My husband and I invested in a state of the art home theatre system with Sight and Sound. The media quality along with the professional staff more than exceeded our expectations. We believe that customer service is just as important (if not more) as the media equipment. From the sales person to the technicians we were never disappointed. I have had a fantastic experience with Sight and Sound Systems! Our sales person, Scott T., was very knowledgeable, respectful of our time, and attentive to our needs. He really worked with us to offer solutions that exactly met our current and potential future needs. He was always quick to answer/reply to questions we had along the way and provided much appreciated guidance when we could not make our mind. They did a very good job with us. I recommend and I will use them for future needs!UPDATE: Sight and Sound just installed an eero network for me, and this was also professionally done. Great service, no complaints. Jonathan and Wes came and made all the eero network installation and configuration. They know very well what they are doing, and their work was neat and clean, in terms of appearance, and effective. They also gave me all the information I needed to start using the network. A couple of days after, I started experiencing slow speed on one laptop in particular. Jonathan and Wes came back to help me troubleshoot. I really admired that for them this seems more than just a job, they are patient and have a genuine interest in solving the customers issues and giving them satisfaction. After some attempts, they realized a setting on the computers network adapter was causing it to pick up signal from the eero device in the basement, rather than the closer eero network access points. They changed the setting and problem solved! Another great service and experience with Sight and Sound!!

The service was excellent. On short notice, they sent out a technician today to resolve an issue we were having with part of our system. The technician was very professional and couteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue. I called S&SS, spoke with the gentlemen that originally did my install and now hes the sales manager, Zach! In no time did we have the new system ordered and today they installed it. Like the last time these guys were prompt, ran exactly on time with the change over and were all very polite and helpful. Clearly, I would use them again, excellent experience!11/2014: Home Security Camera System - I recently engaged Sight and Sound Systems to install a security camera system at my house. I had a lot of questions and sent countless emails to S&SS and they promptly replied to everyone and addressed my questions and concerns. They worked with me on a design that allowed me get the most coverage for the money. Their install team did an amazing job and installed every camera very cleanly and discrete, so much so my immediate neighbor couldnt even tell I just had (6) cameras installed! I would highly recommend S&SS for any security or home entertainment needs you may need.

Suleiman installed the Eero system in my new home today, completing the system that Sight & Sounds installed as my home was being built. He is a highly skilled technician and quite a pleasant guy. When we came upon problems created by the Verizon techs who installed our FIOS internet connection, Suleiman developed and implemented effective solutions. After he completed the installation, he patiently and expertly explained how the system works, and how to troubleshoot if unexpected problems arise. I would give Suleiman 10 stars, but the max on this site is 5.

Our Control4 Dealer service reps from Sight and Sound System, Inc. out of Dulles, VA (Chance and Ryan), just left. They did an amazing job of diagnosing the Control4 issues we were having, installing new hardware, upgrading software, troubleshooting and teaching us how to change from cable to apple to streaming. pricing was exactly what we anticipated and their professionalism was unmatched from any consultants and/or service representatives in this highly technical field. Best of all, they did not attempt to talk over our head, rather they made my wife and I feel comfortable by explaining what they were going to do and executing exactly what they said they would do. And I might add, I have never met two nicer, more honest guys as Chance and Ryan. My wife is tough on high tech consultants, asking multiple questions until she is satisfied. When Chance and Ryan left, she came to me and said, Honey, you really picked a winner with Sight and Sound Systems and with Chance and Ryan. I guess that says it all. When your wife is 100% satisfied with a highly specialized Control4 dealer like Sight and Sound Systems, you know these guys are the Best of the Best!! Shayan came to the house to discuss and review the changes we needed. We visited the showroom which followed a strict policy of wearing masks, social distancing to make sure everyone was comfortable. We ended up not only changing the location of the media units but also upgrading the TV, tuner and changing other connections.S&S crew came to our house and set up everything in detail The work took much of the day. They were very professional in installing and setting up the equipment. The crew explained how to use everything. The next day we have a problem with the connections. I contacted S&S via email about the issue after hours. The very next day, they came to the house to fix the issue.Overall S&S was very professional and responsive. They provided excellent service and worked with our budget. We are repeat customers to S&S and would recommend them for entertainment equipment and setup.

The outlet for the mount was placed higher than was agreed upon during our original sales call.When I contacted Sight & Sound Systems, Inc to resolve the error, the customer care representative told me they could not fix the issue and kindly directed me to the signed contract, which we signed, listing the placement at 6 (six feet).I mentioned to him the outlet was incorrectly installed at 66, to which he replied, the bottom of the outlet is what matters. When I told him, that not even the bottom of the outlet was at 6 (six feet) he said, a few inches does not matter.The technicians who came over to do the install were professional and kind, our original sales representative was nice, although he did tell us one thing, which was counter productive to what the installers discussed with us.The company seems to have stellar reviews, so my experience is definitely in the minority so take from it as you wish.

I ordered a lot of automated systems for my new home from Sight & Sound: smart lights, Ring doorbell, garage door, audiovisual, sensors, power shades, etc. Very easy to work with and everything was set up right in the construction phase, which is always a challenge.Then came installation time, once construction was completed and I had moved into my new home. I cannot say enough about the crew that did the work, and especially Suleyman, who managed the entire installation. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The attention to detail was unparalleled. Just to provide one example, he mounted and unmounted a monster of a TV 7 feet up TWICE, just to get the alignment right and ensure everything was hidden and the end result was aesthetically exactly what I wanted. Others would have just done it once and hey, if it did not come out just right would have given my some excuse that thats the best they can do. On top of that, he stayed an extra hour with me to make sure I understood all the features, configure them the way I wanted them, provide me with options and suggestions on how to organize them, and so on. I mean, you would think he was doing his own home rather than a total strangers.Its not very often that you meet people with Suleymans professionalism and courtesy and I am extremely lucky to have had him in charge of my installation.

Today we had 3 technicians (Hurl, Sulamon an Ahmad) at our new home to complete the installation of our security system (with cameras), and hang our new OLED TV (with new Sonos sound bar). Bottom line: all 3 of them were AWESOME as they were very knowledgeable and professional. They should be commended for their strong work ethic as they are truly an asset to Sight & Sound. Had S&S install a theatre room in my house with Dolby Atmos and Control4 home automation a few years ago. I really enjoyed working with everyone in the company from the sales team to the installers to the service and accounting teams. Everyone is very professional and great to work with. Sight & Sound did a fabulous job installing a Sonos wired and wireless sound system in my home. S&S installed the original sound system in my house built in 2001. They had all the plans from that 16 year-old install and customized everything for technology upgrades since. They tailored a very good plan to the equipment I had that still worked (wired) as well as some upgrades (wireless) which both expanded the system while keeping the whole plan within my budget. The technicians were very professional, took their time, treated my family and my home with respect, answered all questions and did a great job cleaning up. Initially, Sight & Sound may seem a little more expensive than other installation companies, but you get what you pay for -- Sight & Sound is worth every penny. You wont be disappointed!

I recently moved into my new home in the Lorton area. Sight and Sound installed the network connections in my home and I recently installed Verizon Fios internet. I was having connection issues due to the Verizon install and Suleiman came out to take a look at the setup. I can honestly say aside from his technical expertise in resolving my problem, which is beyond reproach, he is one of the nicest people I have ever met.
