    The service pro came right on time as scheduled. He knew my Energy Kinetics System 2000 inside ad out. So, he was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the situation in no time. Frey does free estimates and annual services on equipment too which helps to avoid emergencies. Pricing is fair and competitive. First-rate start-to-finish.

    Upon discovering a leak in the natural gas line running from my condo to the gas meter on my deck on a Friday afternoon, I contacted Frey as a first-time customer. Someone arrived at my house THAT same afternoon, assessed the situation, provided an estimate, and upon my agreement, was able to schedule the repair for Monday morning.     The people are great. The tech called and let me know he was on his way. He was here on time. Found the problem within 20 minutes, had to solution for my problem and was able to take care of that immediately. he was very professional and very courteous.     We had 2 leaking faucets and a sink pipe that was broken by another repairman from another company. I was able to quickly set up an appointment with Frey that worked with my schedule.. Faucets, pipe, and rehooking up our dishwasher was completed within 48 hours. Shout out to Kyler for the great work. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was in tip top shape.

    Smitty was an awesome technician. He walked me through what needed to be done to my furnace even though I wasn’t home! It was nice to have a company who showed up when they said they were going to, fix what needed to be fixed on the spot, and not be overly expensive! In addition to my furnace I appreciate the owners knowledge in regards to my water system-which is rare to find. It’s nice to know there are actually TRAINED professionals who deal with complex water systems and are knowledgeable about them instead of just trying to make money off of their customers.     Amazing and fast service! Came out the next day to install a pressure valve regulator and water expansion tank. Smitty was professional, patient and very thorough when asked questions.     Technicians were fast, efficient, and courteous while fixing my leaking kitchen sink. Only required tightening of a packing nut, took about 10 minutes. I was very happy with my technicians but $269 for 10 minutes when I am located 2 mins down the road from them seems very expensive. Ill try to figure it out to save myself the money next time but overall pleased with the service.

    On a late Sunday night my furnace stopped working on a bathhouse at my business. I called Frey heating and plumbing first thing Monday morning. They sent someone out within two hours and had everything fixed less than an hour later. This is the second time Ive used them with the same great service! Quick, easy and reliable. Its hard to find a company that has that quality and value nowadays. Definitely recommend.

    We had our boiler recently replaced by Frey. He explained everything clearly and quickly got back to us with a reasonably-priced estimate. We decided to go with them and scheduled the installation. They showed up on-time and did a great job of installing the boiler.     Our old bathroom fixtures, shut off valves, and drain failed suddenly. We called Frey and Kyler the technician handled the job. His work was first rate and clean. Moreover, Kyler and his manager, Alex, identified a design defect associated with a part we had purchased locally.     Ive had a problem with the plumbing under my sink for quite a while. It was old and incredibly slow. It was time and I knew I was calling Frey because they work on my heating system. They are always professional, punctual and meticulous with their work. They didnt disappoint this time either. Not only does my sink drain way better than it did, I also scheduled to have my old pipes replaced. There were no surprises and I was quoted a great price.     I contacted Frey and 3 other locally based companies when I was converting my home heating system from heating oil to natural gas. They were easy to deal with from setting the estimate appointment through the final inspection. Their pricing was competitive but I selected Frey because their estimate was complete and easy to understand, some of their competitors left out the removal of the fuel tank and certifying the chimney which is necessary to pass final inspection. I highly recommend Frey and in addition to their excellent value based services they are a local family owned business.

    Couldn’t be more pleased with the service received today from Frey! We had a water heater that rusted out and started leaking. We needed replacement unit ASAP. They responded to my online request for service quickly. They had two gentlemen come and give an estimate and within an hour the two men were replacing the unit. The price was more than fair, an exceptional value considering this was an emergency repair.The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They were simply amazing!     Frey installed an electric boiler for us which we LOVE! The unit hangs neatly on the wall, is quiet and provides instant heat through our existing baseboards. Efficient and no fossil fuels!     Frey Heating and Plumbing came to my house to fix a leak in our toilet tank. I had already spoken to another plumber who I did not hire so, I kind of knew what to expect as far as what the problem was. He diagnosed the problem, explained the problem, told me the cost and then went to his truck to see if he had the correct parts because I have a very old toilet and he wasnt sure he had the correct parts. Luckily, he had the parts in his truck and he fixed the leak. The tech was very personable, on time, did the job well and even texted me before he came to the house which is always nice. Frey also e-mailed me a confirmation appointment reminder which is always appreciated. I would definately recommend Frey.

    They called back the day I called, sent a text confirming appointment and sent a text when the repairman was on the way. The repairman listened to me as I explained the problem and showed him what we believed to be the source of the leak, which he agreed. Very responsive, customer-friendly, did his job and left everything clean and neat. The only reason I did not check good value is that I am not familiar with plumbing costs, so I really dont know, but I can say that their quick response and professional service was a very good value. The cost was probably in line with other plumbing services. I would use this company again.

    We had Alex from Frey come to our house to help us with a plumbing issue. We just bought a new washing machine and we were having trouble hooking up the drain hose to the drain pipe. On top of that we noticed that the drain pipe connection and set up was a little funky and wanted to have it looked at by a professional to see if it needed to be modified. Alex came in and redid some of the piping so the drain pipe and other connections are correct now and hooked up our washing machine. He did an excellent job and was very professional. He also completed the job In a timely matter. We will definitely be using Frey Heating & Plumbing in the future for all of our heating/plumbing needs.

    My water softener had a slow leak and I called Fry Heating & Plumbing and the next day I had a service person at my home. Since my unit was over 10 years old, I was assuming that I would probably need a new one. However, after Derek check my water softener unit he informed me that it was only a hose that needed to be tightened and cleaned. He could have easily said I needed a new unit and I wouldnt have known the difference. I so appreciate their honesty and I know that everyone should be, but that isnt always the case. So, if you want a company that is honest and does great work, this is the company you should call. You wont be disappointed.

    I have used the services of Frey Heating and Plumbing 3 times since moving up to Sussex county 5 years ago, each time they are quick to respond and the techs know immediately what the problem is and quickly fix it. When we were having problems 2 years ago getting our town to look into water pressure issues, Frey came out tested our end and they called up and went after the town and we got our Swiss cheese looking connection on the street fixed by the town quickly after that phone call. They do quality work and they dont play that your not a contract customer game that most other plumbing and heating companies do.

    We had a new energy kinetics boiler Combi unit installed by Frey heating and plumbing on 12/10/20 to replace our old boiler that was leaking water. They gave me a timely estimate and offered easy financing. Rich and Alex, his son, were here on time along with their tech Derek. The job was completed and everything removed and cleaned upin about 5 hours which was no small feat since I wanted the new system moved from where the old one was and placed against a center wall in the basement which required all new plumbing. We highly recommend these professionals and are very happy with the install of our mew boiler. It sure is quiet. Can barely hear it running. These guys even lugged an old refrigerator up the stairs for me. You won’t be sorry with these guys

    I had a propane tankless water heater set up that was not working for me. Frey can in and installed a brand new electric tank set up. Removed the old tankless and capped the propane line. In my bathroom they installed a new shower valve cause my old one was broken. Overall very happy and relieved. If I had to knock on something its that my shower handle is lose. Its something I can tighten but I dont have the right size Allen key. I have to borrow one from my job. But that is super minor.
