Our main sewer line was clogged and JP showed up within a couple of hours on a Friday night! He assessed the problem, but it couldnt be fixed right away (the access port to the sewer line was all covered in concrete). The next morning (Saturday) NEDS was successful in unclogging the drain. Very professional and reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

Best drain company out there . Super responsive , extremely professional, not over priced. These guys are the real deal . I would highly recommend NE drain any time for any clog or problem you have commercial or residential! I’ve used them for both !

When I called NE Drain on Saturday evening I was told they would send a person to clear the drain tomorrow in the morning. I was relieved after hearing no call back on Monday from another drain company.I used NE Drain this past fall and had a wonderful experience with Roy. I was very fortunate to have Roy again this time. He is professional arrived on time and did some education on scraping dishes before putting in the sink. He called after the drain in the kitchen sink was clear and my tenant was very happy after days of waiting for the sink to take several hours to drain. Roy is an exceptional employee and NE Drain is lucky to have him in their employ! Especially in the last two plus years of dealing with Covid to invite a workman into your home is risky. We had “Ryan” come to unclog main drain from both 1st and 2nd door toilets clog. He was very comforting, professional, and a pleasure to chat with as he explained process. He did an exceptional job and at a price lower than expected with a senior discount. We are very very pleased, great company to use for drain clogs, their specialty. If any future issues at any of two main drains in the future, they will be the first on our list to call. Ryan was excellent. We called the Newton number to get assistance..Greatly reccomended!

If you need a Title 5 inspection ask for Franny. Hes the guy that does it.Hes a real person with no axe to grind. He did the inspection by the book but was a great guy to deal with. We passed but we knew he was on our side not looking to force us into a new system. Id use this company again.

Professional with a hometown feeling. My main sewer line backed up and I called first thing this morning, they were very accommodating and helped me out as quick as they could, today I might have been a first time customer but I will be a long term customer after my experience with them. Jim and JP were very helpful and had a wealth of knowledge of my situation.

I absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!! We had an emergency situation because my 5 year old accidentally dropped a puzzle piece in my mom’s toilet and clogged it pretty bad. It was not flushing, even after plunging and trying to remedy the situation with a reconstructed wire hanger (a tip we read about online🤣) We called several places looking for someone who could come out immediately and who wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. We luckily stumbled across this company and gave them a call and explained the situation. Ryan was at our house in about an hour and fixed our problem within maybe 20/30 minutes. It was deeper than we even thought and he really went above and beyond to make sure the job was done. He was knowledgeable, professional, clean and courteous. We will recommend them to anyone who will listen! Thank you guys again, so much, for all your help!
