P.S.I. ran our new city water line from the road to the house. They cleaned out and repaired the septic tank laterals and baffles. Replaced an old hot water heater. They have done several jobs for us but this was the biggest. They are total professionals and hardworking. They responded quickly to our needs. I would recommend P.S.I. to anyone regardless of the size job you have. Very good people to work with. We thank them for everything and they will be the only plumbers we will call in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

PSI has outstanding customer service. They call when they say theyll call and show up on time to do the repair. In my case, there was an additional issue (not their fault) after the installation of a water heater and they made sure the issue was resolved. They even followed up with a call a week later to make sure all was still working as expected. Excellent service!

We recently have had the opportunity to use Shawn and his company when building a new shop for our business. The service and quality of work was topnotch. Shawn and Jason kept the communication lines open and made sure that the timelines during the job were met and the work was high quality. For anyone looking for plumbing services I would recommend PSI. They are intent on serving the customer.

PSI and his team are always hard working, polite and on time! - cant ask for more than that - as everyone knows when anything pertaining to water/sewer/clogged pipes happens its never at a good time - but Shawn Jones and his crew make it right as fast as possible and gets you back up and running as fast as possible.
