got a few times. I highly recommend Zeolla to anyone looking for a plumber and will definitely be using them in the future.

    I never thought the mechanical closet in my house would be included in the guest tour, but after replacing my sketchy old boiler and water heater with a tankless system installed by Zeolla Plumbing I cant wait to show everyone that walks in! Derek and Arlene were super professional yet easy going people. If youre debating on switching to a tankless system, dont. Do it. You will not regret it!

    Was referred to Zoella plumbing and heating by a friend. I was in a pinch and needed someone to come out quickly for a relatively complex bathroom project in a older house (short term rental) - my contractor’s plumber was not available and I had a renter coming in to quarantine from NYC. They sent someone next business day and we’re extremely responsive throughout the process. Prices were very fair. I will absolutely hire them again when I switch my heat from oil to gas.

    They got the work done, very prompt response, but very expensive too. I got the same thing quote of 800 usd from Robert Staula whereas zeolla asked me 1200 usd, but cash 1100 usd. Not to mention Robert Staula is a plumber for 38 years, but hard to get

    This is a family owned and operated business, and they treat their customers as extended family. Derek Zeolla and both of the crews who have worked for us on two recent occasions are among the most responsive, professional, skillful and ethical tradesmen I have ever had the pleasure of work with. Last fall, when we thought we had a couple of small problems, Dereks foreman pointed out that we would find it far more economical and reliable, to replace, rather than to repair several fixtures. He showed great determination to minimize the disruption to our house, when he discovered a poorly installed appliance, and radically improved the entire installation to our complete satisfaction. On a recent occasion, his crew overcame with ease a difficult and challenging setup on a water heater replacement. Their pricing is fair, and their work is impeccable.

    Woke up new years day to no heat. It was 35 degrees outside and I was in a pinch. I texted all my friends who they would use in a emergency like this. They all pretty much Said Zeolla plumbing and heating. I called the emergency line and Derek reached out to me right away. He got my heat back running within a couple of hours of contacting him. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    This was my 1st time using this Zeolla Plumbing & heating and before I start, Ill just say that the only time I take time to right a review is if I either receive exceptional service or extremely horrible service from a company. This is an occasion where the service was exceptional.While getting quotes from a number of companies, I explained all the things I needed done and received a concise and easy to understand estimate from Zeolla to compare against the others. I did not get the typical hard sell for additional work that I was expecting and they responded in a reasonable time which was refreshing... this made them stand out.The work was done quickly; The odd issues that came up with my heating system, related to the repair, were diagnosed and addressed completely. My system was tested, worked flawlessly, and all work done was reviewed with me for my confirmation of satisfaction.This is my new go-to company for plumbing and heating needs and would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

    First time home owner dealing with frozen pipes for the first time. Douglas, the owner, answered my call on a weekend (AND while he was on vacation) and talked me through the dos and do nots of unfreezing pipes. Rather than sending someone out to take a look he saved me hundreds of dollars by giving me quality advice. I really appreciated he was looking out for me and my familys best interests rather than just trying to make some extra money. Leaving this 5 star review today, and will definitely come back to Zoella Plumbing & Heating if I need any future work done.
