Thanking the UPP team Casey and David for helping address the broken water heater situation at home which was causing basement flooding. I was given an appointment for later week due to availability issues but when I requested an earlier appointment due to an unexpected medical event, Casey helped with arranging an appointment the very next day. David was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the workings of the new water heater system. I give them 5 stars and would definitely recommend them. Thanks

They were fast and the work was good. Not having a washer and dryer with 3 boys for longer then a week is the worst, but they got it all fixed in less then 3 work days!

Had a leak at the Water Heater and contacted my home warranty company. Set up with UPP and within half a day, it was scheduled. Jeff was able to diagnose the issue and start the warranty process. After Home warranty approval, there was a balance I had to pay on top of deductible. Instead of waiting for payment and waiting on warranty to finalize, Jeff told me he will start the work and came back with new Water Heater and other needed parts. After about 2-3 hours, everything was operational and invoice of remaining balance was finalized. Amazing work and refreshing to be treated as a priority to get the ball rolling, instead of the standard operating procedure that a lot of companies use now to delay work, make excuses as to why they cant. Will recommend and use them again!

UPP was assigned as the contractor for a warranty replacement for our water heater. Casey manages the team and was exceptionally patient towards an obviously impatient customer. He helped navigate challenges with our warranty company and got us scheduled in on the same day.The real MVPs though are the hard workers led by Jeff. Jeff came by and was knowledgable, patient with my questions, and did the job in under the time he said it would take. He kept the area clean. He also mentioned how much he liked working for Casey. This type of a positive relationship between teams shows that theyre doing something right. Id use them again in a heartbeat.

The service manager Casey provided excellent service. We had an urgent need with an ejection pit failure. He accommodated his schedule in order to get it fixed as quick as possible. When issues arose he was quick to adjust and make necessary corrections. A pleasure to work with.

Tim was professional, knowledgeable, and relates well with customers. He immediately diagnosed problems with my kitchen sink and toilet. He immediately fixed the toilet and ordered a part that was needed for the sink. Expert Plummer. Great company. Highly recommend them - you will not be disappointed with their service, especially if Tim is sent out!

I have used UPP for the last several years both for my plumbing and HVAC issues. Heres what Ive used them for:-Replaced both A/C units-Replaced hot water heater-General plumbing and A/C issuesAll work has been top notch and professional. They have never attempted to upsell me on anything. Their prices are the most reasonable I have seen and their team cares about fixing the issues at hand correctly the first time. I highly recommend them!

These guys are great all around! My home warranty has sent them out twice in the last month (faucet and toilet issues). They typically come out within a day, and have been on time. Tim is very knowledgeable and has worked quickly and efficiently. Will certainly use them in the future even for projects not covered by warranty 👍

I have had several plumbing repairs performed by this company, all professionally and skillfully performed. In addition to wearing shoe covers, face masks and utilizing drop cloths when shoe covers were not utilize, my home was respected. Exceptional customer service, followup and the scheduling of jobs was orchestrated by Casey. Dont hesitate to use this company. I wish i could assign more stars-Ms. Nolan.

I had a good experience with this company. Had a pretty big issue, they couldnt resolve it fully, but referred me to a company that could and in the mean time got my plumbing operational so we can get by until the other company comes. I found the pricing to be a little expensive, but honestly I think the did a great job and would gladly refer their services as I belive in the end I paid for good quality work. Side note Mike is extremely punctual and Cassie was very helpful and accomodating of my schedule and rush for time.

Unlimited Plumbing and Piping LLC is EXCEPTIONAL! I was referred to this company by my home warranty company. Initially a different company came out to inspect my hot water heater that was thought to be leaking. The company said that it needed to be replaced and was going to charge me an additional $1,000 outside of the home warranty coverage. Mike from Unlimited Plumbing and Piping came thereafter to inspect my hot water heater. He determined that the hot water heater was not leaking and that the water from my AC unit which normally goes down the drain was backing up to the hot water heater pan as a result of the drain pipe being clogged. Mike was highly professional and his years of expertise and knowledge resulted in him determining the real problem. His correct diagnosis saved me and the home warranty company money. I definitely and highly recommend this company for service and certainly Mike the service technician!
