Jake & his crew at JRM Electric did an outstanding job upgrading our electric service. After dealing with two other electricians who blew us off after promising to do the job, and trying unsuccessfully to get estimates from several others, I was lucky enough to find JRM Electric. Right from the start Jake, the owner, was easy to work with. He always returned calls and texts, showed up on time and kept me updated on the status of the project. He had to coordinate with Eversource which can be challenging. But instead of complaining, like the others, he kept the ball rolling with a positive attitude until the project was successfully completed. I was very impressed with his professionalism, project management skills and knowledge of his field. Jake is no doubt the best electrician I have dealt with but also one of the best contractors. I highly recommend JRM Electric.
