Trower Pump Service came out the day after I called having no water at our shop. After troubleshooting, he figured out the pump needed to be replaced. He was friendly and professional, had everything on the truck he needed to do the job so I didnt have to wait. I definitely will trust them with our well maintenance and repair in the future. Highly recommend this company.

I cant say enough good things about Neil! He is a professional that knows his trade. Its never a good thing to have your well pump go out. I called Neil and he showed up within hours, even though he was backed up with jobs. He told me that my well pump was still under warranty and to call the original installer. I didnt know that. He could have sold me a new pump but told me the truth instead. I called the original installer and he said that he would warranty it. The next morning I received a call and the guy said he wouldnt stand by his warranty. Neil showed up that day and said that he would take care of the warranty with the pump manufacturer. He didnt have to do that. It shows his character and his customer service. Luckily, the pump wasnt bad and it ended up being a burned wire. I wouldnt call anyone else but Neil for well pump problems.

So grateful for this man tonight! Temps getting down to 11 degrees tonight and our pressure tank in our well went out meaning no water in our house. Called Neal (probably close to his bedtime) and he came out right away in all the ice and snow to make sure we had running water and our pipes wouldn’t freeze on us. I would refer Neal to everyone I know. Very nice and got the job done quick. Very affordable as well. Thank you Neal!!!

Sometimes when you live in a rural area its hard to find quality people and companies for service work. In this case I called Trower on the basis of the good reviews and I can say I was certainly not disappointed. I highly recommend this company. They were prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, took obstacles in their stride, made sure the job was done right, reasonably priced and very good about educating me about the well and aquifer. If you are in the area and need your well worked on, these are the people to call.

Dropped pump in well while DIY. Neal was absolutely professional and courteous while evaluating. Fished out the pump and repaired the fault. We were up and running in a little over 2 hours. This company deserves 10 stars out of 5!

I can not say enough good things!!! Neal came out and fixed our pressure pump and most of the pipe in the pouring rain. My husband told him many times that he could stop and finish it tomorrow when it was no longer raining and he said no hed get it done. Highly recommend this company for your well services!! Neal put in a pump and well for us a couple years ago. He is always responsive and when we had a problem on Christmas Day he returned our call within an hour and took care of the problem. I highly recommend him.

Im not really one to leave reviews.... but this guy definitely deserves it! We suddenly lost water, mid shower last night. We called the next morning, he came and told us exactly what needed to happen and made it happen. Even after getting stuck in the mud in our yard! After we were extremely unhappy with another company before, calling Trower Pump service was the right decision! You wont be disappointed!
