The portable toilet by the pickleball court at George Hellwig Memorial Park actually smells good! I dont know what on earth they put in there to make it smell clean and even sweet, but keep it up! Makes going to my kids practice more comfortable.

Even though we did not end up using their services, the staff, both in the office and the dispatcher, were very kind and professional. They promptly sent someone out to assess our needs, but unfortunately, what we required was outside the scope of their work. Despite this, I was impressed by their customer service and would definitely consider using them for septic services in the future.

Been using these folks since we bought our house many years ago. Called recently for a blockage first thing in the morning on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Tim was super helpful in walking me through where the issue might be to make sure it was something they could fix without wasting our time and money.Even though he said it might be a few hours till he had someone out to us, German was on-site in less than an hour and helped identify and fix the problem immediately, and even gave some tips on some things we could do to save a service call next time. Being on septic has its challenges but Five Star has been great in taking care of us for well over a decade.

Five star septic came out to us in August after several months of us having to constantly turn out septic alarms off. They figured out the issue very quick and scheduled the repairs right away. I feel bad that Im leaving this review so late, but they really were great. The reason Im circling around to write this is because I had to deal with another company recently (for a totally separate home repair) who wasnt so great and it made me think about just how responsive and also patient five star was when we had our problem. I think it says a lot on the great impression that they gave that it was running through my mind enough in the middle of the night to post about the job they did!

Thank you for helping us this weekend. 10 stars! My septic tank was full and backed up. The plumbing didst for the house was down for the count. I called around and no other companies even answered the phone. After a short phone and text conversation, Five Star was here inspecting the situation and developing a plan. A short time later a second crew arrived, pumped and jetted the system, and our issue was resolved. I am very happy with the service and the price. These guys are now on my list for regular septic service. Thanks again!

Five Star Septic was highly recommended to me by my realtor who has used them before on numerous occasions. Even though I contacted them with a tight deadline on our home inspection contract, Tim and his team worked diligently to fit us in their schedule and send us over the report over a holiday weekend. We are highly impressed with their responsiveness to our needs and their professionalism throughout the process.

They came out on a Sunday for an emergency call and I couldnt be happier with the service. Arriving sooner than their original 2 hour time-line, 5 Star gave me multiple phone call updates while on their way: confirming address, then letting me know they would be early.In the end, the septic didnt need pumping. Troubleshooting issues with the panel for the pumps was all that was needed. Every step was explained to me. I appreciate them not taking advantage and running up charges. I only had to pay for the emergency visit.

Patricia ensured that I was able to discuss and handle my matter with the on call technician Ariel within 5 minutes. I normally dont write reviews, but Five Star Septic was the best! This is the company I use for routine septic clean-outs, but I had a big issue recently and Five Star came to my rescue. Tristan was really knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue as well as thoroughly fixing the problem! He is a sweet fine young man who is extremely hard working! He kept his promise and came to work on my house during his lunch time and skipping his lunch! I gave them a tip so the crew can get food after the work. Susan, Rob and Natalie in the office were super helpful. This is a very good company and I would recommend to my family and friends that have septic system in their homes.

Ive used this company many times, and always found them to be responsive and helpful. Price seems fine, and I appreciate the customer service - they got to me next day even with cloud service causing havoc in their appointment system.

10 star service by Mr German from Five Star Septic! Called at 4pm after another place canceled on me and Five Star offered and came at 7:30am the next day. The guy who gave this company one star and called them bigots is wrong. The other company I used in the past was Ashley Septic who required the customer to dig out the opening and an appointment 3 weeks in advanced. Also Ashley canceled the day before our scheduled appointment due to the rain forecast. Five Star Septic came out dispite the weather forecast. Five Star is a ten star company.

Excellent service. Driver was on time, he performed a very good job.He took time to completely empty the septic tank, including the walls and main drain. Probably the best pumping I experienced in 20 years.

Had them pump my septic tank today - they came on time after having to reschedule due to an emergency call yesterday (completely understandable and appreciate the communication). Did a great job barely disturbing the ground to get to the lid for the tank. Took off one star for the odd extra digging fee of $100 for digging furthur down than 12.
