Excellent responsive service. My generator went off line due to error codes following an electrical service line perturbation event. I contacted Thomas electric. The response was within minutes. Thomas diagnosed and cleared the error message on the first visit, first try. The Generac is now fully functional again. Service of this high level of quality is hard to come by these day.

Thomas electric company was the most wonderful company I’ve ever hired. We contacted them and the next day they were here installing an outdoor ceiling fan! They are punctual, professional, ,knowledgeable, and the price was fantastic! I would most definitely recommend them for any of your electrical needs.

We had this company look at 2 outlets that were of concern. The two guys were very nice, they were able to determine if there was an issue and also replace the outlets. Also, replaced a backyard outlet that was not working. Totally recommend this company for electrical work!! 5 star!

We had Thomas electric out to the house the women I work for has dementia. I gave them a heads up, knowing that things could go poorly. they sent out two young men that were absolutely wonderful with her. They did an amazing job. They explained everything to us they were very thorough and answered all our questions I can’t thank them enough Will use them in the future

They did an awesome job! I needed 4 ceiling fans installed and was referred to Thomas Electrical Services located in Stillwater Pa. It is known that word of mouth is one of the best ways to gain new customers and I can see why Thomas Electrical Services has a good reputation. Doug, Brandyn, and Max were professional, courteous, and diligent workers. Doug stopped by to give a consultation and answer any questions that I may have regarding the installation. Brandyn and Max did a wonderful job installing each fan even taking time to clean up afterwards. I would recommend them for any electrical job that you may have.

We had a problem with the heat not working in our tiled bathroom floor and the light in our shower quit working. Brandyn and Max were at my house for just mins when they figured out the issues. Had some knob & tube wiring replaced along with a new meter and outside wiring. He did a great job at a great price. Before doing the work he came out and inspected everything and took his time and explained everything to me that needed done. I have an older home and Im sure Ill need more electrical work done, I will definitely use him again!

My kitchen toe-kick fan heater was overheating. Brandyn quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He cleaned the fan thoroughly and made sure everything was working correctly before he left.I have used Doug Thomas for more than 25 years. Some projects were large (rewiring the whole house to comply with code requirements; rerouting the electrical supply from the street, burying the cable and installing a new main electrical box; installing electric radiators throughout the house.) Other jobs were smaller (installing a whole-house attic fan; various emergency repairs.)This may have been our smallest job, but as always it was done professionally, promptly, carefully and cleanly, and at reasonable cost. I highly recommend Thomas Electrical Services for any electrical wor you may require.

Very nice electricians. Responsive business. Reasonable rates. They solved a complex wiring problem. I took one star off because one of the switch boxes they worked on was left crooked and not flush with the wall. It is an aesthetic issue, but it was not there prior and it is one I will now have to fix in my own time.

Had Thomas Electrical install home automation devices (Belkin Wemo lightswitches and USB charging outlets) and they did fantastic work - very quick to respond and easy to work with and schedule for work. Very willing to understand our needs and desires and find solve our problems. And the only electrician who ever did work in our house to actually vacuum up all the pieces of stripped wire. Also willing to take on projects both big and small! Very highly recommended for all electrical needs.

Very prompt service for a call to diagnose and fix a problem with our power that was going to be off during a very cold night ahead. They arrived sooner than expected and found the problem, called the power company to come and shut off the power so they could make the needed repair and get us up and running at the end of the day. Very professional and thorough explanation of process throughout. I would highly recommend them for any electrical service needed!
