    Jeff did a thorough check of our old hot water tank to give us the option to repair or get a new one. He worked swiftly and even took the time to examine the new tank before installation - noticed a dent - and went back to get us a new tank.     Paul was very helpful and explained everything. Replacement hot water heater installed and we are very grateful on how fast with same day service.Washtub wasnt draining properly, so Paul had Jeff come out and replaced the old concrete washtub with a new plastic one, with all new hook ups. Jeff did a fantastic job. I give Paul and Jeff 10 STARS.

    We needed a plumber and saw their sign in the neighborhoodI called the number and an actual person answered the phone, she was able to accommodate us the next day, asked for my name and address and cell numberI received a confirmation text later last night and one this morning. When the technician was arriving, he text me and gave me an ETAHe presented me with three different options, and I chose the one with the highest quality. The technician was professional, polite, and attentive.Clean drain and ready to workThe whole job took about three hoursWe are very satisfied and you will tooNow two weeks later we had issues with the plumbing to the washer machine, needed to replace the shutoff valves.Brian came over the next day.     Very positive experience. Began with Jade (office contact) being very helpful and polite explaining the company policies, etc. and scheduling a plumber that worked well with my schedule. I received a notice prior to the plumber (Nathan) arrival which included some information and a photo. For safety concerns, I really appreciated the photo. I was very impressed with Nathan. We walked the site together and Nathan pointed out/explained issues and concerns. I had questions which he answered thoroughly. He then explained/recommended options and I felt very comfortable making a decision. All work was completed in a timely and craftsmanship like manner. Should I have plumbing issues in the future, I will be contacting Jack & Jill (and requesting Nathan if possible.)

    Matt was a great plumber! He came and replaced my hose bib with a frost free one, installed 2 shut off valves and gave me a service contract to clean my tank less system. The price was all very reasonable and I couldnt be more thrilled with his work. I will definitely be working with them again!!

    I started out myself with what was supposed to be a quick and simple faucet replacement. Unfortunately, due to ancient hardware under the sink my quick job escalated into a full blown leak on both supply lines which wouldnt stop dripping after being turned off. I figured I would give these guys a try based on some of the reviews and feedback and I wasnt disappointed.The tech that came out, Mark, was able to update both of the leaking fittings to new ones and also rerun new lines to the sink from the basement. He got everything working properly within an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable and even helped answer a few other questions I had as well.Overall I would recommend him and this company in a heartbeat as he did great work at a reasonable price.

    I had a BIG no drain problem. They were out really quick and replaced a pipe. Cleaned up very nicely after himself. He was so NICE.     Our kitchen sink clogged over the weekend and despite our efforts, we couldn’t fix it. We called Jack & Jill Plumbing this morning and within two hours they sent someone to our house to assess the situation. We decided that while someone was here, we would have them look at our water pressure as home renovations throughout the past year revealed it was likely too high.Matt G was an incredible worker. As a mid thirties woman, I sometimes feel uncomfortable being alone with strange service men in the home. I didn’t feel that way at all today. Matt was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I had many questions about the process and asked him to teach me everything so I could relay the information to my husband later. He ended up clearing the sink and installing a water pressure reduction valve. He showed me how to use the valve and what signs to look out for that something may be wrong with the water pressure or water tank in the future.I feel extremely confident in his quality of work, his integrity and the reasonable prices from the company. I highly recommend Jack & Jill Plumbing!

    My 50 gallon electric hot water heater started leaking unexpectedly late at night. We have a newly renovated basement and I couldnt risk flooding. While I was preventatively draining it at 2am, I called Jack & Jill not expecting anyone to pick up, but they did and a very nice gentleman set up an appointment for 8am the next morning. From the minute Anthony and his apprentice arrived I could tell I was in good hands. They were good communicators, shared lots of helpful information, and explained things to me that other plumbers never have bothered to explain before. I also felt totally confident about what caused the problem (a worthless State hot water heater installed by AP plumbing that ruptured after just 5 years — what a waste!) and about their solution (a new GE electric hot water heater with a 10 year warranty and a thermal expansion tank). They were kind, let me observe and learn, kept my home clean during the process, and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. What a great experience! Jack & Jill will absolutely be getting calls for my future plumbing needs. Thank you Anthony and team!

    I had to have my electric hot water heater replaced. I ended up switching over to a gas water heater. Jeff came and went over different replacement options with me and explained the difference between options. Jeff was awesome through the entire process.     Service/phone folks I spoke with were very friendly and got someone out to see the issue same day.Mark was our plumber, he also delivered excellent service, gave me very clear estimates and information about the issues. He did a terrific job of fixing the problem same day.The companys year long warranty on the work done gave me peace of mind about the expense. I called them again yesterday for an issue we had with the storm drains and Mark came out again and did a terrific job.     I needed a plumber to replace my plastic basement utility sink with a stainless steel sink. I have seen J&J’s trucks before and gave them a call. I called midmorning and the plumber,Bruce, arrived before 1p.m. He assessed what was needed to be done, provided an estimate that I accepted and he got right to work. Bruce did a great job. He was friendly, neat and completed the job before 5p.m. Jack &Jill plumbing exceeded my expectations by their quick response and the quality of the work performed. I would highly recommend them when you need some plumbing work done.

    Mark P came to install our new faucet and garbage disposal. He found some issues with the electrical hookup and helped me to understand what had to be done. Very personable and a hard worker. Tested everything to make sure everything worked and left no mess in the kitchen. Good, efficient and friendly service.New problem. I called to get a sump pump replaced, it was twenty years old. They got Nathan out to us that afternoon. He explained the three levels we could replace it with and recommended the middle one. An hour later the job was finished including cleaning out debris from the bottom of the crock. A few small puddles of water was the extent of the mess. He even told us about how the check valve may appear to be leaking , but that how its supposed to work. Very knowledgeable and informative. They are our go to plumbers from now on.

    My well pump stopped working, and I called Jack and Jill based on Google reviews and they sent Nathan the same day to check what had happened. He explained everything thoroughly, and we went with what he told us our best option would be. Nathan was so kind and knowledgeable, he got the job done and we are thrilled with the work he did!     I had a good experience. I had a clogged toilet that needed to be snaked. Paul and the gentleman who was with him (cant recall his name. Sorry) was very pleasant and and professional. They explained what needed to be done. They gave me a couple of options and the cost of both. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They were very knowledgeable as well.     Deserving of 5 stars. Mark came out not once, but 3 times. Started with a clogged tub drain and evolved into a bit more of a project. Mark was willing and super professional about the entire experience. He took care of our original problem, then came back on day 3 for another issue that popped up - not related to the original issue. Ended up running PVC and replacing all the old copper. Great service, awesome team. Would recommend.

    We came back from vacation to find our main sewer line broken. Matt came out the same day and explained our options and the best possible solution to resolve this major problem. We found him very professional and informative therefore, we decided to go with this business. We were not disappointed. Matt and Cayden came the following day and did a fantastic job to solve this major and messy situation. They made sure that the problem was thoroughly analyzed, and that the new installation was finished in one day. Their preparation on site insured that we had the best solution, minimal mess and enabled a quick and easy clean up. The price was extremely fair compared to the other quotes we received.     We needed emergency work done on a bathroom leak. I called Jack and Jill Plumbing in the late morning and they sent a plumber by mid afternoon. He was very polite and communicated clearly what needed fixing. He gave us several options of what we could do and completed the one we chose. The cost seemed a bit high but it was same day service so assume that was the reason.

    I was experiencing a true plumbing emergency and crisisA pipe had come loose in the basement and water was pouring down at a tremendous rate. The situation had the making of major damage being done valuable personal belongings.The techniton came to our rescue relatively quickly and quickly diagnosed the problem . I was extremely impressed and felt happy to know I don’t ever need to look further for plumbing issues! Also signed up for the yearly membership to be safe for future needs! Highly recommend!I was not allowed to review a separate time for a different plumber from this company a couple months later. So I’ll do it here for Mark. 5 stars again!     I am so impressed with Jack & Jill Plumbing and their staff. I had 2 leaks, 1 very significant in my washer lines, that had been fixed by another contractor who after fixing the leak hung drywall over the leaking pipe. Thankfully, we discovered the leak and had one of the techs out. Then 2 days later found a leak under the sink from the sink basket the contractor also installed improperly and of which warped the bottom of one of my brand new cabinets I had put in. Jack and Jill Plumbing came to the rescue again and this time Matt came out and fixed us right up. Matt was very knowledgeable and walked me through what the issue was and where the install went wrong when the contractor installed it.I have 100% confidence regarding the integrity of the work completed by both Matt and Nathan (the 1st tech) that came to my home. In addition, to the amazing work completed, my home was respected and booties were worn before they stepped 1 foot past the entrance of my home.I have a service contract with Jack & Jill Plumbing and will never trust anyone else to work in my home on any future issues they can address.     We have been working with Jack and Jill plumbing for a couple years now, since we purchased our home. They have always been timely, professional and reasonably priced. Most recently they helped us tackle a big project of replacing our old clay drainage pipes to fix an invading tree roots issue.     At 1:30pm I called Jack & Jill Plumbing for an emergency repair of an outdoor spigot that left my entire house without water and by 3:00pm Matt was at my house assessing the job.     I. Would greatly recommend jack and Jill plumbing. When I called I had an old tub falling apart which clogged my drainage pipes. They came out the next day to check out the problems. That day they started work and in 2 days I had a new walk in shower, which I love. Jeff and Paul were wonderful, very helpful and polite, they made great suggestions they cleaned up really well.     I called J&J late this morning to get some help with installing a thermocouple on my water heater. The first two places I called were not interested in servicing our problem. J&J sent Matt over within hours. Matt was very helpful, explained the options to me and then at my request, went ahead with addressing the problem. It was an 80yo toilet, non-standard rough-in, and there was leaking from the floor to the ceiling below due to sewage pipe degraded over the decades. So repair required build up around pipe, and installation of new toilet in a very tight space.Covid-19 safety: excellent, always masked (surgical masks) considerate of distancing and guidelines.Timeliness/communication: excellent, staff answered the-home, talk to a human being (Hi Crystal!), came when they said, communicated well by text, call, email.Work quality: I’m not a plumber, but I’ve hired good and not so good, Joe/Mitchell excellent work, very knowledgeable about potential complications before they started the job, some of which occurred, but we were prepared.Cost: look, this isn’t your buddy going to a big box and getting a cheap toilet. This is a professional company: they have decades of experience (company founded in 2014, but has experienced plumbers employed), they have an office staff, they pay benefits, and trucks stocked with what they need. For me the cost was fair, and unlike with other companies, O did not feel like I was gouged.Overall: very pleased, I have other jobs that have been waiting, and these are the people I will call. I’ll ask for Joe because he earned my trust.We rehired them for a water heater replacement as our old one, while still working, is 22 years old, and we pushed our luck enough.
