This was the first time for me to use Ace Electric and I will definitely use them again for future work. Blaize and Jason were great! When an unexpected delay came up in the scheduling of my job, the communications from the company was perfect, rescheduling me for the very next day and keeping me updated along the way. We recently built a home and I can definitely say the reliability and communications of this contractor is way above average compared to many of the other contractors we worked with throughout our building process. I also appreciated the advance notice of which electrician, with a picture, was assigned to my job so I knew exactly who to expect on arrival! Thank you so much!

Incredible. Timely. Efficient. Fair. Professional. Honest. Just a few words to describe our experience. We’ve had too many issues with construction to name and ACE really stepped in to fix the other company’s work. The guys worked us in to their busy schedule and communicated from the jump. They identified some significant concerns based on the previous work done by another installer but gave us assurance and confidence they were the fix. Boy were they!! We knew when they would be in, they texted when they were on the way, they sent us a confirmation outlining the work they planned to do, and they gave us a detailed report after completing the work. Upon receiving our invoice it became clear the original work done by our original contractor had not been done correctly and ACE was able to correct the mistakes and get us back up and running. The price they did the job for was more than reasonable and SIGNIFICANTLY less than what we were quoted by our original construction team. ACE doesn’t cut corners. For a Commercial Business their attention to detail was UNBELIEVABLE. Competent pros that we unapologetically would give our highest praise and referral. Thanks to Coda & the boys for getting our Scratch Kitchen working correctly!!!

We had a dozen or so small jobs that accumulated over many years. We contacted several local contractors who werent really interested, didnt have time, or would call us back (and didnt). After learning about Ace Electric from one of their earlier customers, we gave them a call. We got a prompt response to our e-mail inquiry, office staff was good to pass messages along to and from the owner, we got a visit/inspection within a week or so, got a prompt and reasonable estimate, and scheduled to have the work done with about a two-week lead time. Blaize and Kerri arrived and immediately got to work, worked efficiently and diligently, did a good job, cleaned up after they were done, and were pleasant and easy to work with. It was a good experience. They are highly recommended.

They squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon when I had an electrical issue with my hot water heater. So thankful we didnt have to go the weekend with no hot water. They installed industrial equipment for us and helped us through the permitting process. Cody and his team designed a creative and adaptable solution to our needs that will allow us to grow. They think ahead and communicate clearly when something needs to change (schedule or cost due to things outside of their control- ie, supply chain issues).

They were very responsive and were actually on the job within 20 minutes to look the situation over. They advised us and the homeowner exactly what needed to be done and explained it in great detail. I am out of Edmond but if I ever need an electrician in Stillwater, I will definitely call Ace electric.

I would recommend ACE Electric to any individual needing electrical work. They worked diligently and tirelessly to help me restore power to my home after extensive damage was done as a result of the October 2020 ice storms. I am in a rural area and they came our several times to make sure the work was done and done correctly. I have nothing but excellent things to say about their whole team. They were prompt in returning my phone calls, prompt in getting out to my home, and prompt at getting power restored to my home. I am a teacher and was needing power to do my online teaching and lessons and they helped me and my students get back on track. I use reviews to find businesses that are of high quality and I do not give out 5 star reviews easily but this one is warranted and well deserved. Trust ACE with your electrician needs!

Contracted with this business in June 2021, but due to hot weather and Covid-19, work could not be performed until late November 2021. They honored the bid made in June 2021. Did what I would call a very professional job, cleaned up well during and after the job, did exactly what I wanted. Excellent outcome with wafer lights. An extra effort was made to make sure I was happy since I dimmer switch did not work as it should have. Id recommend this business to anyone needing a quality electrical contractor.

ACE diagnoised an electrical problem with my cable TV that the cable company could not identify. They were willing to crawl through attic space that to look for problems that the cable company technicians would not even try to do. In the end ACE found that it was cable compnays own equipment that was the problem.
