J&J Heating an air did awesome job in during middle of this heat wave, Johnson Air put system in over 5 years ago, it was leaking air in my attic, and draining from the overflow. J &J did everything they could fix the nightmare, but I realize it was not worth working on, so I wanted the system done right, so I j&j heat put in new system and put in it in the right . I also had them install all house fan, with combination both my house air condition system is perfect now.. Thanks to J & J heating and air. great Job. What really impressed me was the professionalism and the customer attention that I received from the whole team.

Could not be happier! Our AC unit went down in the evening of a 103 degree day. We have a toddler and the next few days were about equally as hot so we panicked. I messaged J&J around 6:45am the next morning, I had a call back by 8am, they sent their tech, Sam, out by 10a. Sam shows up, I explain everything to him and he looked at me and said “don’t worry, I got this”. Found the issue and needed a part that was not on his truck.. he said he could possibly be back later that day to fix it after going back to get the part, but he was unsure if it would be later the same day or within 1-2 days as you could imagine with this heat, they are slammed. My wife and I were grateful but expressed our concern about our daughter and was really hoping he could come back the same day and he said he was going to do his best. Then, about 30 min later I see his van pull back in our driveway. He was able to rearrange his day and got the part and came right back and we were back up and running by 12:30pm. I could not believe it! Old fashioned good quality service and a true care for the customer. You never see this any more these days. I never leave a review on anything.. but as a business owner, some things need to be expressed, and we cannot thank J&J Services and Sam more. Thank you again! Customers for life.

J&J are true servant business people. I asked two of the big companies in town to look at my HVAC and both of them escalated the inspection from a leak to a full parts repair to a full replacement for to no available parts. J&J came out and refilled the coolant and we are set! They were honest. Not something the others were willing to be. Word to the wise - the little guys dont usually work scams because they live near and have relationships. THANK YOU SAM AND J & J !!!!

I have once again received quick and efficient service from JNJ. I called earlier today about 11:15 to say that my upstairs thermostat died and wondered if they could come out sometime this week to check it out, Sophia said she would check with the technician to see… she came back and asked if I would be home today between noon and 2….I said yes and set it up…10 minutes later I received a message from her saying the technician (Sam) was on his way! Shortly after noon I had a new thermostat installed. Sam was extremely efficient and even helped me reprogram my downstairs thermostat! I will continue to be a very satisfied customer of JNJ! He did everything within his power to try to get them fixed, but to no avail, as these units are 40+ years old. (Hey, they worked great in 1983)He is very knowledgeable about his profession, and took the time and answered and addressed every single question and concern that I had. He also showed me a number of options that I might do in replacing and bringing my furnaces and AC units up to date. I would also say that he is a very likable, personable, courteous, and conscientious young man, and I much appreciated that. J & J was great! I had reached out to them because I was having an issue with my heater that I could not diagnose by myself. Their associate Justin Long arrived promptly at the time scheduled, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. I was then issued a pricing quote which I believed was fair; from there Justin obtained the necessary parts for repair. After the heater was fixed, he stayed to test and made sure everything was running correctly. He also answered all of my questions regarding maintenance, and also spoke about J & Js HVAC maintenance services which I also signed up for. I could not be happier with their service, and will gladly reach out to them again if I have any future HVAC issues.

The repair day was a National holiday (4th of July), but there was no extra charge for the repair of our A/C, and it was during a heat wave. After each repair step he made sure there was a positive outcome before proceeding. I hope l don’t have any more heating or cooling issues, but if I do, I certainly will call J & J.

Weve used J&J for multiples services and were quite please with the results. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the services they offer.The first time we used J&J was to replace an old AC unit. They had an excellent and knowledgeable staff and had a rep come out to give us an estimate. The whole process was easy to understand and the rep made sure to work around us, which we greatly appreciated. Once the work was agreed upon, we signed the required paper work and the installation and all the headaches were taken care of by the company. The company was in contact with us the whole time which was another point of good recognition. We also used their duct cleaning services which was fast and easy.I would highly commend J&J for their customer service alone. Everyone from the person answering the lines, the rep that did the estimate, to the technician that came out to see the unit and even the person dropping off a ladder, all treated us with kindness and respect. We have a family member who is currently battling cancer and another that is currently immune-compromised. They worked with us (using masks and being overall mindful) and around these issues to provide a stellar service. Overall, superb.
