We recently used Everest to help with a bathroom remodel and we are thrilled with absolutely everything. Our sales rep, Andre, did a great job getting to know us and what we were looking for with this project. He built a detailed proposal the encompassed everything we had discussed. Melissa was extremely helpful with the selection process and keeping us in budget. Prior to starting the project, they arranged to have a walk through with us and everyone working on the project to confirm we were all on the same page. During demo, the crew found that hidden in our walls were some substantial wood rot. The team worked quickly to address the issue and prepared a change order for the additional work. It was impossible for anyone to have foreseen this issue, but I am so happy Everest was able to correct it the right way. The owner even called us directly to apologize for the additional work, even though it was not their fault at all. Our project manager, Arnold, is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I often was not able to reach out to him with questions until after I was finished with work in the evening. He always answered my calls, and handled any questions or concerns quickly and efficiently. We absolutely love all the work Everest did I would highly recommend them to anyone considering any remodeling project.

Everest Home Improvement is the BEST! Not having ever undergone a home remodel, they were supportive throughout and always went above and beyond! I cant sing their praises enough...they were responsive and always kept me informed. Highly recommend!2025 update: I recently had my wood burning fireplace converted to an electric fireplace which entailed demolition and rebuilding of the hearth and new mantel. Once again Everest Home Improvement knocked it out of the park! I also had my roof replaced and siding replaced…as always I highly recommend!

Everest did an excellent job with our complete bathroom remodel, which included a new shower, vanities, floor, electrical, and even relocation of a wall and relocating a door. Most important: their communication was excellent throughout the process. During the initial interview and estimate, we had many questions, and Randy patiently answered them all, with no pressure to get us signed until we were comfortable and ready. During the project, the entire team was quickly responsive to every question and concern we had as the inevitable hiccups of a remodel popped up, and their bottom line was to make sure things were done how we wanted. Also, the quality of Everest’s work is excellent. The team had a solid attention to detail and genuinely wanted to not just get the job done, but to do it right. Their workers were courteous and efficient, and kept everything clean and tidy. Our completed bathroom is beautiful and functional. We would use Everest again for any remodeling project.

They helped me through the entire selection process and gave me a very clear and thorough schedule so I knew exactly what was being worked on when. Randy, Arnold and team renovated our master bathroom shower stall and gave it some much needed functional and aesthetic improvements. Randy immediately understood what I was looking for and gave some fantastic suggestions to add more storage space and a shaving shelf. The team arrived on time each day (early some days) and finished tiling a day sooner than expected. The work was excellent and I felt like our bathroom was in good hands at every point of this process. We are thrilled to now have a bright, modern shower that makes us feel like were at a hotel. Ill use Everest Home Improvement again, when its time to re-do our guest bathroom! Highly recommend them for any home remodeling projects.

We were very happy we went with Everest home, the process was so smooth, the projects got done quickly and the quality of work seems superior. Our project was the largest Randy ever did, the first for us, and under those circumstances Randys outfit did a great job. We turned a garage into very nice and comfortable living space for me and my wife. Of course, problems surfaced and in most cases Everest adjusted rapidly and fairly. If I have any suggestions, and these apply to whoever you contract with, is to: 1) make the initial work contract as detailed as possible, and 2) negotiate change orders before work on those change orders start.

We had our basement completely refinished by Everest and had a great experience. Communication was prompt, open and honest. The work was complete according to schedule and of good quality. The entire process was simple from the first phone call to final completion.We decided to add a hidden door that looks like a bookcase leading to a speak easy very late in the project. Randy and his team were able to jump right on it and complete the complicated install while maintianing the original schedule.Its been almost a year since completion and we have no complaints about the basement or the work completed. Weve continued to work with Randy on a few project since.

The problem was addressed quickly as well. We have appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism.

We used Everest Home Improvement and we absolutely loved everything about our experience! Randy is very timely with his response to email (usually within an hour) and his crew worked quickly. All of our requests were met, including finite particularities that we had.Response time: Randy was EXTREMELY quick to respond to all forms of communication. We contacted approximately 10 contractors for estimates and we are still (18+ months) awaiting responses. Randy is the epitome of timely and professional communicationProject: We had an internal wall knocked down, a wall added, new cabinets, new counter tops, and an island installed. We also had recess lighting added in our kitchen, living room, and dining room, and 6 new doors installed. Finally, we had four rooms painted. All of the work looks outstanding! During the project, we had an issue with our roof due to weather. Randy’s team fixed the roof and the price was excellent.Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Everest Home Improvement! They are timely, professional, and the work is outstanding. If we ever need more work done, we will certainly contact Everest.

I saw a small crack on one of our window and I did not think it was a big deal. A few months later, the crack spread across the entire window and this window is the size of double the front door. I was panicking because if it was going to break we will be in trouble if it rain. As the same time I was wondering if I have to call my home insurance to report a claim on this window because I thought I would cost thousands of dollar to fix.So I called Chris Shoemaker with Everest Home Improvement for advise. He was able to come for the estimate that same day and I did not have to be home. To my surprise his estimate was less then my deductible. A week later his men called and say they will come to install the new window at 7 pm. They were very professional and prompt. They help take out the blind, cover the floor with sheet. The whole process only take about 30 minutes. Bette yet, the window is life time warranty. Highly recommend Chris Shoemaker with Everest Home Improvement.

Exceptional service from Randy and his team!!!!! Recently moved into a townhome/condo that was built in 1999 and had the original windows and sliding glass door which were not efficient/functional in any manner. Randy and his team replaced my large windows in the living room and windows in the family room and sliding glass door. Exceptional service from start to finish (timely communication, walked through the process, answered questions and provided the detailed information that the HOA requires for approval). The installation team was thoughtful and courteous… they ensured they left my home in the same condition as when they started. I will definitely be using them for additional projects and they will be replacing my bedroom windows later this summer. I give them my highest recommendation!

It’s been a pleasure working with the team at Everest. Randy, Arnold, and their crew are professional, responsive, and skilled. They helped give my kitchen and multiple bathrooms a face lift as well as install recess lighting in two floors of my row home. They also did a master bathroom remodel, including knocking down walls. I also had them help with odds and ends, like installing a new exterior light, changing all the doorknobs in the house, and changing a ceiling fan. I am pleased with the quality of the work, length of time to complete, and cost. I felt like we collaborated well on the various projects. They worked with me to finish projects to my specifications. I first met them at their office @workawaysolutions, a cool coworking venue, and they took the time to know exactly what we needed, with Marvin windows and James Hardie siding. I needed to replace a large door due to some rot in part of the frame causing a water leak. Randy & his team were a pleasure to work with. The door is a better quality than the one I had, the repairs from the leak damage look great, you would never know it happened!
