I had made several calls as our kitchen sink was clogged, but thankfully, I called Wacker. Wacker earned each of their five stars:- They are specific and transparent about pricing- They were available same day- I got a call from the plumber, who said he could come early, which was great for us.- The plumber was punctual and efficient, clearing the drain in just 30 minutes while patiently answering my homeowner queries.- Im keeping their numbers in my phone.

I woke up at 2:00 AM with water leaking through the ceiling into the living room. I checked with my neighbor and she recommended Wacker Plumbing. She does research before hiring anyone. I called at 6:55 AM, and at 10:30 AM the plumber and helper came. Quickly diagnosed the problem as a supply line gone bad. Had the part on the truck. Prompt service, high quality service at a fair price. Cannot beat that!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were awesome. They arrived on time. We’re clean. The cost was unreal ( 1/3 the price of ME flow ) and their work was flawless. I plan and will use them for my future plumbing needs. In this day and age of being ripped off it’s a real pleasure to deal with a honest company. Thank you.

Our main toilet was running. I called pretty late in the day and they had someone out the first thing the next morning. Unfortunately it continued to run after the plumber left (very slightly and only for a second). I called back and the plumber was back out. Turns out parts needed to be ordered. They called as soon as the parts came in and had 2 plumbers back out the next day. Problem 100% fixed.The staff from the front office to the 3 plumbers (one was Jamal)were wonderful! So friendly, polite, and courtesy. All 3 plumbers were also amazing with my large attention seeking dogs!They are extremely reasonable with rates.We will continue to use them!

The Plumber Jamal from Wacker Plumbing Company showed up exactly on time, swiftly replaced 2 water hookups and was a professional in every sense. Gail, the person who answers the phone line, was also great. Price is fair. A great company for plumbing!

10 out of 10! I called first thing Monday morning because we had a bad kitchen sink clog over the weekend. Gail was wonderful on the phone and was able to get us an appointment today!! We found ourselves with a leak in the kitchen ceiling first thing in the morning. When we called Wacker, they had someone out at 10am (based on a 7am call). First off, incredible customer service and very responsive.I expected drywall cutting and a slew of other scary things to need to take place. Instead, we ended up with a specialist who used common sense and isolated the leak based on positioning of the leak and the drain pipes, etc. Within 40 minutes the problem was identified and solved. No drywall cutting, no fuss, no mess.Not only did we get incredible service, we had someone who was not in a rush to just get the job done, but took his time to do the job right. The price was very reasonable in my opinion and everyone - from the gentleman who came out to solve the problem to the office manager who I called back to thank - were incredibly humble and friendly. I personally want to have them as plumbers for life - because they are with the business for life. Now only if they would expand into other areas!

I was actually recommended to Wacker Plumbing by another plumber who did not have availability. I had called to get a second opinion on a sump pump issue and was expecting just to get a quote and set up a time for them to come back. I was pleasantly surprised when our technician, Larry, showed up with a new sump pump, just in case, and was able to replace it on the spot. The price was fair and the service was excellent I would recommend them!!

We have always had a great experience with Wacker. They have been prompt to respond to and fix any issues we had. As a great bonus they have never tried to upsell us on services that we do not need, but we have received useful advice to keep our water system healthy.

They arrived 5 minutes before schedule which was great. He was so professional and worked fast and neat. He knew exactly what to do and the price was the best out of 4 estimates. The office staff was great. She was very knowledgeable and they are extremely honest. Cant say how happy I am that I called them. Will have them back out soon.

I rent a town home in Herndon , and the landlord has contracted with Wacker plumbing to come out and make repairs. They are invariably punctual, polite, and accommodating. The office staff is always professional and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with. And the plumbers always fix the problem quickly and permanently. When I buy my own house, Im using them.

While putting an elevator in our house, we discovered that we needed to move a gas line. I called my regular big-name company and they wouldnt come - too busy do a/c repairs. Anyway, they refered me to Wacker Plumbing. I called, a nice lady answered and listened to the situation and, as luck would have it, was able to send Mr Wacker and his asst out that afternoon. Within a few days, they moved the line and repaired the outside gas line connection in a 1/2 day. The price was very fair for an urgent repair and their service was exceptional. I strongly recommend them to any homeowner, especially if youre moving a gasl ine liek I did. Great job!

My garbage disposal was leaking last night when I found water all over my kitchen floor. My landlord called Wacker and they came this morning and replaced disposal so Im grateful for that but dont expect friendliness. When I met plumber and his assistant at my door this morning there was no exchange of greeting. When Id ask a question there was silence and Id have to say hello? Just not friendly in the least and when they were done the assistant left without saying goodbye and the plumber left a moment after the assistant and barely acknowledged me. Not looking for a pen pal but a little cordiality would have been nice.

I have used Wacker Plumbing many times over the past ten years and what a joy it is to deal with them. When you call, a person answers the telephone, not an automated attendant. The person takes the time to listen to what your plumbing issue is and schedule a plumber. The plumber arrives within the scheduled window, is professional, competent and does a great job. In addition, you cant go wrong supporting a locally owned business.
