    My experience with Cy, a professional plumber with Mr Eds Plumbing, has been great! Once I made my initial call and spoke with Cy about my water heater issue, he assessed the situation and we agreed a replacement was the best option. The installation was completed within hours with a high quality unit that they standby. I cannot thank Cy and Mr. Ed for their plumbing expertise, team work, and understanding the challenges of an older home. Quality, professionals are hard to find, and highly recommend Mr. Eds Plumbing for all plumbing needs. I will not hesitate calling them whenever I need an expert plumber.

    Awesome experience. I was informed by PGE yesterday , that our water heater was the wrong kind (propane instead of natural gas) and that they had to turn it off immediately. As you can imagine, this was stressful to hear , and I wasn’t sure where to start. A conversation with one of the technicians Cy, helped ease our minds , as he presented us with the best options. Mr. Ed’s was able to send someone out today and the job is already taken care of. They did a full replacement , and brought everything up to code. The price was reasonable and we are very happy with the work. Everyone we spoke with from the company was friendly and professional as well.

    It was Sunday morning and my water heater went out. Within one hour Cy showed up ready to find out the problem. He is very polite, respectful and knew his stuff. He explained what was happening. He took pictures that help me understand what was going on. Since he was here he went ahead and did maintenance/service. I never had it serviced before so it was about time. He also checked the toilet in the bathroom. I don’t plan on having any more problems but if I do I will ask for Cy. Excellent service, thanks!

    Once again, Mr Ed’s Plumbing did a fantastic job! I had a toilet replaced, they explained everything they did regarding the installation and they cleaned up any mess made during the process. The tech, Cy, was very nice & courteous. I had some questions regarding my water heater, so he took a look at it and explained some things regarding the heater and sone issues I was having and what the possible solutions would be.     I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called at 2:30pm on a Tuesday and was DELIGHTED to hear they could send someone out to unclog our tub that was draining super slowly on the same day between 4 and 6pm. So, you can imagine how ELATED I was when, after confirming with the technician, they said: nevermind, we can be there IN AN HOUR. They told me how much it would cost, which, at less than $300, I considered very affordable.Freddy arrived precisely 60 minutes later. He called me to tell me when he was on his way and was here exactly when he said he would be. He was personable, professional, efficient, well spoken, and kept me apprised of the progress on the project. He was respectful of our home and, as a woman home alone, I felt very safe with him in the house.The tub was unclogged less than 30 minutes after he arrived. They utilize a contractor software, so I had my paid invoice before he left. As we were his last call of the day, he even took the time to compliment our property and ask about my animals. I will absolutely call them again if we have any further plumbing issues. I cant believe Im even saying this, but, everything was resolved in less than two hours from the time I found them on online and called for help.Thanks to Freddy and the Mr. Eds team for a job well done and in a hurry!

    This was my first time using Mr. Eds Plumbing and I am very pleased with his work and the price. We had a major clog in our kitchen that affected our sinks, our dishwasher and our garbage disposal. Ed arrived at the time he said he would. He replaced my kitchen plumbing and my garbage disposal and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend his service if you need a good plumber.     One of the biggest stresses for a Landlord is to get a call from a tenant informing you that the water main is flooding from the street! It’s a scary situation and it really takes a knowledgeable and skilled professional plumbing technician/company to come to the rescue! My wife and I scrambled and needed a company in/near Stockton with the best reviews since we’ve never used them before. We are so glad that we chanced it with Mr. Ed’s Plumbing & Rooter!! We contacted them after 5pm, and even after a long day, Ed came out and thoroughly accessed the situation and gave us a couple of options and a very reasonable quote!! He stayed until it was completely fixed around 9pm, and he even took the time to keep our tenants in the loop so that they could be reassured that it’s all fixed! Ed also sent a very thorough invoice attached with pictures! We didn’t have a go-to plumbing company, UNTIL NOW! We would highly recommend!

    I had a very bad experience with a gas line put in by a guy recommended by a website referral service. I had PG&E inspect the poor work product and gave me specific instructions on how to correct the defects and collapsed gas line. The PG&E inspector also wanted the water heater balanced to the furnace line by taking out the mixture of 3/4” & 1/2” line and using only 1/2” line like the furnace so that both water heater and furnace could run successfully at the same time both 1/2” gas lines being fed bya 1” dia main gas line.Mr Ed’s fixed the whole mess!

    Ed was very relatable, friendly, and on time. We feel he was being honest with us about the job that needed to be done. The estimate seemed a little high. The job he did this evening seemed a bit high for what he actually did, but I don’t know the going rate for plumbing issues. The actual job to give us a working shower will need to be more extensive and costly. That job could not be completed this evening and needed to be scheduled for a later date. The shower fixtures are capped off but our water is turned back on and the tub, which is separate can be used. Give him a call. He’ll do the best he can to fix your issue, and/or schedule for another date/time.

    I have an older home & sadly I have had one issue after another & Mr Ed’s plumbing has been there for me EVERY TIME. Their response time is impeccable. They are professional & explain what’s going on & in my case they even showed me video footage of what was causing our issue with the pipes (a tree root had grown into the pipe!) This most recent issue was with my kitchen pipes. Horribly clogged with gunk & grease! (Not by me!) they came on a Sunday when my sink was leaking into my kitchen. From call to arrival was maybe 30 mins max. If you need a good plumber look no further than Mr Ed’s plumbing.

    First off I would like to say that Ed is a very stand up guy and he was respectful, courteous and professional during the whole process. We first encountered Ed when we were having issues with our septic tank, Ed came out a few times and unclogged us but it was clear that the issue would need to be fixed and there was an underlying problem that was causing our plumbing back ups. Eventually after Ed coming out a few times to fix our issues we decided that we had to connect to the sewer and we decided to go with Ed after another plumber had flaked on us. Ed was very professional during the whole process of hooking us up to the sewer. He was even willing to pull the permits for us if we wanted to. We decided to pull them on our own however. Just letting everyone know that he was willing to go the extra mile for his customers. The whole process for Ed to hook us up to the sewer took two days. He also installed new pipes under the house that were contributing to our septic issues. Overall I would highly recommend Ed for any plumbing needs and I will continue to use him going forward!! So dont hesitate give him a call for any plumbing needs that you have. One thing I will also mention he does come out at night if you need someone that is a 24 hour plumber!!

    Other plumber quoted us a flat $5,000 to fix a leak under the house, after wed had water removed and area sanitized for him. Abatement workers joked that he probably had claustrophobia because leak was in a tight area under kitchen sink. I called Mr. Eds and a plumber came out quickly, gave a quote that was substantially less, and replaced the broken pipe in short order. He even took video with his phone so we could hear water running thru the new pipe when he was done. HIGHLY recommend!

    I liked that there was no answering service, I spoke directly with Ed and he picked up right away. I called pretty late in the day and it was awesome that he offered me same day service, I was the one that wasn’t available so we scheduled for the next day. Anthony and Bradley came to my home. They finished up another job earlier than expected and asked if it were ok if they came early. They were prompt and arrived right on time. Both were very kind and thorough. They wore masks (due to the covid pandemic) and feet coverings. They explained different methods they could use for my clogged drain, the warranty coverage, and the costs. Ed also explained this to me the previous day. I really liked knowing in advance what to expect and especially, what it was going to cost (which I thought were fair prices). Anthony and Bradley fixed the clog and took the time to explain everything. I hope I don’t have plumbing issues any time soon but if I ever do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mr. Ed’s.

    Mr. Ed’s plumbing saved the day! They were great. We had a slab leak in the middle of our family room and Ed was so helpful on the first call.     This company and Ed (the owner) is absolutely amazing. I had a refrigerator delivered and my ice maker valve needed to be replaced. So they just left my brand new refrigerator in the middle of the kitchen. I called Ed’s plumbing right away and told him my situation and he was here within an hour, had the replacement part with him and started in on fixing it.     I had a clogged bathroom sink that I unfortunately could not fix myself. Luckily, I used Ed last year on a sprinkler problem. It was then that I knew I had got lucky finding him. So I located his magnet on my refrigerator and immediately called him. Within 24 hours he was here, ready to go and fixed our issue. I cannot say enough about Ed and his service.     Slab Leak RepairWe had a slab leak-the hot water pipe had broken. Ed took my call, even one after hours. Just from talking to him I knew I was going to hire him.
