    Amazing company. Bought a fixer upper last year, they fixed my bathroom, plumbing, and I had to get a new boiler and hot water tank. All priced heavily below our budget for these jobs. Then, our basement started getting very wet. They installed an interior perimeter drain 4-5x less than other companies I called for the same job. And the basement has been dry since. Awesome! I have recommended this company to everyone I know. Thank you so much for all the work you did for us!

    Fischer are THE plumbers our family has come to trust. Theyre the local truth-telling, straight talk, wont over sell or overcharge you professionals. A real person answers the phone and they are wonderful. They call you back quickly. They arrive when they say they will. We live in Irondequoit & the town was working on sewer lines & drainage in our neighborhood years ago & they brought Fischer Plumbing in to our home to assess our basement & the tie-in work that needed to be done. They did excellent work. Ever since then, weve trusted Fischer with any large or small job or question weve had when it comes to water in our home. Theyve pulled us out of hot water several times over the years. (Pun intended!) Weve recommended them to our friends & theyve proven to be as reliable & as good a value as we said.     I called Fischer Plumbing on a Monday, because my air-conditioner was not working well. By that Saturday the team had replaced our 25 year old a/c and furnace at a very reasonable price. They offered to do the work on a Saturday morning before another job, since they were booked for the next two weeks! Im so thankful they were recommended to me and would gladly recommend them to others. The team worked quick and professionally. The house has been cool through the recent heat waves!

    Fischer Plumbing Home page says they are honest and upfrontand they TRULY ARE! They have earned my trust and my futurebusiness. In Dec. 2023 my basement flooded , water heaterpilot light did not light and water was cold. I called a plumbingcompany listed on the Internet. They sent someone; he could notlight the pilot light; he did not suggest any repair that would fix it;I asked for an estimate to replace the heater and install it. He said $2350. I said that was too high. I then called Fischer Plumbing. Jeremy came to my house, checked over the waterheater; told me he had a $10 part in his truck that would fixit; he installed the $10 part and I have had hot water ever since.Thank you Jeremy and Fischer Plumbing!Ellen B.

    These guys are hands down the Most Authentic Family company I done never sawDudes came in the house on some Mario and Luigi stuff.It was Unbelievable they fixed a million dollar problem with no issue that could have destroyed the house if not handled…all the other Plumbing companies where charging billions of dollars and these dude speaking in regards 2the Father of the company the Son of the company and one of there workers ( I wish I knew there names)They heard what the other guys where charging and could have easily charged upwards of $1000s of dollars and these crazy mfkers fixed the whole got damn plumbing shyt that was drowning the basement for under 1kim not going to say what I paid but bruh I almost fainted they are 100% da real deal if u dont choose these professionals First u either stooped or dumb….I can care less what anyone does after reading this comment but I kno for facts these dudes are excellent at their craft and probably super underrated.I don’t endorse anything but GOD and my Family but I definitely give they company 100 out of 100 Thumbs way da fudge up they dope afTake my word if you having a problem in Rochester with plumbing Don’t read no more comments just call deez mfkers guarantee you won’t regret it …and you can tell they sum dope plumbers cuz I done wrote a whole book for free for them just to let anyone or company who needs plumbings Choose these mfkers First or u stoopid.Thank u guys for your service sorry bout the long rant about how good u guys are but it don’t make no damn sense how good of a plumbing company this is!!!!!!!!!Lights blunt I’m out thank yaw!

    Thank you to Favian and Jesus! They responded to our plumbing leak within an hour and half. They were able to determine the source of the leak and promptly make the necessary repair with minimum disruption to our home. Very pleased with their work that was well beyond what a handy person could perform. Within three hours of initial contact, our issue was resolved. Would definitely use Fischer Plumbing again.

    I called Fischer Plumbing a couple months ago to replace my leaking water tank. I was very impressed with that visit so naturally I called them again. I needed a section of pipe replaced after the water authorities replaced my meter.Jeremy and Fabian were on time, professional and knowledgeable. They completed the repair and showed me exactly what they did. Jeremy also took some time to answer my questions-some if which were related to work a different plumber completed.     Im new to the Rochester area and therefore didnt have a reliable plumber yet. From past experiences, a reliable plumber is hard to find, they are either hard to get a hold of, super busy and cant get you in until a later date, or try to up-charge you for services you dont need just to make money on you. Fischer Plumbing is the reliable plumber that I was hoping to find. Just the other day, our drain in our basement started backing up and water was coming into our basement. In a panic I called Fischer Plumbing late Tuesday evening and Jerromey and his team were there first thing Wednesday morning. They came in, diagnosed the problem, explained the issue (roots in the line from the house to the main line), and fixed it right away. They did not try to up-charge me for any additional services and I feel the price they charged for an emergency visit was very fair and reasonable. My overall experience working with Fischer Plumbing was very positive and if I need plumbing or HVAC services again, they are going to be the first call. I would definitely recommend Fischer Plumbing if you want a nice, honest plumber that isnt going to rip you off!

    Had an older furnace that had been giving us issues Jerromey came to check it out and after seeing what it was doing gave us suggestions on repairing it or replacing it. We chose to replace it because of its age and not wanting more issues down the road. So glad we did. It was installed the very next day in only a few hours of time.     They were quick to help when our tankless water heater/boiler died. They overnighted a new one and worked the entire next day installing it. They werent leaving until we had heat and hot water. Great quality and pricing. Very knowledgeable. Already called them to run some more water pipes and told friend about them. He will be calling to have his boiler cleaned and checked.     I can not recommend Jerromey and his crew enough! Theyre absolutely amazing! Weve had to call them to our home numerous times due to the old plumbing in our 1940s house, and with each issue weve encountered, this company has solved our problem every time.     My new favorite plumbing company! Bob was great: fast, cheerful, neat, skillful, and meticulous. I was worried, because a hole needed to be cut in my hall wall, since there was no other way to get to the guts of my outside faucet. But the hole was small and unobtrusive, covered with nice new white plate. Good as new. This was not an emergency job, but they managed to come the same day and get it all fixed. Life is good when you have a good plumber to recommend!

    It was Memorial Day and they were working down the street from me. I inquired service on an AC unit. They were back out here the next day to finish a job. They serviced my unit right after that. Did great work quickly and offered insight on options for what might suit me next in the future. The quick and friendly service was the highlight. It was the hottest time of the year so far. With a little one and 2 dogs fast quality action was in need. Highly recommend.

    Jerromey came on Thursday to give me an estimate for my job. I had a sump pump system installed into an existing sump crock, two outside hose bibs, two shut offs and a new utility tub faucet installed. The estimate was fair and reasonable and Jerromey and another plumber did the work on Saturday. Most importantly, the work was done well and it has solved my plumbing problems. The work sites were kept clean and the plumbers arrived on time and completed the work in the estimated time. Fischer Plumbing is now my go to plumbing outfit and I highly recommend them.

    Had Andy out to diagnose our AC unit draining into the corner of our basement and causing flooding during humid and hot months. Instead of costly draining repairs he installed a new pump, to feed the AC drain (~20 gallons/day) into our basement sink. Fantastic! In addition we had him add/replace some shutoffs, and replace our main angle valve (leaking for a while...) and pressure regulator that had been giving us trouble. To make a long story short, everything is amazing. And there is no water anywhere in our basement-except in the washing machine :) Andy is fantastic as are the owners. Dont bother getting quotes just call Fischer.

    I was helping a good friend with sewer issues throughout the ladies bathroom along with other slow draining issues throughout the building at Brewskis Bar & Restaurant. When the job got out of our reach of work for us, we called Fisher Plumbing and they were there immediately. They spent countless hours throughout the days and evening hours breaking through tile/concrete flooring and remove all plumbing in bathroom/ kitchen & Bar area. All the cast iron pipping needed to be replaced with new PVC pipe. Hardest working bunch of men I met in a long time. I was very impressed and happy to have met these guys.
