Rich and Jonny at Drain Away are great! They were quick to respond when I reached out and came out to look at the issue right away. Throughout the process, they were good at communicating and kept me informed every step of the way.What really stood out was their commitment to solving the problem—they didn’t stop until everything was resolved. They were also super flexible and easy to work with, which made a stressful situation so much easier. On top of that, they were just really nice guys who clearly care about their work and their customers.If you’re dealing with a drain issue, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call!

Well there is no surprise that Drain Away Sewer is a 5 star business and the best in the Stamford area. We had an emergency at midnight and Richard was responsive and compassionate, in addition to knowledgeable. He took his time to hear us out and offered several options. You have gained our loyalty and appreciation.

Drain Away serviced our townhome on a Saturday with very little notice. Richard and Lou are INCREDIBLE and their commitment to clients and their work is a rarity. They not only fixed our sewage backup issue but were able to diagnose the root of an ongoing issue other companies couldnt. Not to mention they are so fairly priced. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend.

Richard Sachs has serviced our house twice now. Both times have been efficiently resolved and reasonably priced. The second visit was a call on a holiday weekend Sunday. Sewage backing up into the house with out of town guests staying with us. A real disaster in the making. But Richard answered the phone on the first call, and was at my house in about 15 minutes. The clog was the main line out of the house, to the septic. Snaking from the toilet would have been a real ordeal, but he had the tools and the foresight to address the clog from the septic side. From phone call to pack up was less than an hour. I highly commend and recommend Richards service.

Drain Away Sewer Service provided excellent service recently when the toilets clogged in our home. We tried unclogging the toilets but we were not successful. I looked for a plumber in our area and came upon Drain Away. I called and explained the situation to the owner. Shortly after that another person called and stated he would be here upon completion of the job he was at. He updated me on arrival time and assured me they would come that day. Upon arrival the plumber introduced himself and began asking questions and looking at the job. He was able to unclog the toilets and drains within a short period of time. The owner came and helped him replace the toilet(had to remove it to get at drain) and cleaned up. Both gentlemen were very polite, explained what they were doing, neat and professional. My husband and I were impressed with the way the job was done and we highly recommend Drain Away for plumbing needs. Excellent job!!!! Thank you😊

Sunday night the sewer main became clogged and the sewage was running into our basement creating a terrible mess. I talked to Richard from Drain Away and he came to our house to fix the problem. Rich did an excellent job, I rated him 5 stars because thats the highest rating available. Rich is dedicated to his job, and is dedicated to his customers, totally knowledgeable, honest and has the most up to date equipment to get the job done efficiently. We are very satisfied with his work and will always call him when we have a drain problem.

Richard was so kind and responsive - arrived within an hour of my calling with a drain emergency. Triaged, counseled and assuaged my fears when my emergency turned out to be a much larger septic issue. FaceTimed with my septic maintenance team and was so so kind in calming the fears of a first time homeowner, totally overwhelmed with the enormity of a problematic old house. I can’t recommend him enough - character is destiny and I will forever be so grateful to this gentleman and his team for reassuring me that everything can be fixed. Thank you so sooooo much Richard!

I called Drain Away when we combined apartments and installed a washer dryer in the old kitchen we turned into a washroom.. Rich and his crew snaked all the lines in the washroom and the old bathrooms. They were very professional and low prices. Ive recommended him to my friends and family, they all say the same things about drain away, EXCELLENT WORK!

Rich and his team are phenomenal. My drain pipe was badly clogged with tree roots and I had several drain experts/ plumbers come to the house, no one could fix the problem until Drain away. They worked very hard and wouldn’t give up until they fix the problem. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

It was below zero, freezing temperature outside on Friday night and I noticed that we had a problem. Our drain was clogged and there was water all over the basement, coming thru the sink. We remembered calling Drain Away about 2 years ago, and the great service that Rich provided back then. We called them right away, Mike showed up and got right to work.If I typed everything to explain what Mike went thru to correct this issue for us, this review would be extremely long. But what I will say is this...both Mike and Rich were determined to get us up and running again so that we could return to our normal lives, and for that, we are truly grateful!!!
