We absolutely love the main floor remodel Posch Builders did for us. Our interior designer Lynn Peterson partnered with Brian and the outcome is simply breath taking. Beyond our dreams with 80% of the project completed while we were gone for the Winter. We missed all of the messy stuff but always felt we knew what was happening.Brian has a fantastic team of his own and a fantastic team of sub contractors. All are great craftsmen and professionals and all such great people too. Brian is hands on with his team and was great coordinating and communicating with us even though we were out of town for nearly 4 months.The punch list was extremely short and follow up was never a question.We admire the finished remodel everyday. We aren’t second guessing a thing.I’d hire Posch Builders to do another remodel any time. We’re very pleased.Dave & Kristi Soenen

In 2021, Brian Posch (Posch Builders LLC) completed a major exterior facelift on our house and remodeled a powder room. The exterior work included: recladding ten front columns; rebuilding the front deck stairs and accent-trimming two decks, all with ipe hardwood; coffering the main deck ceiling with wood to highlight the ipe stairs and trim; and, replacing the wood railing on two decks with powder-coated steel cable railing. Inside, the work involved rebuilding a faulty powder room floor and laying travertine stone tile. In replacing the fixtures and lighting, Brian also aided in the design of a custom bathroom vanity and guided its installation.We strongly recommend Brian and Posch Builders. They accomplished everything on our schedule and budget despite the labor and material shortages of the year. Brian treated our projects as if they were for his own home and we were very satisfied with his results.

Had Posch Builders come and add an addition to my older home. Brian was great to work with and truly cared about the end result and safety of the build. Code and doing things right were imperative. He is a wealth of knowledge and his lead on the crew, Dave, is amazing at his craft and great to work with. They helped me pull apart an older home and was willing to give guidance throughout and ended up doing a lot more work than previously contracted. Great communication and follow through. Rare to find these days. It was a big project and lots going on. I honestly wouldnt want a review from Brian as I probably wasnt the easiest to work with, but I write this review in hopes to show my appreciation and let you all know he does great work and great to work with.

We had Brian replace some old column wraps (in addition to other more complex work). Brian’s attention to quality ends up nicer than original ! Highly recommend.
