What great response! What great people! A storm resulted in the electrical wiring and mast being ripped off the side of our house, and on a weekend! I was able to reach O’Neill and they had us repaired the next day. The electrician, Dave, was resourceful and cooperative and pleasant to have around. I’m not eager to have another emergency, but I will call O’Neill immediately for any electrical issues that we have. Absolutely first class!

I had a quote from one of the companies you see advertising all the time on TV, has all the little vans running around the city. My job was pretty basic, change a thermostat to one I could control from my phone and troubleshoot 4 can lights. They wanted to charge me $4800 without even assessing the issue. I basically paid a small fee to have someone come out and try to rip me off, I should charge them for my time that they wasted! I called O’Neil Electric, every thing about it was a great experience! From scheduling, to Dave showing up on time and knowing what to do, getting parts and even paying the invoice! Everything easy!!!My bill was only $1100 compared to the other companies quote of $4800! What a better experience! Nice to know there are honest companies and workers out there😊

We hired ONeill for a project this summer and couldnt be happier with the outcome.As we started to scope our project, we quickly realized that everybody we talked to had an uncle that was an electrician and could do the job cheap for us.Dan and team helped us scope and plan our project, and continue to help support and expand our initial design. Most importantly, Dan and his technicians have always shown up on time and do highly professional work.While they were not as cheap as our friends cousins uncle, what we paid for with ONeill was quick turnaround, no delays and a product we know is not going to start on fire because of improper installation. Weve been up and running for months, and meanwhile were still waiting for that quote from the uncle who could do the job cheap.Highly recommend ONeill and look forward to more projects with them in the future.

Our house had not been updated electrically for years and there were several out of date and not up to code electrical issues. We started with another company but they were bought out by ONeill Electric, ONeill stuck to the quote from the company they bought and were able to send out someone in good time before we moved in. Later we had a few more electrical things that needed to be updated in the garage and the electrician was very nice and quick with his work. I would definitely use this company again.

ONeill Electric was amazing to work with. My wife and I wanted to update our fuse box to a circuit breaker. Before starting the project they sent a very polite and professional person to review what the project entailed to give me an accurate quotes so I would know how much it would cost for the project.Upon the day of the project the electrician arrived upon the agreed upon time and I went to work. He took the time to label every circuit so if we ever need to use it we can quickly identify which one we need to use.The electrician made sure our house was good and grounded despite the project being done in the winter. Since the ground was frozen to hard for the new ground rods to be fully pounded in, they came back once the ground had thawed to complete the job.They also made scheduling the inspection with the city easy and when we were getting to the end of our inspection availability window, they reached out to the inspector to make sure it could still happen on that day.General note: The office staff that I dealt with were very professional and happy to answer any questions I had or have someone call me back with the answer if they couldnt answer it themselves. I will definitely be using ONeill Electric in the future for any of my electrical needs.

After the situation was secured and there were no risks, the actual service was scheduled for the next morning. Brad worked tirelessly all day in extreme heat and completed a major job to perfection--he is a fine addition to the ONeill staff. All follow-up details were completed and they followed through until after the inspection. This team will take care of you.

Our electirician, Richard, spent a couple of days fixing things that I could not get other electricians to do (jobs were too small). He could not have have been nicer or more professional! I just told a friend that it reminded me of how it felt to have service work done about 20 years ago. ONeills is my new go-to for electrical work! :)

We have had ONeil Electric come out to our home on two separate occasions. Both times, the owner himself (Dan) came out to look at an electrical issue we had been experiencing for the past 5 years. We had numerous other electrical companies come out to examine the issue and all of them were unable to diagnose the issue. Both times Dan came out he was unable to diagnose the issue as well. However, a few days after his second visit, Dan called us and said he had visited another place that had the exact same issue. He said it was due to a loose connection on the line that came in from the street which connected to our house. He instructed us to contact the power company and have them come out and properly seal the connection. We contacted our local power company as he instructed and it completely fixed the issue. The most amazing part of all of this is, that after two home visits and a phone call, he did not charge us one penny for any of his services. We were so blown away at the level of his customer service , that when is came time for us to replace our old circuit panel there was no doubt in our minds who we would be contacting. We would have no hesitations recommending them to any of our family members, friends or co-workers. If you want first class electrical service I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

Wow. These guys are GREAT. We hired ONeill Electric to fix some weird jerry-rigging our homes previous owner had done with the switches in the garage for our outside lights—which also happened to stop working. Right off the bat, while scheduling my appointment, they impressed me. Their first available appt was a week out, but I needed someone within the next 2 days because we had another contractor coming to do some work—and the lights needed to be done first. So they did whatever they needed to do on their end and squeezed me in two days later. Nick and Ryan arrived on-time (early actually!), listened to the issues we had and the work we wanted done. They then set out to investigate…and unfortunately they found so much wrong…water in places there shouldnt be water, underground spliced wires that came unwrapped and started leaching electricity into the ground….and just crazy wiring. They kept us informed every step of the way and not only patiently and thoroughly explained the issue but showed us what they were finding. In the end, it took two men 8 hours to fix everything, and they had to cancel their other appointments for the day. (which I felt bad about since they already squeezed us in). I feel so much safer and confident that the work was done correctly. I will not hesitate to call ONeill Electric for any future electrical work. They were professional, knowledgable, thorough, and excellent communicators.

He definitely saved me from a disaster due to my landlord buying the wrong voltage base board heaters Bobby acknowledged the solution to the problem right away and was very professional and friendly, he even went to Menards to get me 2 new baseboard heaters! Cindy in the office who is in charge of billing is also very friendly and provides great customer service skills! ONeill Electric did a great job for us. For five years we have been losing power periodically requiring trips to the basement to flip switches. Finally one day flipping the switch did not work. ONeill Electric came out and stayed with it until the problem was found and fixed. Dan fixed the problem and explained the cause clearly in layperson language. A real pleasure to work with and the phone customer service is great.

They explained the process, asked questions when needed, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving all waste in a nice neat pile instead of thrown here and there.
