    I would highly recommend one call plumbing. They did a total replacement of intake pipes in my elderly moms home. They have constantly checked with me as we have gone through several stages. The work was great! Jesse - technician - was very professional - great attitude - and very knowledgeable - very good experience working with them and excellent work!! Would highly recommend them.

    Wyatt did an excellent job of listening to the project requirements, creating a clear and easy to understand pricing quote with only one variable so I would not be surprised if the final invoice was more . He explained scheduling, confirmed the day prior to my work and showed up on time. He did many extra things as well ( clear communication, removed shoes , let me know why he was leaving job site and for how long , picked up any trash and went over what was under warranty ). Definitely consider this company for your plumbing needs they did an incredible job.

    I am extremely grateful for 1 call and the services they offer. Kevin most specifically is a stand up guy. I appreciate Kevin always being so honest and prompt. I have had to take off work almost an entire month in the last 3 months while trying to get my home fixed and Kevin is literally the only one I didn’t waste time with. He’s quick to get to the point and doesn’t beat around the bush which I highly appreciate. As someone who works in the construction field, Kevin is absolutely the most professional in his field that I have ever met. If only everyone were as honest and professional as this gentleman, the entire world would be a better place.Thanks for saving my butt on this house kev!They are completely redoing everything to my expectations but only because of your guidance.     Having a plumbing issue where both toilets dont flush and water is leaking out of the bottom of them and your home is only two years old you can feel pretty dog gone frustrated. But Wallace with One Call arrived and immediately went into action and he took the time to be very thorough and explain the repair. He even gave me the opportunity to see my plumbing system through the eye of a camera, very cool !! Needless to say I was very pleased with the end result. Hopefully I wont have plumbing needs for a very long time but if ever you do - Id definitely call One Call.Thank you Wallace for being great at your JOB !!!

    These guys are amazing. I called for a clogged toilet and they were here within a couple hours. JP came and we flushed the toilet and it flushed right away. We got lucky but JP was so nice and didn’t make us feel dumb for calling. I will definitely be using them in the future if needed and I highly recommend others to use them.

    I cant say enough good things about Nick Jennings. I noticed my laundry room wall was wet and called One Call. Nick was there in 45 minutes. Figured out the problem right away. Pipe inside the wall connected to water heater was leaking. He told me exactly what the problem was, what needed to be done to fix it, and provided a quote right away. He then immediately got to work fixing the problem and stayed late to finish the job. He cleaned up the area once he finished (part of the wall had to be removed to get to the pipe) and he took away all the mess. I cant believe how quickly he got here and that he stayed late to get the job done. He came back when the mitigation people were here and moved the water heater so that I could have both hot and cold water. Wasnt looking forward to several weeks of cold water only. He wanted to make sure I also had hot water---and he did this without charging a fee!!! What a great guy. He was very professional, knowledgeable, also very personable. Nick goes above and beyond.

    I cant say enough great things about one call plumbing. From the ladies in the office to my plumber Nick. We had a real problem under the house and called. The dispatch was super nice and had us set up for the next available technician. We got a 30 minute call ahead and Nick showed up and immediately knew what to do. He needed material and called his shop and had it brought out to him by a nice young man named Ethan. Within a few hours we were as good as new. Nick also had a pump company come out to get the mess from under the house!! Great experience and will never use another plumbing company

    I swear to Gahd yall need to give Nick a raise! That man is phenomenal! He listened to my story about what happened to my pipes that the contractors putting in the fiber messed up. It ended up causing me pressure issues specifically in my bathroom. He was able to calm my fears of busted pipes and gave me a path to fixing my pipes. I will 100% be using you guys to replace my pipes towards the beginning of next year. 10/10

    UPDATE:I once again called One Call Plumbing with a plumbing issue different from my previous call. I asked for Spencer to come because I was so very impressed the first time I needed One Call. They scheduled him to come within an hour, he fixed my two problems, and once again exceeded my expectations.Another 5 star rating from me.Spencer was fabulous! He was professional, on time, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the response I got from my call to One Call. They sent someone quickly, charged a very reasonable fee, and communicated well with me. The whole experience was great!

    New to this area, I called One Call Plumbing based on the reviews. Michelle took my call and was very friendly and professional. She explained how they cost out jobs and set an appointment for the next day. She said I would be called around 30 minutes prior to arrival.Nearly to the minute (next day) Michelle called and told me when to expect the plumbing technician. Michelle, you get 5 stars!Our technician was Doug and nobody could have been more cheerful the whole time he was here. He ran into issues (older house) and explained how he could fix things and gave me an updated estimate on total cost. He wore his shoe booties inside the house and cleaned up nicely when he was done, hauling away all our junked fixtures. Honestly Doug - you were terrific and we thank you. Doug gets 5 stars as well!What can I say? On time, friendly and personable and from what I could tell - professional work done IF I need plumbing work done in the future - Ill only be calling One Call. P.S. I DID call another highly rated plumbing company initially - they never called me back.

    From my initial service call their customer service was awesome. I was able to schedule an appointment that worked best for me & my mom, the techs arrived as scheduled. Kevin (#007) & Ethan (#26) are truly an asset to the company!! They were very friendly, polite & very professional!!     When we bought our house last year, we had made the mistake of not having a septic inspection done first. We ended up walking into a mess—quite literally—in our back yard. I called One Call and they sent out Chris the very same day. Six months later, we still werent having any issues after his initial work, but we wanted to follow up on some preventative maintenance he suggested to us before. Setting up the appointment was so simple. Chris (And Robert this time, both of whom are lovely people) showed up when they were scheduled to, got started on the job straight away, and kept me informed of everything at each step in the process.One thing I have to point out, as a woman: not once have I ever felt like I was being talked at. I think every woman out there knows what I mean. Everyone at One Call, especially Chris and Robert, have treated me with nothing but respect. They are friendly and prompt. They definitely know what they are talking about and they are amazingly communicative. I do not foresee ever calling upon anyone else. These guys have convinced me that while plumbing problems are sometimes a little pricey--One Call, however, is *very* reasonable in their prices and you will know everything upfront--and while septic problems are almost always inconvenient, they dont have to be insurmountable and there are people out there who can greatly reduce the frustration associated with them. One thing I truly appreciate is how Chris talked to us about the importance of system maintenance so we didnt end up in an emergency situation, and that is why when we had him back it wasnt in an emergency situation, and now were even less likely to end up in one of those.I am not someone who trusts easily, but I trust One Call, and I trust Chris and now Robert as well. Not only do I trust them with my home, but Id trust them with my moms and grandmothers homes too if they lived in the area. I feel confident in recommending them to everyone.Thank you One Call, Chris, and Robert, for the professionalism and attention to detail and the care youve shown our home. It is absolutely appreciated!Dont bother calling anyone else. I know I wont.

    Todd came within the hour of our call, he inspected and repaired the leak within a few minutes. He was very thorough and professional. Everything he needed tofix the problem was readily available on the truck which was great, no waiting for someone to go to Lowes for parts. Price was reasonable and fair.     After reading the reviews I called One Call Plumbing and they were very responsive & the person that answered the phone (not a recording) was very nice & explained pricing.     Hired this company in 2020 after 3 plumbers evaluated why my spare bathroom toilet was overflowing, which I noticed 1 day after I closed on purchase of home. Unfortunately, previous homeowner did not divulge in closing of previous toilet problems. However, One Call Plumbing evaluated my problem immediately; I didnt hesitate to hire them since the other two plumbers either didnt perform the work or misdiagnosed problem. One call responded with knowledge, high-tech instruments, professionalism, and fixed my problem. I had major issue and my in-house slab had to be chiseled to replace a portion of sewer pipe, which had a belly in pipe trapping debris and causing backup. Yes, major problem, but not for One Call Plumbing. I highly recommend this company since first repair was last. Company stands behind their work and aim to please.Hired them again in 2021 to fix leaky kitchen sink unrelated to previous problem. My remodeling contractor( Danny Haynes)didnt plumb correctly, which caused my disposal to fall off. One Call Plumbing fixed!I am having One Call Plumbing come out again to check my water pressure since it appears to be high and could cause future problems, but not companys fault.I will always hire this company for my plumbing needs because I know it will be fixed on first time.Once again, highly recommend.

    One Call has to be one of the best plumbing companies in the upstate area! We have had them out for three issues over the past year, and the quality of their work, as well as their responsiveness, was top notch every time. They installed a new sewer line and serviced/repaired septic tank, installed a new water heater in a different location with new plumbing, and responded quickly after a winter storm to check for a possible water leak. They have impressed me every time with their knowledge, skill and professionalism! Please do not hesitate to use them for your plumbing needs - they are truly outstanding at what they do!

    Chris #28. Where do I start? The most thorough articulate person I have ever met. He spent three hours on my pipes and walked me through everything. He was efficient and hard working. I have been around the block and have own many homes. I have never encountered such an amazing patient person. He knew I was stressed and and through his amazing knowledge “ walked me off the cliff”. He was extremely fair in price and just a great human being. I am a lucky person. I would highly recommend him!

    Kevin and Jeb did a fantastic job at clearing my blocked main sewer line. They were also a hoot to talk with. They took their time and made sure the job was done correctly. After jetting my line, they ran a camera through to check the work to identify any issues. They were able to spot several root balls and diligently worked the jetter to remove problematic roots. All for one fairly priced package. I had, unfortunately for me, hired another plumbing company prior to this one, and not only were they unsuccessful at removing my blockage, they wanted to charge an extra $400 for camera work. Kevin and Jeb could have easily done a lesser job that worked but went above and beyond and did a job that they knew would continue to work. I highly recommend One Call Plumbing.

    Called One Call on a Saturday. Scheduled a visit for that very afternoon. Showed up on time and ready to go. Dragged out the old water heater and put the new one in. Had to update to new county building code and explained exactly why and what they had to do. Did the necessary plumbing and electrical work neatly and efficiently. Cleaned up job area better than it was before.I have deleted two past use plumbing services from my phone contacts and added One Call. As far as Im concerned, One Call Plumbing is now my ONLY Call Plumbing.

    When I came home from work and had an issue with my toilets (yes all of them) backing up, I called One Call and the technician (Matt) was extremely helpful. He was able to quickly identify the issues and provided multiple solutions to the issue at hand. Always try to support local businesses and this is certainly one of them.Initial project was replacement of underground & basement plumbing of an 85 year-old home. Plan to use them for any and all plumbing related projects. Staff not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also positive and proud of what they do and accomplish as a team.

    One Call Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend and it ended up being exactly what we needed! Levi and his apprentice were fast, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process! The ladies in the office were also super helpful with scheduling and communicating with us. We had a major clog that kept us from using our bathtubs or toilets for a couple of months and with two small children that made life a hassle. They came in and had the repair made, as well as a water line for the fridge ice maker completed in a days time and now we have our tubs, toilets, and washing machine back to use again. I cant say enough how great our experience was!

    I initially called the familiar plumbing service with the catchy song but they could not come out to help for two days. We could not be without water for two days. We had to turn off the main water valve to stop the hot water from flowing. Being new to the area I sought the Better Business Bureau and saw One Call Plumbing. I checked out their ratings there and on various sites and decided to give them a call. We were given a 2-4 appointment and they called at 1:52 to let us know the plumber would be at our home shortly. My husband met with Chuck the plumber who was very friendly and thorough in addressing our problem. From experience, we decided to replace all three valves for the shower instead of doing only the hot water valve. We would definitely request Chuck at One Call Plumbing in the future.

    11/11/21:The water main from the road to the house finally had to be replaced. Again, I called One Call Plumbing and was on their schedule for the following week. I was leaving town, and Chuck and the office staff were able to coordinate everything over the phone and give me peace of mind. Steven and Ethan came out and were able to fully replace the line without digging up my yard. It was magic! You cant even tell they were here. As usual, the customer service was impeccable, the guys were super friendly and very respectful of my property. Also, the price was very fair. One Call remains my ONLY CALL!11/16/20: UpdateWe had another weekend plumbing emergency. Chuck came right over on a Sunday and had everything fixed quickly. He is extremely capable and very friendly, and the prices are more than fair. This will always be my first call for a plumbing issue.2019: Our main line leading to the house sprung a leak, and we thought we were facing a dire and expensive emergency. I called on a Saturday morning, and Chuck was at our house within an hour. His positivity is absolutely infectious! He quickly identified the location of the problem and patched it, and there was NO sticker shock. He then helped us with some minor issues inside the house at no extra cost. I cannot recommend this company enough!

    I made an appointment for the next day through Michelle who was very pleasant and quick to answer the company phone. The following day Steven arrived on-time and wore a mask. He was very cordial and kept me informed beginning with the testing and diagnosis of the problem. He confirmed the problem with my water pressure reducing valve and explained the price. I gave him the go ahead and he changed the valve, flushed the system and made sure things looked right when finished. He made sure not to bring dirt in my house by wearing protective shoe coverings when he needed to enter the house. I was very pleased with Stevens work and he was very pleasant.     New to to the area and reached out to One Call based on many positive Google reviews. I was not disappointed. Chris came to the house same day on a Friday, did a thorough evaluation of our problem (backed up washer drain), gave a fair quote on the work needing done, and came back Monday morning to do the job. Chris did neat, high quality work inside and underneath the house. He even did additional work (for no added cost) to clean up the piping underneath the house and avoid future problems- adding an easily accessible clean-out near a crawlspace vent in case of future clogs or drain issues. Chris was professional, friendly, and clearly cared about doing things to a very high standard. He took the time to explain each step along the way...I learned quite a bit about my house from his being here. Chris ran into some unexpected challenges while doing the work (its an older house) and he ensured everything was right before leaving...working much longer than estimated/quoted. 5-star business and 5-star professional in Chris.     I called One Call Plumbing today when I wasnt able to reach the plumber who usually does my plumbing. They were very courteous and were able to send someone out within an hour.The young man that came was very thorough in his investigation and explained what I needed to have done and how and when he would do the work.Unfortunately, the plumber I usually use (who is also a friend) showed up about the same time and so I asked both of them to give me an estimate. They were both within the same range.I chose my plumber that is a friend but without a doubt I would have chosen One Call if I needed a plumber and didnt already have one.They were understanding when I told them I had not chosen them and why and made me feel they understood. I was very grateful and they certainly lived up to the reviews that have been written on their website.

    Wow! We were in a bind needing help fixing a pipe that busted on our toilet and I am so thankful to have called these guys! My first call honestly was to another business and they told me the couldn’t make it out for 4 days, but called One Call Plumbing and they came out in 20 minutes! Our plumber was Spencer. He was such a big help, came in assessed the job and fixed it in about 1.5 hours. He also gave great advice about other plumbing related items, just all around informative and wonderful to deal with. If you need a plumber call these guys and ask for Spencer you won’t regret it!

    So grateful for One Call Plumbing. My dad accidentally busted through our outside cut off pipe because it happened to be only about 3 below the surface of the ground.     We had a leaking pipe in the storage room off the garage. Called one company and they gave me a run around about this being a really big job and were not sure about how much to charge. I quickly decided to call another company and after checking reviews for One Call, I called and they were so professional about scheduling an appointment for an estimate on the next day. When Preston came, he gave an estimate that I was pleased with. Then, when we agreed on the estimate, we asked when he could do it and he began to get to work right then! He was so nice and so knowledgeable about the job that we felt completely happy with his work. He fixed the leaks( turned out to be 2 ) and cleaned up after the work!     Absolutely Amazing customer service. From the first call when I talked with Preston till the end result. I needed a gas line moved in my bathroom. They came next day to give me quote (for free) and then completed the job the day after that. I was told by three different people that it was going to be at least $2000 to do this job. One Call Plumbing beat them all price wise and time wise. I cant believe Im even this excited over a plumber, but they are the best Ive encountered .     Great experience with this company! Had a problem with my kitchen faucet early this morning and called at 6:30, planning to leave a message.     Called in the morning about replacing a kitchen faucet that was leaking, they sent Corey out that afternoon. He was professional and had the new faucet installed within an hour. The old faucet had rusted in place and he had to use an angle grinder to get it out. They have done a few things for us, including a new septic system. They are always on time, clean, professional and they have reasonable rates. No, its not cheap, but everything has been done right and I would rather pay more one time than have to pay multiple times to fix something more than once.

    Fast, friendly and affordable! Very pleased from the moment I called to schedule service to the minute the technician left my home. When explaining my problem, the lady was very friendly and accommodating to the fact that I needed someone as soon as possible.     Excellent from beginning to end. The appointment was set for the next day and the leak I had under my house was worse than I thought.     We had sewage back up in the toilets and showers, called this company based on the reviews, so I decided to leave one of my own for others looking for assistance. The receptionist offered to have someone arrive within 35 minutes, but we had an errand to run so requested a time after 1pm. Stephen H. arrived on time and discovered the issue within minutes. Our septic tank needed to be emptied, which we had no idea about because we are renting. He immediately found where the septic tank was located in our yard and got to digging by hand.     As an out of state landlord im easy prey to be taken advantage of, especially when, like me you really care about your property and tenants. On a saturday morning after having received bad news of drainage issues at my home in Spartanburg with an estimated repair cost of $9,000 I called One Call Plumbing for a second opinion; and Im glad I did!The professional service man listened to my issues and was willing to work with my property manager to schedule a visit. Finding out that my property manager was closed on saturday he took it upon himself to introduce himself to my tenant with professionalism and courtesy. My tenant couldnt be any more happy to see this man on a saturday eager to help.Shortly after lunch that day I was viewing online video of my drainage system and was offered and effective and immediate solution. After having provided a price that totaled less than 1/10th of the original plumbers estimate I approved the work and by dinner time I was online looking at the video of my drainage system as fully functional and of no further inconvenience to my tenant.Upon completion of the work I was offered proposals to maintain and possibly even upgrade the system without invasive excavation. I was furnished with a copy of the note left for my tenant notifying them of the status, pictures of the site and of the tenants gate closed and re locked.I fell sorry for anyone who calls anyone else. And after doing all of the things I had learned in the past. No luck. Gave these guys a call. The lady that answered the phone took my info down. And said someone would call me when they were on their way out. That call came in less then an hour. The tech met my father in law at the house. Assessed the issue. Gave me a call. Told me what he thought the issue was. Gave me a price. After about 30 minutes. Called me back and had the issue repaired. Then told me it would be cheaper then first quoted. Told me that it was better to quote it if he had to do more. Then to have to call back with another price. But he charged me less then his quote. He could have charged me the full amount. Can you say INTEGRITY and HONEST cause that is what these guys are. From the lady who answered the phone, to the tech who came out, to the call to make sure I was satisfied.     Came home from a weeks vacation to find I had a major sewage blockage that left my finished basement covered in sewage water. They arrived quickly and definitely came prepared to handle the problem. After high pressure cleaning the mainline they ran this tiny camera down it and found a big ball of roots. They spent the next hour sending this special head down the pipe to cut the roots out and then treated them to keep them from growing back for a year. Then they started sucking up the sewage water in the basement. They also checked all my toilets and found that 2 of the fill valve werent working properly and explained that was the reason there was so much in basement when no one was home.     It’s difficult to find reputable contractors, but now I have One Call Plumbing for plumbing services. Michelle was so friendly and accommodating. They had an opening the same day and Levi came over. He answered my numerous questions patiently and professionally. I was so impressed with the business practices of taking pictures, and clearly documenting 1.what was found, 2. recommendations, and 3. final work. That documentation was sent to me in an email which protects me as well as the business. I needed the ball valve before my hot water heater replaced and wanted to have some items inspected. The hot water heater plumbing was not done properly when the home was built so I had that redone.     We had a leak in our main water line leading from the meter across our pasture to our house. We researched over 15 -20 different companies and then narrowed our search to the 5 we felt were the best fit for our job. Even though other companied had more reviews than One Call Plumbing we just felt we should include them. After calling three companies only One Call Plumbing could come out the same day at the time we would be available. The representative of One Call arrived at 3:58 for a 4:00 appointment. It was refreshing to find out the plumber was Steven, who was my youngest sons best friend and who had spent many days at our house during elementary school though high school. He found the leak, dug a 3-4 ft. deep trench to lay the new pipe and finished in less than three hours. He left our pasture in better shape than it was before he dug the trench. The price for this repair was far less than we anticipated. Before Steven left our premises we were already asking him when he could come back for future projects. From our initial call to their follow up call the service provided by One Call Plumbing was exceptional!
