Sterling Craft Plumbing made my dream bathroom come true, no exaggeration! I had the absolute most positive experience with them. Shanes estimate was literally thousands of dollars less than the other I received, and he stuck to it even though the job ended up taking a bit more time than he had anticipated. The company that gave me the other estimate actually recommended Shane over themselves! He knew he wouldnt be able to beat Sterling Crafts price for the work that needed to be done, and he had worked with Shane and vouched highly for his attention to detail. Shane and Nick were able to do the majority of the work in 2 days, leaving some small portions undone to make it easier for me to do the rest of remodeling work, then came back later once enough was completed so that they could finish. At every step of the process, they did quality, professional work, were respectful and cleaned up after themselves, and went above and beyond in helping me. Not only did they do a great job, Shane was nice enough to share his knowledge with me and answered my masses of questions about every aspect of remodeling, not just plumbing. As a first-timer, this was invaluable and helped me be successful. If I ever need any plumbing work done in the future, they will be the only ones I call! They do more than plumbing as well, so I may just have them remodel my whole kitchen for me as well! I highly recommend them to anyone considering having some remodeling or plumbing that needs done.

We had some issues with our sump pump and a foot of water in our crawl space. Josh came out for Sterling, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got us dried out. He was great about explaining his process, showed me how to fix the issue in the future, and gave good advice on troubleshooting some other nagging issues we’ve been having with the sump pump. Got some reasonable quotes from them for some other work, but didn’t feel pressured to do anything right away. 10/10, good with dogs, would recommend.

They’re friendly, communicative, and willing to problem solve with me even if it means I’m doing something myself instead of them. As a woman, I’ve had a lot of contractors speak to me as if I had no idea what they were talking about even though I am a fairly advanced DIY person. The agent who came out was professional and respectful. He helped me fix three issues with my home without pressuring me to do any of the repairs. He went out of his way to go to a store that was 30 minutes away to find a part that was difficult to find to repair a leak without needing to cut out from behind a tub (and in the process cause a lot of damage to the room on the other side.) He did all this without charging me any extra than he quoted me originally. Im very happy with the services provided and the price was competitive as well. UPDATE: I have continued to use Sterling Craft for all my plumbing needs and they have proven to be both reliable, honest, and affordable. They are my one stop shop and I highly recommend them without hesitation. Every crew member they hire has the same positive and kind attitude and honest good natured spirit.

I cannot say more about how pleased I am with my Sterling Craft experience! Our plumbing issue was dealt with using minimal cost solutions first and ultimately we have saved. SC came recommended to us by a local business owner and the first time we used them years ago, their employee assessed our issue and was honest about the lack of a need for his work in this instance. We had him change out a connector to upgrade it, but appreciated his honesty then and how much that saved us. Today, our servicer was fast, efficient, and dealt well with our child being very interested in his work. He checked on issues outside of the service call issue itself and really helped us to understand the work he did. I love these guys!

Right from the start, Sterling Craft Plumbing (SCP) was great to work with! Amanda (the owner), is extremely prompt at returning calls and is very professional and helpful and we set up a date and time for someone to come out and look at our bathroom project. Caleb arrived on the date and time promised and within a few days, we received a detailed and itemized quote from Amanda. After reviewing the quote, we decided to go with SCP for our bathroom remodel. Caleb and Ian arrived on time and got right to work moving from demolition to modifying the existing piping for the installation of the new valve and shower head and relocating the drain. Then the base and walls were installed and drywall was put up to complete the enclosure. I was able to get the drywall sealed and painted and they came back out and installed the new toilet and ceiling fan. Once our new vanity top and shower doors come in, they will be out to install them. Caleb and Ian are both very professional and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Sterling Craft Plumbing for any of your bathroom remodeling projects!

In an environment where it is impossible to get workers to return calls or show up for appointments, Shane has always been prompt with his communication and service. Shane helped us fix a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom when 3 other plumbers couldnt find the cause of the leak. Shane also replaced our water heater, snaked our basement drains, and installed a sprayer on a 1930s toilet (very difficult!). I feel confident calling Shane any time I have plumbing projects and I would highly recommend him to anyone (I already recommended him to my parents and friends).

I was at Home Depot looking for something to block a water pipe under the house. The H.D guy really didnt know what to recommend. Along came Shane so I asked if he was a plumber. Then I hit him up for advice on what to use.He could have said he didnt know, but he didnt. He let me call my husband to get a better description of pipe . Then he went and picked out some options for me. He reviewed a few ways to handle the pipe and was just do friendly and helpful. Also, he said to call him if we needed more help. I booked marked the website right then. This will be the company I call when I need more plumbing help. We have used Sterling Craft since 2015. Cant beat the customer service or their rates. Thus far they have installed a sump pump, tankless water heater, and replaced a garbage disposal. They far more responsive and do exponentially better work than some of the larger outfits in the area (cough, cough, Corley).

After discovering our water heater leaking on a Thursday night, I called Sterling Craft on Friday morning. What a pleasant experience ! The techs were already committed to jobs on Friday but by sending pictures of our old water heater label and shots of how the piping was run the job could be planned and a new water heater ordered on Friday. Early Saturday morning our new water heater was installed by the most cheerful, technically competent gentleman you could want visiting your home. The price quoted was very competitive and no additional fees were imposed for Saturday work or the need to run to the supply house for a vent pipe adaptor. We could not be more pleased with our new Bradford White water heater or the support from Sterling Craft Plumbing & Bath.
