We had a clogged shower issue on a Saturday , called every company posible to assist with no luck. Zoom Drain took care of the problem on the same day sending their tech Salem. Amazing guy he got the job done within a couple of hours and tenant was very happy with his professionalism. Bill from Zoom promptly came to my house to give me an estimate, explained how Zoom works, and came out the next day to fix the problem of a clogged curtain drain pipe. Bill was very knowledgeable and gave me clear forthright answers on what it would cost and the risk that it may not work depending on various factors. Zoom has the sophisticated equipment to get the job done. Highly recommended. See below photo - before Zoom fixed the problem there was no water coming out of this pipe.

Very impressed! I had a bad clog in the bathroom sink that got worse over a two week period despite my own efforts to fix it. The technician was very nice and it took him 15 minutes from start to finish. He showed me the surprising amount of gunk that was in the drain. So refreshing to get great, efficient and courteous service! Much better than my prior experiences with other companies. I will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend this company. I have been having plumbing issues at my business for the last few months— calling people to snake and essentially wasting my money as it would clog right up again. I called Zoom Drain and they came promptly and took care of the situation the proper way. Alex and Christian were great— very friendly, to the point, and knowledgeable. Ever since they came, I have not had any issues. The transparency and courtesy and speed were on point!! Most places are nebulous with their pricing and their estimated arrival time. This company exceeded all our expectations and were clear and courteous the whole way through. 10/5 would recommend! We jad a problem with our sink, and they cleaned out our sink drain in seemingly no time at all, compared to the mess we had waiting for them when they arrived and promptly started working, wasted no time at all. They service the malls, which is not always the case with plumbing and HVAC companies. The low number of reviews is probably due to the . that appears at the end of the hyperlink they send to give a review, otherwise Im sure theyd be with numerous high level ratings!

Zoom Drain was responsive and came out on a weekend when we thought we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of price. Turns out, no leak, so there was nothing to be done and only a hole cut - was charged $300 just for that… now I have a hole in my ceiling and have to get someone else to come in and patch it up and this will have cost a total of $400-$500 for nothing. Understand they would need to be compensated for the labor they did, just thought that was a bit steep to cut one hole…

Rusty pipes snd loose hardware too snd a couple of blocked in the pipes below the toilet they cleaned it free and all went back to like new!
