This company did a great job on a tub and shower wall surround. The existing tile was in poor shape and subject to leaks. The process was impressive and converted it to a seamless, modern, tight, and easy-to-clean tub and shower wall. The technician was friendly helpful and the overall experience great.

We are beyond satisfied with the entire experience using Bath Fitter! Scott was great and did an amazing job walking us through the design options and got us scheduled quickly. On the day of install, it only took Kyle 5 hours to demo our old surround and install the new. He did a great job and it looks better than we could have imagined. Everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I was a little nervous about the whole process of removing my old bathtub and replacing with a walk-in shower. Willie arrived and got right to work tearing out the old bathtub unit. The plumber arrived shortly thereafter and got the plumbing completed. Willie was very efficient and did a great job. I’m very happy with my new walk-in shower.

Mike came and gave us the estimate and he explained everything that would be done and didn’t try to over sell us. We appreciated that he listened to us and answered all our questions without making us feel silly for the questions since it was our first big remodel we had a bunch. Absolutely in love with our new bathtub, our toddler loves it and so does this pregnant mama! John came and installed it all on his own and did an amazing job and was done so fast! He arrived at 9am and left at 6pm and we were able to use it the next night! Seriously recommend this company affordable and beautiful!

The end result was a beautiful new shower for a reasonable price. There was an issue with the wrong base being ordered which delayed the installation however they did reduce the cost and do the installation on a Saturday to compensate me for that. There was also a small leak and water pressure issue however both were resolved in less than 48 hours so I was very happy with the prompt service.It is also great that the install took only about 6 or 7 hours with minimal clean up needed by myself afterwards.I would highly recommend that you consider Bath Fitter if you need to replace your shower .

The installers were very personable and respectful. Mats were put down to protect our wood floors as they were in and out of the house often for several hours. They cleaned up and even swept my entry before leaving. We had two baths done. Both look fantastic compared to the green and yellow late 60’s tubs we had. We’re thrilled!

From the 1st associate to the salesman to the installer and in between, Bath Fitter was so professional and the process was quick and easy. The installer (I think his name was Will) was skilled, efficient, and did an excellent job installing our bath and surround. There are no imperfections ruins or places where it looks like he rushed through it. We’re very pleased with the outcome and this company. We just had a shelf installed by them a couple days ago so the pics don’t reflect that.

They say customer service is dead. Well, not at Bath Fitters its not. My mother installed one of their tub covers in 2008. When she called them about some caulking failing, not only did they happily send someone out immediately, the tech that showed up did a thorough inspection. He noticed a water deposit under the tub and was willing to replace the whole tub kit for free. After we got the tub kit, we remodeled the bathroom. To remove the tub we took a chance of making a much bigger mess. We decided not to. They did a marvelous job, were beyond professionally courteous and very thorough. To anyone contemplating the price...stop. You will not find a better company to service you. Once again, thank you very much for treating my mother so well.

As their ad states they were in and out in one day. We needed our whole tube replaced due to age and deterioration. They definitely left us with that “ WOW “ factor. And the men were really professional and explained everything they did and explained how to care for the new tube and enclosure. You will never go wrong with them.
