    Drew came out after hours. He drove an hour and a half to clear our sewage drain. Professional, polite and efficient. Climbed into the manhole and discovered we had a collapsed line where our house ties into the city sewer. He could have just cleared the line and not gone the extra effort to see why it backed up to begin with, but he took the extra step to understand what was going on. We have to call for a camera inspection now but at least we know what were facing. Good service. Highly recommend.

    Great service, great attention to detail, I covered the tiny bit of blue plumber tape with black magic marker. He cleaned up his mess, was not averse to me helping &&&&& yes, I will use Ray Lusk/ Rick again if I need a plumber.     Would have given a five-star if the job was done in one day instead of it taken three full days. I also thought it was kind of expensive for what the technician plumber did. And I also had a clump of dirt that should have been taken care of that wasnt.

    Gary was our plumber from Ray Lusk Plumbing and he was thorough, professional, capable and polite. He gave us our options for replacing our toilet and didnt try to upsell us as other plumbing companies tried to do. The first visit to diagnose the problem was no charge. Again, this is unlike what other companies do. Some require $79 or more just to look at the problem. We feel that we received excellent service and a very fair price. Would definitely use them again and refer to others.

    Could not get a different plumber to come for 2 days & I am so grateful to Ray Lusk Plumbing for helping me.     I am very happy with Ray Lusk Plumbing. When the plumber came out he worked on the drain for a long time. It seemed to be clear, so I paid and he left. When I started my washer up, the problem with the drain again showed up. I called the plumber about it and he came back and worked on it again. It finally got unclogged and it works fine now. I am grateful. He also did not charge me for the return trip. The cost was very reasonable. I recommend this company if you need work done. I appreciate knowing up front what the cost will be, and that the job will be done right.

    We had a wonderful experience with Ray Lusk Plumbing! Originally I had called them out just to get an estimate on replacing a water heater that was still functioning, but looing like it would need to be replaced soon. It just so happens that the water heater completely went out the night before they were coming out for the estimate. They were very fast to work up a replacement estimate and were able to get the replacement scheduled quickly so we werent without hot water for too long. The install crew was very polite and respectful while they were working and the price they gave us was great! (and quite a bit cheaper than another large unnamed company in the area) I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with similar needs.

    I left a message about needing a plumber for a couple of small items. They called me the next morning. Set up for a plumber to come that afternoon. Grant was on time and was very personable. He checked the one sink that had a small leak and noticed small screw was loose. He also fixed the drain plug in our other sink instead of telling us it needed to be replaced. I have found our new go-to plumbing service.

    My appointment was from 4-6 and they called saying they could get to me just after 12. The plumber was very nice and considerate. He made sure I know the prices before he did anything. He unclogged our main sewer line and made sure everything was working. When something wasnt working he got back out the equipment and worked until it was done. He took the time to investigate the issue and to understand how it would need to be repaired.

    Awesome company that doesnt charge if your issue fixes itself even if they have to come out. Had a clog and overflow in my yard. Ray Lusk Plumbing got out a few days later and the overflow was gone. They stated a clog caused this and it was gone now so they didnt charge me a thing.     We had been dealing with a blockage of our sewer line every 2 weeks for the last 2 months. We had been using a different Plumber with no success. They blamed the blockages on feminine products each time. EVEN THOUGH I explained to him that we didnt use those products in our building. So thankful that this last time I got put off by the usual company. I called 17 plumbing companies and Ray Lusk was the only one who made our problem a priority. They were here about an hour before the earliest time I was quoted. It was nice to deal with a professional who was also kind and took the time to listen to our problem!     It’s hard to find a trustworthy service. With my experiences with people trying to rip you off and being dishonest and quote you a heart-attack amount, it’s good to find somebody you feel like is providing a professional and honest business. We had plumbing issues and Donovan eased our worries when he told us the source of the problem and it’s not theirs to fix but to contact those people. He also fixed a minor problem in the house. He could have come in and told us it’s a very big problem and it’s going to cost so much, etc. Instead his honesty saved us a lot.We would not trust our plumbing issues to anybody else other than Ray Lusk Plumbing. And ask for Donovan and Jordan for professional, courteous and honest service.

    Early this morning I woke up to find the drain clogged in my master bathroom. I called Ray Lusk and the woman was very nice. She said the earliest appointment she could give me was for tomorrow afternoon/evening, but that they would try to squeeze me in today if they could--which they did! I was very happy and impressed they made it to my house only a few hours after I called. They were very professional and took care of the clog (tree roots!) quickly, and then gave me options for how to deal with the problem in the future. I highly recommend them.

    1st of all No one likes plumbing problems we called Ray Lusk plumbing Donavan; came out to look at the problem he told us right away it was in the foundation. They were booked up couldnt make repairs the day of initial visit Donovan; came back with Nate; leak was found in the foundation as he stated earlier which had to be jackhammered. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up the mess. Any questions we had they were able to answer which was very helpful, praying no more plumbing problems but if needed we wouldnt hesitate to call this company again and we will ask for Donovan; and Nate; they are knowledgeable & very friendly gentlemen.Considering the extent of the problem the price was fair also.Sincere Thanks for all you do.

    My main sewer became clogged. I called Ray Lusk plumbing at 9pm, received a call back first thing the next morning, as it was not a dire emergency. The receptionist said they could be out anytime between 4 and 6pm. They called at noon and said they could be over in 30minutes. Donovan the plumber unclogged the sewer line, and then dropped a camera in the sewer and explained to me what was causing the issue. He recommended a much more cost efficient solution instead of digging up the front yard! Donovan is professional, very nice and funny! I appreciate his suggestions and I will be a loyal customer from now on!

    Had a bad toilet clog last Friday (girlfriend did not know how bad it is to flush wipes) and the water was coming back up out of the tub. Feared a massive headache/cost, but soon after I called Lusk Plumbing my problem was solved. They gave me an accurate quote on the phone, and within an hour someone was at my door. Donovan was great, explained the issue and solution and fixed it fast- had to stand out in the cold and rain to clean out the main line, but did so without complaint. Very professional and friendly, and what I thought was a reasonable price. Hopefully no future plumbing issues, but if I do will call Ray Lusk and ask for Donovan.

    Call x plumbing and they spent all day working on my clogged pipes. Running a snake, on the roof and finished the day finding the clog with a camera in my French drain.Ray Lusk plumber shows up at dark and assesses situation and identifying the marked spot as bogus and in French drain. The plumber spent a hour and a half running snake from road into pipes under bathroom. We could hear the banging in the floor. The other company’s snake never made it under the house. The plumber decides to call for back up and a different tool. They brought a high pressure Jetter out and it clears the clog.I was thankful and was charged a fair price.I will use Ray Lusk Plumbing the next time I have an issue. ✨🤩

    Gary Rogers came out to one of my rental properties that had a clogged sewer. He was very professional and responsive. After over an hour of working to open the end of the sewer clog which was about 100+ feet away, he was unsuccessful - not because of his efforts, but the equipment just couldnt break through. He recommended jetting it and gave me a contact. The next day the jetting company came out and with very high pressure water was able to break up the clog and get the sewer flowing again (but very expensive). As a landlord in Rogers, AR, Ive used Ray Lusk before and will do so again in the future.
