    Calling C&F Plumbing was the best decision. They sent Brady out to fully assess what I needed done, he called me and explained my options and sent over the price quotes. He took the time to explain which would be the best option for my needs and budget. While he was there I asked about another small project I needed done as well. Brady returned the next day to do all the work necessary and did a fantastic job. I am happy to have reliable hot water and now an easier hose access. I appreciate the time that this company takes to help its customers every step of the way.

    The technician, Mark, was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and did an amazing job! He noticed our last heater was to tall and the vent system was done improperly. He made sure to order a shorter/wider water heater so it could be vented properly. He also did an awesome job installing our kitchen faucet which was a difficult task because of the limited space and corrosion on our old faucet. The company over all provided excellent customer service and responded quickly to our request. I highly recommend using C&F plumbing for your hot water heater and plumbing needs!

    We had Scott from C & F at our home twice - once for a pipe repair a few weeks ago, where he explained the issues with our particular problem related to extremely hard water. He did a water hardness test. He was kind enough to answer questions about a water conditioner install that we planned to do in the near future and did an incredible job with the pipe repair.Second time around he did both an (emergency) water heater install and put in the water softener - a very large and intense job. Scott was kind, patient, and communicated clearly to us, all the work he was doing. He answered all of our questions in terms of the job, AND he even helped guide us through the sign up process for financing our job. Scott was super polite, had a great sense of humor, and was neat and clean about the work space. We are so happy to have found our dream plumbers! Thank you C&F!

    C&F Plumbing did a great job! Scott was the best and he followed up on every step of the process. They arrived on time, cleaned up after their work, and he answered all of questions in a timely manner. Shannon was great too.     We needed a complete replacement of all our pipes under our sink as well as remedy a clogging issue. Scott showed up on time, was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient at getting the job done. Not only did he do a wonderful job, he also left everything neat and clean when he left. When he recognized the cause of the clogging, he recommended someone who could affectively do that part of the job. Everything went smooth and professional. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

    Best plumbing service!!!We needed our shower faucet replaced. It was a few hour job due to some challenges. We had the best of the best plumber, Brady, who we canā€™t give enough praises for him. After Brady evaluated the situation, diagnosed it, he then gave us a few options and helped us come up with the best one. Brady worked neatly, professionally and he was very patient to address any questions we had. His warmth and kindness were a great bonus.     Grateful for C&F Plumbing today. Our Hot water heater broke, Jake was able to come out same day to take a look. We were able to get our water heater replaced under warranty thanks to Hamburg Plumbing Supply! Jake did a very professional job getting the water heater replaced and working again. He also made some recommendations to help in the future. We will be definitely using the company again!

    I was very impressed with c&f plumbing from my last experience. Although I took other estimates, I went with them for their up to date professionalism. Shamel gave me the estimate and did the work. He was on time and did a wonderful job on my 40 year condo shower that needed updated fixtures. He was very careful cutting the old tile and that was my biggest concern. I would recommend C&F and Shamel!

    I have used C&F Plumbing for a long time for various services because they provide excellent service. Recently Jake came to fix what I thought was just a running toilet only to determine that the toilet needed be replaced. Jake showed and explained exactly why a replacement was recommended. He then took the time to show me the replacement toilet options. Jake was very professional, courteous, and thorough with his work. He also took care to clean up after completing the job. I will continue to use and recommend C&F Plumbing and Jake for my plumbing needs.

    I was recommended C&F Plumbing for a new hot water heater. Yesterday they were able to dispatch their plumber Shamel out to my house in no time at all. He provided clear and concise estimates for me to choose from. I scheduled the installation for my new heater for next Monday, but last night it sprung a very bad leak and started to flood my basement.I emailed C&F at 9pm with a photo and video and received a response 5 minutes later ensuring me that Iā€™d receive a call first thing in the morning. Well sure enough they were able to dispatch Shamel back out to my house to replace the heater for me today! Shamel did excellent work, and was very clean and professional. I will surely be using C&F Plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

    Brady and Kyle came to assess my heating system and we found a zone valve was missing a motor. Brady and Kyle replaced the zone valve and replaced the wiring to ensure the proper power and signals were reaching the furnace from the thermostat. Everything was fixed and resolved! Thanks so much!

    After awaking Friday afternoon following brownouts and blackouts early Friday morning I was happy to find power restored but discovered my well pump no longer worked. I contacted C&F since they were based in my area and was contacted by Kyle shortly after saying he would be over after finishing the job he was currently on.He arrived shortly after that and started to install a new motor he had with him. Despite spending a lot of time and effort and calling in Scott for assistance they were unable to connect that motor since the pipe connections on it were too close together. I was offered my money back but decided to stick with them with the promise they would travel to get a motor that would work on Monday morning and install it Monday afternoon.On Saturday C&F contacted me offering to rent a room at a local hotel. I declined but thought it was a very nice gesture.On Monday afternoon Kyle and Scott showed up and installed the new motor successfully despite another brief power outage. I now have electricity, water and a plumbing company, C&F, I can trust in the future.

    I had a great experience with C&F Plumbing. I called them in the late morning and was happy to speak with a very friendly lady. She told me that a technician would come between 12 and 4 pm. Brady arrived at around 2:30 pm, and he was really nice and professional. He gave me a quote, and after I approved it, he fixed our leaking water heater. Brady did a great job, and well definitely use their services again.

    Kyle was so incredibly helpful with his service call to take a look at a house we are interested in buying He walked me through all the work to be done and different options we had He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and went out of his way to explain everything involved with each process I cannot say enough great things about him!     If youā€™re actively searching google reviews like I was for a plumber in New Jersey just stop where you are. Would bet my life these guys are the best in the tri state area. Iā€™ve had my whole house flood from water and called C&F for help, the gave me peace of mind in what felt like it would never come. They came the same day fixed my water issue as well as took the extra time to make sure it never happens again. Jake did a fantastic job. That was my first experience. The second was I had a water heater issue which was due to a simple fix that Scott helped me out with and explained what was going on and saved me thousands. Not once did he try to upsell me like many other companies do. He even gave me future advice on another appliance to watch out for. Iā€™d advise to ask for Scott and Jake but Iā€™m sure everyone there is great! Thank you C&F

    I called C&F Plumbing this morning because of a leak in the gas line leading to my dryer. I immediately reached someone on the phone, unlike the case at a few other businesses, and she was understanding of the situation, eager to help and get me on the schedule quickly. The repairman sent was Brady, who was very professional and friendly, arriving toward the start of the estimated time window. He needed to install a new flex line for the liquid propane dryer, and he also had to replace the older vent tubing. Work was completed efficiently and as a new customer I received the discount for the services as advertised. So glad I called this company and would recommend them for sure!

    Called this afternoon with an emergency job (upstairs toilet was leaking over high hat in the kitchen. We were afraid of a potential electrical fire) and within 1.5hrs Scott showed up (this is after calling 7 other local plumbers who were all unable to make it in before the holiday weekend). Scott was professional, honest, and personable, yet straight to the point. He was quick, and left no mess. Even his caulking was clean! C&F was also very reasonably priced, with no hidden fees or anything like that. I believe we have found our plumber for all of our future needs. 15/10 would recommend.

    Jake did such a great job. I only needed a few small repairs done as a result of a home inspection. Jake was able to get everything done in about an hour and a half and it all came out perfect. He even took before and after pictures and wrote up a report explaining the work that was completed. If the rest of the employees at C&F plumbing are anything like Jake I cant recommend them enough.

    I had s clog in my main line at 6pm and couldnt use any water. I called C&F at 7:15am before they were open. Owner called back immediately and set me up first on the list.     Discovered a leaking pipe in the basement. This pipe was from the toilets and showers going into septic so it was urgent to get it done, Technicians Matt and Jake came at 8;30 and immediately began to work.     Two wonderful polite young gentlemen came to my house today. I wish I could remember their names but it was a stressful day for me. Both of them were very patient, kind, and listened intently. My family of three rents an old lake house in Sparta after months of plumbing issues and having to have a new septic installed I was at my wits end when all the pipes in my home started gurgling very loudly and the water level in the toilet went from high to low and bubbling when water was in use. They opened my septic and saw it was full with the water going nowhere. They explained a lot to me that I didnā€™t know. They stayed with me until the septic company came. They might not have done any ā€œworkā€ they knew what was wrong and gave me the direction I needed to go in to get the problem sorted. They stood out in the cold with me. He is now our PREFERRED VENDOR for plumbing issues!------Requested a quote for a Water Heater installation from 10 different Vendors, including installers from the actual Water Heater manufacturers. C&F Plumbing (Sparta NJ) was very competitive, and Bill was extremely helpful answering the many questions I had.Bill diligently performed the necessary research and listen to many of the issue/concerns I have had in the past with regard to previous Water Heaters.     They are very responsive and at least with the small amount of work I have had done they seem to do a nice job. I have to trust what my plumber is telling me because Iā€™m not skilled there. They took a look at a problem I have with a shower and instead of continually charging me for visits and such they honestly told me itā€™s a larger job and let me decide on moving forward or not since itā€™s more of a nuisance than anything. I really appreciate that.

    Sometimes you just get lucky. I simply googled plumbers and the first one offered the option of contacting online. I received a call within minutes. I hit the plumber lottery with C & F plumbing. Friendly, professional, great communication, always on time, very reasonably priced. Jake was the plumber that did the work. Canā€™t say enough good things about him. Great plumber and all around nice guy. 1000 stars arenā€™t enough. The best. Update: called on them again for kitchen faucet and plumbing repair and again, stellar service. Best plumbers ever.
