I tell you, these guys, Donnie & Chris @Rooterman Plumbing Spartanburg are GREAT!I had a water leak on the kitchen floor. They jumped right in and fixed the leak. They cleaned up after the job was completed. Very friendly and approachable if you need answers or have concerns about repairs. They will recommend any other problems they see or need repairs.If youre looking for an honest and skilled technician who doesnt mind explaining the problem you may have. I highly recommend Rooterman Donnie & Chris.

Good Morning the Technician Donnie came in my house bring very respectful accessing the problem and went strait to work and in a few he showed me what was wrong and fixed it I was so pleased he also cleaned up after himself and went on his way and he came on time did have me waiting on him all day. Nathan from this company was absolutely phenomenal and did a very thorough job fixing my pipes after a pipe burst in my home. He responded very quickly and got the job done the same day. The pricing was very fair and he did not overcharge. Fast, friendly, and very reliable service. I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs!

Carl was amazing. He was so kind and professional and did his very best to help me at every turn. Also, I called 32 (yes, thirty two) plumbers, and they were the only one that could come same day. Another plumber I had an appt with stood me up completely. Carl came two days in a row and went above and beyond. Would recommend!

Called Rooterman out and didnt really have time to wait for the worker to show up. I got called into work so had very little time. But when the employee Justin got there he quickly and I mean quickly had both of my bathtubs draining better than Ive ever seen (lived here a year now) and he explained he would have to take apart a few pipes for the sinks and might take a little more time. Im so glad he told me all that cause I asked if he could come back and he gladly said yes. So a few hours later he came back and finished the sinks.. Poor guy I asked him a hundred questions but he answered every one I asked him and he gave me a lot of information about stuff I was unfamiliar with. Very polite and respectful, prices are lower than other plumbers I called too. Call these guys!
