Mike and the guys just finished doing some repairs to my boiler system and copper piping to get things ready for winter weather, which will be here before we know it.All work was explained beforehand, all repairs were professionally done, all air was purged from the piping, and they did a walk around with me after everything was done.Very pleased with their promptness and professionalism on the job. DAngelos installed a high efficiency Amana furnace and Navien tankless water heater. Four gentlemen arrived promptly as scheduled. They worked all day until installation was completed. They were all very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. A 10 year parts and labor warranty was included along with a fair price. The attention to detail and the workmanship was outstanding. Our basement flooded over the Christmas holidays due to a broken sump pump. The flooding also damaged our furnace and water heater. D’Angelo’s installed new equipment to replace the damaged ones and their technicians were all professional, efficient, and courteous. They responded in a timely manner to our emergency which helped us return to a warm home in just a few days. We are impressed with their customer service and recommend them highly!!!

Tim, the plumber did a great job today. My sump pump needed to be replaced. Due to many issues regarding the sump pump pit and its original piping, it was not an easy task. The gentleman their gave me an estimate for the work..more importantly, he talked to myself about NOT replacing the unit. As a result I saved 700 dollars. Our water heater went out during the night and I called D’ Angelo’s at 9:00 this morning explained the situation and by 9:40 the D’anglo truck was in front of my house with a new tank. Jim, a technician from D’Angelo’s Plumbing replaced an outdoor faucet at my house today. He installed a new frost proof designed faucet and a new interior shutoff valve. Jim is very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and explaining what he was going to do. The new outdoor faucet shutoff valve has a quarter turn handle, which is much easier to manage, due to the tight spot where the faucet is located by my deck. Jim was thoughtful in the way he managed the situation for installing the indoor shutoff valve, too, because the supply line split off to the washing machine and the kitchen sink. He did great, professional work, that looks and functions perfectly, and I’m very pleased with the outcome! Many thanks to Jim, and I highly recommend D’Angelo’s for your plumbing and heating needs.Unfortunately, a couple weeks later, the outdoor faucet was leaking at the fitting behind the handle. Technician Brandin came and initially thought about replacing a part, but then decided to replace the apparent defective faucet. All good now, and obviously no cost for the visit and replacement. Thanks again.

(10/4/24)We were fortunate to have Bill Swan perform our annual HVAC service once again (see previous annual feedback). Bill is not only very professional and thorough in his work, but also answered our questions about our system’s operation and programming features (both furnace and AC), plus such extras as checking the furnace exhaust outlet for excessive lint build-up, etc. He also explained how DAngelo technicians are available to fix some routine plumbing problems we are having but weren’t sure who to contact. In sum, we plan to ask Sue (another customer friendly DAngelo employee) to schedule Bill for our next annual HVAC service.(8/17/23)Bill Swan serviced our furnace and AC very thoroughly, and was able to program our thermostat to display the outdoor temperature (from an outdoor sensor previously installed but no one had been able to program it!). He answered our questions courteously and was willing to go the extra mile in resolving any issues. Ill request Bill for our next visit.(August 2022)As always, DAngelos technicians do an excellent job, as well as being very customer friendly! No hot water. Not what you want to hear on a cold morning. Or ever. Called D’Angelo’s. Prompt response. Jim came by 8:30, confirmed my expectations- time for a new hot water tank. Quickly arranged for delivery and installation for later that day and drained the old one to expedite the install. Brandin and David arrived by 1:00, did the install and removed the old tank. Gone by 2:30. But, didn’t sound right, like the gas flow was struggling. Called and spoke with Eric. He came right away. Soon determined same issue with furnace and gas fireplace. Problem with delivery of gas to the house. Eric offered to speak with RG&E if needed. I then called RG&E. To my amazement, they sent someone right out. They found an issue with the meter and replaced it and tweaked a few other things, tested after with all gas appliances running- all good and gone by 5:00. So glad Eric was so responsive and helpful. Who knows how long it would have been a problem otherwise. The D’Angelo’s guys were great. Sent a text each time that they were on the way, totally careful with floors,etc., cleaned up, ensured all questions were answered. A great experience solving an obvious and also a not so obvious problem. I will definitely use their services again!

I had 3 pluming issues that I could not fix myself. The 2 plumbers that were sent resolved 2 of the issues, but the 3rd was not fixable. A toilet would not flush and they determined the issue was not a clog or venting problem. But a build up of mineral deposit in the bowl and jet hole. They tried and were unable to clean out the jet hole, but did give me the information to try myself. They suggested a chemical like CLR overnight to break down the deposits. It worked and the toilet flushes normal again. Beat the alternative of replacing the toilet.Thank You .
