    So I didnā€™t know that septic tanks should be preventatively pumped from time to time. Found that out by chance on a YouTube video. Found my tank and uncovered my lid to find 30 years was just about too long in between pumps. Luckily we didnā€™t have any sewage back up issues but we werenā€™t far from it!!! Anyway Kadarius rolls in does his thing, which was way more work than I was expecting it to be. He acts like itā€™s no big deal, was super polite and really did a thorough job. BTW they were a referral from a friend. I will refer them as well. Great job and good experience.

    I had a great experience with Allied today. Charlie came out to my apartment same day on a Saturday to deal with a particularly difficult clog. He was thorough and communicative, talking me through everything he did, and he tried multiple methods until he could clear the block and get my plumbing working again. He then recommended next steps for my apartment complex to take to ensure this issue doesnt happen again. Thanks for your help, Charlie!

    After a terrible contractor created a nightmare of my dream bathroom, I called Allied for help repairing and finishing the remodel. Mike was dispatched a week later, and was able to do the work that same day. He explained what he was doing, why, and what had been done wrong. If he didnt have to tear something apart, he didnt fix what wasnt broken, but he did let me know what signs to look for in case the work the previous contractor had done ever becomes broken. He took proactive steps to remedy little things he knew would eventually turn into leaks, such as a kinked pex line the contractor had improperly installed. He was quick to read manufacturers instructions and follow them. He installed my bathtub in a mortar bed, Roman faucet, shower system, and toilet. He did exploratory surgery where the previous contractor had sealed the shut-off valves inside the wall, installed an access panel, and will come back to finish my sink once I purchase a missing gasket.Everything about my experience with Mike was such a breath of fresh air. For the first time in this story of chaos, I felt at ease. I could work on other things without having to watch over him. He was exceptionally professional and competent. Once he got started, he was hyperfocused on his work and virtually impossible to distract.The price was very reasonable, too. Usually you have to choose 2 out of 3 between fast, cheap, and good quality; but in this case, I got all 3 with Allied Plumbing.

    Long story short, very pleased. Have a rental house with a hot water heater that was acting up. Had not established plumbing service with any company yet. When researching (aka ā€œGooglingā€), I decided to call Allied based on the amount of Google reviews and the rating they have received, which was a high. Turns out, reviews were accurate. Charlie came out this morning, identified the issue, sent me the estimate electronically where I was able to sign electronically making it super easy and seamless for me. He fixed the issue, I paid credit card over the phone. All done within 30 minutes. Fast, efficient, professional, Highly recommend.

    I just now had a technician visit my home to address a problem with my garbage disposal. The issue was resolved by simply flipping the reset button under the unit. I appreciate the assistance of the technicians, they are awesome.However, I believe the companys policy regarding charges for such minor fixes needs to be revised. The advertised fee of $45 for a home visit and estimate seems reasonable, but charging $100 plus tax for a simple reset seems excessive. I kindly request that the company reconsider its pricing structure for similar situations in the future.

    Allied was very easy to work with. We had a drainage issue at the house and after I had tried all that I could, I called at 1:00 am to see when they could have someone out (24/7 service for the win). We had the appointment scheduled and a tech out at 9:00 am with a pre-call about half an hour before showing up. Charles was quick to get to introduce himself, find out what the issue was, and get to work. After running the camera and the snake with no success, he offered up some alternate possible issues and solutions and stuck around for the city to come out so he could explain to them his findings and see what they could do. The city checked their mainlines and found no issues so we pretty much had a it narrowed down to a clog in my trap that was just beyond 100 feet. Only other option was using the jetter to blast through the clog. So Charles and a coworker pulled up the next day, got right to work, and about 15 minutes later the issue was resolved. Everyone I spoke with at Allied was very professional, courteous, and quick to get the job done.Only complaint is I wish the use of the jetter could be prorated, but I get thatā€™s just how it goes.

    Shane was very kind and thorough. I called needing my disposal unclogged and within the hour he arrived. It was just a bit costly since he was only there around 15 minutes, but maybe bc I called last minute, IDK since Ive not had to use any plumbers in years. $239.00 later taught me a lesson.     There was some standing water in our front yard so I called Allied to come take a look. The guys were honest and very helpful about what steps I needed to take to fix the leak. Plus an added bonus was there was no service charge fee! Other companies (Bud Anderson and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing) both had $90 service fees just to come take a look at the problem. no thank you

    I was so impressed with these guys. I had a quote on a Wednesday for a full system replacement and the work was done on the following Thursday. They did a wonderful job. When they left to grab a few supplies mid job one of the guys even called me to ask if I would like him to close the garage since no one was home. Very polite and top notch work. Shaun was incredible as well. He quoted me a price and didnt try and sneak in a few things here and there to make the final bill higher. What he quoted is what I paid. Even including tax. His communication was wonderful. He even stopped by to ask my wife how the install went and to inspect it himself. Iā€™m so glad I went with them.

It was easy to make an appointment I was told about the dispatch fee upfront AND they texted me that info as well. The serviceman arrived when he said he would (he called me earlier in the morning to give me a arrival time) He arrived looking professional and neat & clean, he introduced himself & his apprentice we were impressed.     Daniel was kind, professional, thorough and informative. He explained the steps he was taking while doing them so I could better understand how to remedy a gas leak (gas was shut off) and gave me different quotes based on different repair routes. Whether it was finding/fixing the leak and moving my meter or converting to full electric and bypassing the need for natural gas altogether. He replaced a valve on my stove that was most certainly an issue, but did not resolve the leak in the line. My meter is behind my neighborā€™s fence, on their property. They were not home at the time of my service call and as such, no test was able to be performed at the meter. While frustrating, Daniel seemed sympathetic to my issue (new home purchase, undisclosed problem) and was happy to offer tips on how to best move forward. Would definitely hire through this company again.
