We had an outstanding experience working with the Pellak Constriction team whom we hired to remodel our kitchen. From the very beginning, Bryan and Jessica provided fantastic conceptual and design ideas that transformed our outdated kitchen into a modern, functional space. They took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, offering suggestions that we hadn’t even considered, but which turned out to be exactly what the space needed. The design they proposed was both aesthetically pleasing and practical, maximizing both storage and flow.The professionalism displayed throughout the entire process was impressive. I want to share the excellent experience I had working with Pellak Construction.First of all, I interviewed 7 builder- designers and Pellak was the first to draw out a detailed plan from the vision I had for my addition. They listened to everything I said and were able to design my dream. My plan was to add a small first floor addition that would allow me to live in my home for the rest of my life. I needed a first floor bedroom, full bath , along with a laundry area and a sunroom. I also was able to add a deck. The layout and plan for my area was truly genius , considering it really wasn’t a large area.Once we got our permits approved, work started immediately. They gave me a timeline of 10-12 weeks and that was exactly how long it took.The logistics were amazing. Every crew that needed to be there for whatever phase we were at, was there without delay and all material and equipment as well. When one phase was complete, the next crew was there. All work done by Pellak’s construction team or subcontractors was done in a very professional and neat manner. All work was 100% on point all the way. Amazingly attention was given to every detail.I really appreciated being able to go to their showroom and pick out all the material with Amanda’s help.There was an open line of communication everyday, I knew what I as happening and felt respected at all times.My neighbors were in awe of the neatness of the job and the efficiency of the project.All of the finishes are beautiful. The workmanship by all was superior.It was a delight to work with everyone and I would like to say a special thank you to the craftsmen on this job, most particularly to Robert, Chris, Wray, Mike, Kyle, JT, Nick and Rich.My compliments to Andrew , who I consider a genius, Bryan and to the founder of this company Andy.I’m truly going to miss seeing all of you and I would heartily recommend Pellak Construction to anyone who is looking for quality work. Pellak was recommended to us by a coworker who had used them previously and said they might cost more than another contractor, but it’s absolutely worth it. I agree whole heartedly with that statement, our kitchen is amazing, and I don’t have any regrets about one dime we spent.Things we liked- design process. Bryan & Amanda were awesome to deal with. Previous to working with Pellak we had talked to a kitchen designer who turned out to just be a cabinet salesman, suggesting designs without any consideration of the construction feasibility or expense. With Pellak, their suggestions were not only amazing, but we could make the decision based on the total cost of the project, not just one aspect.Attention to detail. The job done was absolutely amazing, and there are so many little details that make it a quality job. The one that blew me away was we had them move our back door and they not only replaced the stone in the new doorway with similar stone, but Robert cut out more stone to make the pattern seemless and not just a door shaped patch of new stone.Cleanliness. Bryan had said they are very clean, but I figured that was just something contractors say. For the first week of work, we were planning on doing extra cleanup to make sure there was nothing dangerous for the dog to step on before we let her in. We eventually realized that was unnecessary as they had already taken care of every single thing. There were points during the renovation that the work area was the cleanest part of my house. And that was just because my kids were in the rest of the house lol. There wasn’t any dust, etc in the rest of the house from their work. Even the porta potty wasn’t an issue, even in the hot summer sun.The pictures of the finished job is really the best review. People have straight up exclaimed “oh my, this is magical!” and “it looks like a magazine!” I can’t even say that they built the kitchen of my dreams, because their design was so much better than anything I could ever have imagined. It’s been two months and I still can’t believe this is my kitchen.Thank you all!!!

I highly recommend Pellak for any major renovations. We hired Pellak to remodel our kitchen and couldn’t be happier! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the Pellak team was great to work with. They were responsive and professional. We always knew what was going on with the project and there were no surprises. We will definitely hire Pellak again in the future!

In 2020 my wife and I chose AM Pellak Construction to complete a large renovation of our home. The project consisted of an install of all new windows and interior trim, mudroom built-ins, a hallway bathroom renovation and a complete master bedroom and master bathroom renovation. From start to finish the project went smooth and the communication was excellent. Andy and Drew were constantly providing updates and ensured that we were satisfied throughout the many stages of the project. The team was even able to finish the project on time and on budget even though they were dealing with serious supply chain issues because of the pandemic. Pellak’s crew of carpenters and tradesmen were extremely professional, excellent craftsmen, and always kept a very clean and organized workspace. Almost all of the guys are local to Springfield and the immediate area and take pride in the work they do.In 2023 my wife and I were ready for the next phase of our home renovation. We only made one call. Because of our amazing experience with Pellak Construction a few years prior, we decided that Andy, Drew and their team would be the only contractor we’d seek out. This most recent project consisted of a complete renovation of our family room that included: extending the height of the ceiling and removing old skylights, a full wall of beautiful built-in cabinets, a rustic fireplace renovation, removal of old baseboard heating and install of a mini-split for heating and cooling of the space, brand new double doors leading out to our patio, and a complete powder room and back hall/mudroom renovation.As with the first project, everything went smooth and upon completion the space looks amazing. The Pellak crew kept the space sealed off from the rest of our home during all phases of construction. A filter system was installed in the workspace to pump out dust and odors during the working hours and their work area was always cleaned up and orderly at the end of the day. Many of the carpenters and crew were the same guys that worked on our home the first time so we knew we were in good hands. The Pellak crew was always professional, kind and polite to my wife and children and I trusted them to be in my home when I was not around. Since the completion of the project we have received many compliments on how beautiful the space looks. From the initial consultation with Bryan, to Amanda’s interior design advice, to Rob’s attentiveness and excellent communication throughout the project, and of course to the wonderful craftsmanship of all the tradesmen, any homeowner is in excellent hands with Andy, Drew, and the Pellak team and will be happy you chose them to renovate your home.-Rich and Nancy

Our whole bathroom was on the fritz and needed updating, and we are thrilled with how it came out. We had a wonderful experience using the A.M. Pellak Construction team. We renovated our kitchen/ family room/ dining room area to create an open floor plan. In addition, we installed a new patio, siding and windows throughout the entire house. From beginning to end, the project was managed and executed in the most professional manner.The entire team was knowledgeable, polite, professional and readily addressed our concerns. It was also the cleanest construction project we have ever experienced. The level of customer service we received was 5 stars. We love the outcome of the project(s). We live in Springfield and saw many Pellak projects taking place at same time we were looking to remodel our kitchen. We met with Andy and were impressed by the advice he provided as well as his ability to help us get our ideas into the project design. The Pellak proposal was able to separate out various options we discussed so that we could make best decisions within our budget. Once decisions were made, the Pellak team came up with workable timeframes for the project, kept things in our house organized and clean while work was ongoing and were always available to help us make decisions. When I decided to add an addition and renovate my 100 year home, I spoke and met with over 5 reputable contractors. Pellak Construction was the last contractor I interviewed with and I immediately knew they were going to be my choice.My project was extensive, taking almost 8 months to complete. There were no delays. Communication, professionalism, efficiency, and cleanliness were consistently maintained throughout the project. Everyday after work, the jobsite was immaculate.I already had architectural drawings but the Pellak team helped me modify certain specs that made the overall design and flow of the home more practical than my certified architect had originally suggested. My main objective, aside from the obvious quality of workmanship, was that for the addition not to look like an addition and the home renovation be true to the original characteristics of the 100 year old home. Andy, Drew, and the Pellak team nailed it!I get consistent compliments from neighbors and people driving by to stop and tell me how incredible my home looks. The addition looks like an original part of the home: from matching color, to the added portico and dormers being proportional to the size of the home, blue stone walkway, and awesome custom mahogany entrance door. For the interior, I added 2 and 1/2 baths, expanded and finished both the attic and basement, moved laundry to second floor, added office space, and a completely new kitchen. Finishing work included replacing all the hardwood floors with an inlay, carrara marble in kitchen and bath, custom molding throughout to match original, including 5 panel doors, lots of tile work, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.I referred Pellak to my neighbor a few doors down and shes always thanking me because she was so pleased with her remodel. When I wanted to remodel my business, I didnt bother getting second quotes or opinions. Pellak Construction was my choice and will continue to be!

The Pellak Team renovated most of our home! This included our first floor (living room, kitchen, mud/laundry/office area, powder room), our master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-through closet, turned an office into a kid’s bathroom, and finished our basement. They also freshened up our screened-in porch and front door.We LOVE our new space! The process was smooth and this was a large project. We met weekly with the office team to ensure a seamless transition from design to demo to reno. Having a designer to work with was a must for me, and a huge help. They patiently turned my Pinterest pins into reality.Once we transitioned into the field, Drew was on top of the details on a daily basis. His team even installed a new sump pump mid rainstorm when ours stopped working! They really go above and beyond! The team’s carpentry skills are impeccable and added so much character to our home.Additionally, we financed the project, which adds meetings and inspections through the duration of the project. The Pellaks were very accommodating and organized with the lending process. They communicated throughout with the inspector to ensure there were no delays.The entire crew is polite, kind, and trustworthy! We felt comfortable leaving our house in their hands and would highly recommend them for your project!

During the pandemic it became very noticeable that our house needed updating. I turned to the Facebook community and watched the recommendations as people asked for advice on various home needs. Pellak Construction came highly recommended over and over again. I am certainly glad I did! I LOVE my new bathroom. We even had a designer change mid way through the project but that was a seamless transition. The detail to keeping my home and the work space clean was very impressive. The workers were pleasant and courteous. Both Drew and Andy were at the site on a regular basis. They kept me informed as each part of the project was getting started and completed. I couldnt be happier with the end result. I can hardly believe it is my bathroom. It may sound weird that someone can love a bathroom space but I DO! I have future plans to renovate my kitchen and they will be the company I call! Thank you Drew and crew for making my dreams a reality

These guys provide the cleanest construction area of any contractor Ive ever seen. The crew is very professional and respectful. My property was cleaned each day and kept as organized as possible for major construction. They arrived timely every day and completed the project promptly; my questions were addressed immediately; and the at the end of the project, my interior was professionally cleaned and organized. ANY question, no matter how insignificant, was welcomed and addressed. I recommend consulting them for any home project.

We spent years both saving and planning for our 1st floor renovation. We met and got quotes from several vendors but it was clear very early on that Pellak was the right choice for us. Their ideas/innovation during the planning process were unique and well thought out. The questions they asked made it clear that they both had experience but also were thinking logistically about how the entire process would work. Pellak was not the least expensive of our quotes but they were also the only vendor that took the time and effort required to pull together a comprehensive quote and as a result there were no hidden fees or surprises to us in the end. We found this invaluable - when you are spending a large sum it is critical to have a solid idea of what those final costs will actually be. We have done several other renovations in our home to other areas and Pellak was by far the cleanest, most detail oriented and genuinely invested in the final outcome of all of our other contractors.We love the end results, all of our family, friends and neighbors are impressed and wowd by the work they did. You cant go wrong choosing Pellak as your contracting partner.

Our original GC hired to do a demo/rebuild of our addition and kitchen cabinet installation had to drop out of the project. Pellak stepped in to handle all details, taking it from design to completion during the winter months without any problems They were even able to install cabinets purchased by the previous GC without any difficulty, and installed a pellet stove we desired flawlessly.This will be our main living space, and cant wait to use the pellet stove for the first time! Weve literally doubled the original footprint of the addition, and have a very functional and spacious deck. The kitchen has more cabinet storage, modern appliances, a hood vent for the stove that exhausts externally, and a island with large countertop for ease of food prep!Everyone they employed were professional, on-time, had a great work attitude, and were very respectful to our property and privacy.I hope to hire them again to complete other repairs in our home in the future, and would highly recommend them to others.

When starting the research for our kitchen renovation, we spoke with so many contractors and designers before ultimately deciding to go with Pellak. Their design and build service really stood out to us, and Im so glad we did. They worked hard to understand exactly what we wanted to do and what open questions we had about the project. They were able to take our inspiration photos and design a kitchen that not only looked amazing, but met the needs of our family. They were happy to answer all of our questions, made revisions to designs based on our preferences, and helped us work through difficult decisions like flooring for the kitchen that would compliment the rest of the house.Everyone who came to work on our renovation was friendly, polite, and worked hard to minimize the mess. Pellak stuck to the agreed upon timeline, and we couldnt be happier with our new kitchen. We ended up removing our dining room wall to expand our kitchen and make both the kitchen and dining one continuous space. This has worked so much better for our family and the flow of our first floor. We would recommend Pellak for any renovations that you may be planning. The ease of their design process and attention to detail down to the very end was evident throughout!

We had a major remodel done with Pellak and could not be happier with the results. They took our very outdated 1930s kitchen & dining room and transformed it into a modern open concept kitchen. Amanda was awesome to work with during the design process & was responsive to any questions I had before & during construction. They also remodeled our main bathroom at the same time bringing it up to date & more functional for our needs. The timeline they provided was perfect (finishing earlier than expected), the work spaces and surrounding areas were clean and we were kept informed throughout the whole process about next steps. Brian was easy to get ahold of & Robert and the construction team were flawless. We’ve already recommended them to several friends who are equally impressed with the work done. We would absolutely use them again in the future for any large projects!

We selected Pellak Construction to design and build the renovation of our 1950s bathroom. We selected them based on their exceptional reputation and our first meeting with them to discuss the job. They spent time understanding what we wanted and offered suggestions based on their experience with similar bathrooms in local homes. They have a design studio right in Springfield which we visited to make final selections on tile and fixtures. It was a fun experience. Before demolition they sealed off the rest of the house so that there would be no dust leaving the bathroom. They cleaned the work area at the end of every day. The job went off without a hitch. It was done on schedule and the quality of the work was evident. Our small bathroom has been transformed into a cleaner, modern, and visually larger version of what we had. This improvement has definitively increased the value of our home. The folks at Pellak are real pros and it was a pleasure working with them. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them for your project.

For years, my wife and I planned a kitchen renovation but were faced with the challenge of finding the right contractor. Based on a lot of positive feedback we saw online, we decided to reach out to Pellak Construction. Bryan was quick to return our call and walked us through the process. They came to our house to review the layout and listened to our concerns and how we envisioned our new space. Within a few weeks we had three design options to choose from. Once we finalized the layout, we met with Amanda in the design studio to pick out all of our finishes. Our construction timeline was tight and they were able complete it on time. Robert oversaw our project and was great to work with. Everyone from the tile setter to carpenters took pride in the work that they did. Like any project, there were some minor issues that popped up from time to time. What we were most impressed with is how they responded to those issues, “We just want you guys to be happy”. In the end our kitchen came out better than we would have ever imagined. It feels like we are in a completely different house. A.M. Pellak recently completed a wonderful bathroom renovation for us, from design through project completion. Our house is 120 years old - the main bathroom was very small and we needed to make a few changes to expand the space and accommodate disability issues. In addition to enlarging the room, the team had to deal with old plumbing and maintaining some of the original features, including matching some intricate woodwork trim. Once the project started there were no gaps in the pace of construction and the team was diligent about cleaning up every day. We were very impressed by their excellent craftsmanship, good communication, and professionalism. We would definitely recommend Pellak for any renovation project.

A.M. Pellak Construction came highly recommended from several of our friends and we could not be happier with the process and the final product. Andy and his crew performed a kitchen remodel for my family in Springfield, PA. Andy really guides you through the design process and makes sure your vision becomes a reality. The construction process went very smoothly. The crew made sure that the dust and debris created during demolition and construction did not creep into the other rooms in our house. Also, at the end of every work day, the kitchen was cleaned up. There were never any loose nails to worry about stepping on. The final touches on the kitchen were very well done, from fine lines on the paint job to tight joints on crown molding, the attention to detail well exceeded our expectations.
