Mr. Sider was very professional, attentive and expressed the importance of my kitchen project. He was recommended by a friend. I have to say, it was a long process but worth every minute to wait patiently for an amazing outcome. Maleks response time is awesome. I originally contacted him to fix an exterior water spigot and update my basement due to water damage. He responded, scheduled, and completed my job in a less than two weeks. His crew fixed the spigot, replaced my basement family room panel walls with new framing, insulation, drywall, trim, and paint. Removed outdated bricks under mantle and painted my fireplace wall. Replaced the flooring. Added and moved electrical outlets. Added overhead recessed lights. Replaced an internal door, an external door and installed a pet door, and added a security door. Painted all to match existing surround. Unlike other companies Ive worked with Malek happily completed other odd jobs I added throughout. He fixed the connector for my kitchen hood vent to the outside and framed in and sealed my dryer ducting that was left exposed by another contractor. Malek responded same day to a follow up call to replace my new dryer outlet that I purchased after my job was completed. Like a fool. Me not Malek.The quality of work and customer service provided by Malek and his team led by Erika cannot be beat! I 100% recommend Sider Construction with no reservations. Malek and Erika took great pride in ensuring positive outcomes.

We had a large hole in our bathroom wall after replacing a faulty pipe. Since it was a cement wall, I wasn’t sure how to repair it myself, so I called Sider Construction. They came out the same day and did an excellent job fixing it. I’m very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch construction services. Thanks again!

My home suffered some interior water damage from a leaky pipe right on top of the Christmas holiday season, and within days preceding my wife giving birth—Sider picked up the phone, heard about my situation, showed up for a consultation & estimate within 30 minutes, and took care of the whole repair job the very next day, on a Saturday. Friendly, professional, the quality of the work was good, and Sider helped document what my insurer needed. Life saver 🫡👍.

This is the first time I have tried Sider Construction LLC services. I am very very happy with the service. My living room electric was out for more than 4 month, tried with another electrician did not work out. Mr. Malek came for the service, he spend good 3 hours to diagnose the problem and finally my lights are back on. Yahooooo. He worked soo hard to fix the issue. Their prices are very very reasonable if I would called another company they would have charged 3 or 4 times more what Sider have charged. They are my company from now on for any Construction work....I am very happy and satisfied With their work. Dont hesitate to call them you will be blessed. Malek is highly reliable. I feel I’ve found a treasure: finally, a multi-skilled contractor that offers reasonable rates, that is friendly and professional, that is available fairly quickly and arrives on time! Malek replaced some deck board in my house, fixed a wobbly ceiling fan and covered up an open space/gap in by basement. No more headaches figuring out who to call or getting several estimates… Malek is now my go to person.

Malek is beyond top-notch. I contacted him to resolve numerous issues with a tractor/riding lawnmower to accommodate my mother’s small stature and weight. He was punctual, professional, courteous, and finished a job that actual SPECIALISTS could not. His commitment to his word and his craft is incredibly admirable. Furthermore, he spent more of his own time to address other tractor related issues that quite frankly…he probably did not HAVE to. Yet, he did. In short, I would highly recommend Malek.
