We had an excellent experience with our heating/cooling system installation! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Jayden came to our home to assess the situation and provided a fair estimate, and we really appreciated how thorough and transparent she was.During installation, Ryan, Eddie, Dave, and the rest of the team arrived on time and got to work right away. They were all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the installation, but they also took the time to explain every step of the process, answering all our questions and making sure we understood how the system works. We were grateful for how dog-friendly the team was as well. Our dog, Lando, was treated with such kindness, and I know he already misses having them around.We were impressed with their communication throughout the entire process, and they made sure everything was set up and working properly before leaving. We’re very happy with the new system and are cozy warm just in time for the cold weather. We highly recommend this team to anyone in need of heating/cooling services. My oil furnace completely out, no heat. Ryan and Matt came out on the same day....checked out entire system, serviced and cleaned and replaced necessary part. They were completely honest that I did not need one part and the compression was fine. I would highly recommend this company and dealing with Ryan who is a furnace expert. I’ve been a client of R Poust for over a decade now after moving to the area. actually, the former owners of home used them. They were an engineer and teacher, very smart. I went with their expertise. Expertise is what you get w/R Poust. Administration knows how to make company run smoothly. So glad i chose this company to service our oil furnace. Matt is exactly who you want coming to your house! He arrived right on time and did such an amazing job explaining everything that he was doing and what to expect going forward. Garret first came to our home, to do annual maintenance on our generator on 11/1/24. He said he had to order the kit and would be back when he had it. We called a few times to find out when he was coming, but did not receive a call back. Finally, they scheduled for 12/9/24. Garret came, was very polite snd seemed to do a great job. We’re hoping that next year it will be easier to schedule this maintenance.

Amir came out, ran some tests and found everything working correctly. He recommended replacing one of our thermostats to avoid trouble going forward. Alex Montero, who was the technician that was sent to our home was simply the best. He presented all the options to either fix or replace a twenty one year old boiler that was originally put in by R. Poust Heating in 2003. He was polite and very knowledgeable of his product. He even came back the next day to do a quick fix of the old boiler so we could use it until the following week when they would come back and put in a whole new boiler in for us. We have been using R Poust Heating and Cooling for over twenty years and will continue to use only them. A big thank you to Alex Montero for coming out to our home twice in less than 24 hrs.

R. Post is amazing! I highly recommend them! When our central air system failed they were at the house the same morning, within hours, to assess the system. Our system was almost 20 years old and was not able to be repaired. They lent us window units (which they put in) for the night and had a whole new system up and running within 24 hours! You just dont find service like that anymore. They offer superior service plans and warranties as well as manageable financing for those who qualify. We will be having them come in the near future to inspect our boiler and plumbing. Cant say enough about this company!!

This was a good experience aside from the reason for getting the help (a leak in the expansion tank and PRV). The expansion tank didn’t want to come off but the persuasion and penetrating oil it finally came off. Ryan is a good tech and didn’t give up even though he had a cut on his hand! We made a huge decision on redoing our whole entire heating system and electric to our residence. Jadyn was our original tech who came out and was so pleasant and truly showed she cared about our family and not just the job. This was a huge project for this company with removing all the old piping and radiators from 1921 and replacing with brand new gas piping and boiler. We had many people in the house so I couldnt keep up with all the names but Ryan, Garett and Sean were some of the few names I remembered. They took the time to fully explain everything being down, when, where and how. They never did and extra work without our approval. This was the most professional, respectful and quick crew Ive ever had on any type of house work. I cant thank them enough and I would recommend them for any work you need done

It is a very tight space to work in and it wasnt easy to remove the old unit, but plenty of guys were sent for the job and I didnt mind helping to get the beast out and up the stairs. Scott explained the entire system to my boyfriend and we were able to move forward with a complete understanding on how it works. The A/C unit was very old. Ryan was sent to review the system. I received a text with Ryans picture and the time he was expected. He was also extremely helping in attending to my A/C units needs. Ryan was able to look up the complete history of any calls and adjustments my parents made while living in the house. The install of our furnace was exceptional. Ryan the head technician was extremely knowledgeable and kept us I formed of all that was going on. He explained everything after all was installed. A very long day for him and his helpers. They were cheerful, courteous and also helped to get my dog back in the house when she snuck out. I have nothing but good things to say about Ryan and his crew. Would recommend to anyone.

Super smooth chat function, easy to do business with, phonecalls on the day itself to update me and text with photo of the tech (Kevin) just prior to arriving. Kevin itself was a nice fresh tech with 6 years experience and gave a fair assessment of the situation. follow up after (estimates for repair, invoice etc) all was done instantly so the systems look integrated and seamless. overall... will do this again!
