    Main Line was beyond the best choice! They were prompt in responding, Jordan got out quickly to give quotes and Joe was friendly/courteous when communicating and getting his team activated. The team that came out (Jawaan, Alec, and David) were awesome! They were on time, professional, friendly, work was quality, and they were all patient with my questions/concerns. I cannot recommend a better, or more fairly priced, team of plumbers!

    Jordan, Joe and their team did a fantastic job on my drain repair. Jordan gained my confidence from the start, initally from a reference and then displaying his knowledge during quote.     Our HW heater had a small leak on the top, not a crisis. I sent Main Line an email as soon as I identified it. I received a reply within 2 hrs and an appointment for an estimate. Joe, the company president, did the the initial review and sent a proposal within 30 minutes of leaving. The price was right and timing accommodating. The crew was timely, professional and friendly. Joe showed up to do the final inspection. All was good. Great service, responsiveness and overall good people.

    I had some sink repair work done to remove an old garbage disposal. Mainline did a great job. They were available the next day after I called them. They came on time and got the work done very quickly and in a high quality fashion. They did a great job.

    We replaced our water heater with them. I found them online but not sure. I sent a request for quote. As we compared with other one , their quote was fair one and almost 700$ less. The work was done in next day. Amazing customer service too. Even I got a message from the owner early morning hours.we are glad the work was nice, friendly and awesome job. The other company charged service fee 100$ + for just visiting and giving estimate. But Joe didn’t ask anything during the visiting for estimate. He trusted us and we did that too. We highly recommend them to anyone.

    All I have to say is wow! Never had such an amazing experience with a plumbing company. I called at 830am for an issue at one my rental properties and main line was there on the job fixing the issue within a hour! They also changed out some old cast iron pipe to pvc for me in the basement. The communication and response time still has me blown away. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.     At 7:00 in the morning I woke up to find that there was a huge problem with the extractor pump in my basement. I found Main Line Plumbing on Google and saw that they had 24/7 service. I made the phone call and the owner said that he would have someone to my house between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. The crew came over on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem, got the ejector pump working and it didnt cost me the arm and the leg I thought it was going to! What a great company, great employees! I would recommend them to anyone and will keep them as my go-to company for all my plumbing needs!

    Main Line is very reasonable, high quality, and very responsive. They have helped us out with repairing toilets, installing dishwashers and sinks, fixing currently plumbing on our large 6-faucet sink basins, and pump installations.     We saw a large water spot in our ceiling and Main Line Plumbing came out the very next day. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and also educated us on the layout of plumbing in the bathroom above that area of the ceiling. Their assessment was accurate (water must have pooled on the floor from a shower the night before) and it saved us having to tear through walls and ceilings to diagnose the issue. Bravo!

    I reached out to Main Line Plumbing at 6:30 this morning to see if they could help replace my leaking water heater under warranty. They were responsive via text and got all of the warranty issues taken care of. They were at my house within two hours and did a great job of replacing the water heater. This was all on 12/23/22…two days before Christmas and as a huge winter storm was moving into the area. Can’t recommend them enough.

    Jawaan and Alec were great. They explained what they needed to do and were very efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. Repair only took 45 minutes. My only concern for 45 minutes and watching them thought the price was excessive. North of $300 for 45 minutes and I didn’t receive an invoice or receipt.

    Found a broken pipe or pipes in one of my retail stores from this past freezing weekend. Could not find a plumber that would do the job or wanted to get dirty doing some actual work.     There are some honest, good, professional businesses that will help you in your time of need. Main Line Plumbing is one of those places. My basement flooded and my hot water tank needed replacing. They picked up the hot water tank (I’m a small, single mom and could pick it up physically) without an extra charge and were at my house in 20 minutes. They installed it in less than an hour. THEN they unclogged the basement drain that led to the sewer for a reduced amount. They said they’d try to snake it & if it didn’t work they wouldn’t charge me. Roto-Rooter was going to charge me at least $500 when I called. If I ever need help again I will call them.
