After dealing with a previous company that attempted to overcharge and provided subpar service, I was so relieved when Peri came to inspect and fix my boiler. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood the issues and the steps they were taking to resolve them.What really stood out to me was their honesty and integrity. We had a leaking pipe that was connected to the boiler/water heater combo, called a few companies but couldnt get anyone to come soon. Finally tried Proto, sent a picture of the leaking part, got an approximate quote right away. They came on the same day, fixed the pipe professionally, price was very reasonable. They even fixed my garden faucet for free afterwards. Couldnt be happier with the service, will definitely use their service again!

The fix turned out to be a simple problem and they were completely professional and were honest about the fact that the furnace is the type that doesn’t require any annual cleaning or routine maintenance. It is a father and son business and I will be sure to hire them for all my heating and plumbing needs.

Each time Peri came through. He showed up when promissed, typically within a few hours of my call, and was able to resolve the issue after one visit. I have no issues recommending him and plan on using his company for my future plumbing needs.
