I wasnt home when the majority of the install was done, so when I saw the completed job, and the obstacles they had to overcome, I was very impressed. We had a major power issue with main line to house causing complete loss of power over holiday weekend. Mike was there within 2 hours of our call to scope things out and arranged for a crew to completely replace the main power line in a difficult installation. The DMH crew was skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient and completed the work in less time than planned.

DMH was very easy to communicate with. Always got back to me immediately and were good at explaining the work that had to be done. The only downsides were when we were scheduled for a 7 am installation and the team was a few hours late. That was frustrating. The other disappointment was that they did not clean up after themselves. Vacuuming up the sawdust they created when drilling through the wall would have left us with a better impression. But we are happy with the actual installation.

When I reached out to DMH electrical on a late Friday afternoon I received a prompt response and an electrician arrived at our home within 25 minutes.Mike arrived and diagnosed the issue within ten minutes. He discussed the solution options and got our electricity up and running for the weekend. He had to order a part for the proper repair and reached back out to us within a few days to schedule the final repair once the part was available. Within in one week our entire electrical problem was solved. DMH also went above and beyond and reached out to the generator manufacturer to explain the issue and determine if they would cover it under warranty.DMH electrical is a solid valuable electrical service with quick response and highly skilled tradesmen in the central Mass area with excellent repair and installation service who go above and beyond. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

I have known and used DMH Electric for many years now (I cant remember how many, at least ten). They were down the road when I lived in Sterling and they were awesome.One time I was overseas and a smoke detector in my house failed and set off all the alarms. I called them and had a neighbor let them in the house. The failing detector was about 25 feet up in a really bad place - they took care of it. I came back from a long flight knowing that I could sleep :)After I moved out of Sterling, I still prefer to work with DMH. They are reasonable, reliable, professional and on-time. Most recently they replaced light fixtures, switches and I intend to have them do some more projects later in the year.I most definitely recommend DMH.

I wasnt sure what to expect for this job. It was through Chevy and Qmerit and I had no choice in the contract but I was really happy with the professionalism and work of Patrick and Tyler. They showed up on time and installed an L2 outlet in my garage for an EV. Were polite and friendly and left the place as they found it. Wouldnt hesitate to have them back for any additional electrical work.

When the employee for DMH Electric came out to repair the wire at the front of the house. It was a welcome relief! The outside of the wire had all shred from years of wear and tear and I had water coming down into my fuse box in the cellar. The problem was fixed better than it was before and I was very happy with the results. I would use them again.

I scoured the internet for electricians. I contacted a dozen. I had some real struggles finding a company that would listen and really take the time to understand our needs. I finally called DMH and David himself came to do a walkthrough; free estimate and we were shocked to find out that some other companies really basically lied to us. David really respected our home and complimented it along the way. He took his shoes off without us asking and wore a mask the whole time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We signed a contract shortly after. His team were so respectful of my super clean and beautiful home and they did an amazing job. I can now run air conditioners and vacuum from anyplace in the house. I just paid the bill on their site and I was happy to hit that submit button. We will absolutely contract DMH for any and all electrical services we need or want in the future. Our home is safe.
